I have been getting tires from this location for the past decade. I also recommended family members who have been also getting their tires there. But we will not be back. The last time I went I was treated very poorly but I brushed it off as maybe it was a bad day at the shop. But today it happened again. Really terrible customer service.

Great location. Friendly, professional and honest staff. Witnessed a great interaction between a sales staff and a customer when I was in. Offered very good advice, he was honest and ended up saving the elderly lady a lot of money. The lady mentioned she barely drives. She was getting her winter tires swapped from her all seasons and then storing them. Since her all seaosns wouldn’t even last one more season he offered great advice. Just stay on your winter tires all year (makes sense, given this situation). Save money not storing essentially useless tires, save money not buying new all seasons next spring, save money not doing a change over. Just rotate periodically and carry on. He was just very honest. He could have easily said nothing and no one would have noticed. Wish I got the name of the guy but you know who you are. Just feel like you don’t see enough honest people nowadays, so it was a highlight of my day. You made me look forward to returning next spring when I need new all seasons.

I take all my cars for service here and never have had any issues. For repairs they were cheaper than the dealership that I previously went too. I like that they give a checklist report after working on the car to show you what’s good, what needs service in the future and any thing requiring more immediate attention. I never feel that I’m getting ripped off as everything is always clearly explained to me and I make the final decision on the repair.

Same day friendly service for a flat tire in and out in an hour. Very reasonably priced and the mechanics were informative.

Quick service. Paid full price for a service when they did not need to do the repair. They instead chose to replace a valve unnecessarily. Their prices are not reasonable. They are standard for chain store garages. Which is to say $$$.
There are other shops without inflated price tags. Gateway blvd and about 44 ave.good shop there.

My experience recently was not good. There was a mix up in my appointment for winter tire change, thus they believed I showed up late. My appointment was for 9 am but for some reason they had 8: 30am, I showed up exactly at 9 but they said it was my fault and they could no longer do the tire swap since they were so busy. They gave me another appointment for 2 weeks later. Sheldon was cold and he made me feel that they didn't care about my business. I guess they are so busy that they did NOT need anymore business, so that left me the impression that I should go somewhere else. So I did. Kal Tire was much more welcoming and way more professional. I will be taking all of my personal and business vehicles elsewhere.

These guys did a quick inspection on my 1985 volvo and swapped out all 4 tires in a timely manner with detailed overview and pictures of areas of concern. Very happy.

Took some new rims there along with TPMS sensors that I had purchased from Partsource. Apparently they couldn’t calibrate the sensors that I had brought? Sold me their more expensive sensors instead. Partsource did the return but didn’t believe that they couldn’t calibrate their sensors. I also have a hard time swallowing that. You are a Tire Shop that cannot Calibrate TPMS sensors which is a part of a lot of rims these days. Also sold me new lug nuts saying my old lug nuts wouldn’t work on those rims? I will see when it comes time to change the rims.

Thanks a lot. I am a new driver and was stuck in front of dynalife. Those guys helped me today to boost. What I did, I sat with engine off but heat off for 30 minutes. And, that leads to battery down. Thanks a lot again for the help.

These guys are the best of the best. Service is always great, staff are friendly, knowledgable, and always willing to help. My car is kind of a junker and they were able to help me stay on budget for a bunch of repairs. Back in the summer they were also able to patch a tire I got a nail in when three other places told me it was a non repairable spot. Highly recommend this location.

The people here are great and they really take care of you. They won't say something needs to be done unless it does.

I went in a hurry and lucky me the gentleman at the counter immidiatly sprang to action, helped me calm myself and assured best and immidiate service. I could not have left the car I had to go to work within 2 hours to the Northside. While I feared the worse it turned out to be a screw in the tire. The charges were reasonable and the fix was quick. If I ever have another issue with my cars I am going here straight.

Purchased and installed 4 new tires. Product and service could not have been better. These guys are straight shooters - my car is older and needed a bit of work, but their no-pressure style was much appreciated. The tires were exactly what I expected, and the service exceeded expectations. Save yourself the running-around-time, just come here.

This place is amazing. HONEST, upfront and they explain anything that needs to be done in detail. Sheldon, John and JD are top notch. It’s very hard for a woman to go into places like these and be taken seriously, but they showed me nothing but respect and I appreciate it so much. Highly recommend.

I don't know! Fast and efficent except for the fact that they didn't put any air in my tire the patched. And let air out of all my other tires. So don't worry because air is free at hughes so I'll just go finish your job for you. Thanks though.

After many calls to tire shops looking for an all-weather tire in an uncommon tire size, and repetitious, lackluster responses of "Sorry, I can't help! ", I finally found this Fountain Tire. J. D. 's response was "Let me see what I can find. ". I value customer service coupled with fair pricing and that is exactly what you will find here. They are extremely helpful here and will ensure your experience is straightforward and goes off without any complications. I have had a few experiences dealing with shops where it seemed that they didn't really want my business or at least any repeat business; that was not my experience here. You are treated as you are; a valued customer who has choices, and I choose to bring my business here. I will recommend this place to everyone and hope you do too.

I have been taking my vehicle to this location for a couple of years. They are great, friendly and professional. All work is done quickly and they always call to let me know if there are any additional charges. My entire family goes there now.

My only complaint is that they do not have any chairs with no arms in the waiting area. No seating to accommodate a plus size person.

Called to get a quote for some all terrains for my offroad jeep. Wouldn't sell the tires and rims without TPMS sensors $2700 total! Went to 1010tires and ordered the same tires and some rims free shipping installed on the rims right to my house $2000. I don't need tire pressure sensors when I'm always aired down on the trails

Sean and the team were able to get my wheels back on the road at a reasonable rate. The issue was diagnosed in minutes while a competitor was unable. These folks went out of their way to pay for an Uber back home and also had the job done in less than 24 hours. Thank you again, gentlemen.

Great shop to deal with. I called and they got me in right away. Fixed my unbalanced tires and got rid of the shake in my steering wheel. Great customer service, highly recommend

John is friendly, caring, and considerate of his customers. He calls back as soon as he can with updates on your car throughout the day. The prices are reasonable, and he's my new go to man for all my car needs! 110% recommend!

* We have had Fountain Tire (Heritage) Ltd.do the seasonal tire changes on our cars for many years. The service has been excellent and the service costs are very reasonable. It is a pleasure to deal with staff who are both courteous and knowledgeable when we are there in person or speaking to them on the telephone.

* In the last 2 years, we have experienced less than reliable mechanical changes to our truck. Too frequently we have had to bring our truck back for additional work that was related to the work previously done.

We've been going to Sheldon's Fountain Tire for more than 7 years.

Something has changed in the last 2 years and we are dissatisfied with the level of service we have recently received.

PS: The survey questions do nothing to really understand how folks truly feel about the service being provided. If you asked folks about the reliability of the work and the value of the work performed, you may get some indications of how and where to improve the customer experience.

Very friendly service at front dest, very easy to make an appointment, car was taken in and given back when they said it would be. Outstanding customer service.

Booked an appointment to replace my summer tires. Was able to chat about my tire choice and ask if there were any better recommendations prior to the work starting.

Work was completed quickly without issue, rims were cleaned before installation, and fresh valve caps installed all around - small detail but a nice touch.

I was even advised my wife could call back within 30 days to collect Air Miles on the purchase (since I don't have a card)

I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change, the service and everything was fine until I learned my oil cap was never put back on and the air filter was not in correct. There was no damage done, I replaced the cap and I brought my invoice back to fountain tire from another place that now services my vehicle (just to let them know they had made a mistake, simple human error) as after speaking with friends and family I found out this was something that had happened before with this location specifically. I spoke to the owner Sheldon and I explained what happened, Sheldon (a real gentleman) proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me they have “licensed techs” and they wouldn’t miss something like that and that I must be lying. I will never bring my vehicle to this location, let alone another fountain tire again because of the lack of customer service.

Took a loose wheel/tire there, with a screw in the inner tread. Tech came out and took the tire from me, I showed him the screw he said no problem fifteen minutes. Ten minutes later they called and said we can't repair it, screw is off the center line. We can get you a new one on Monday for $300. I said I'll look at other options, so they left the wheel outside against a wall for me, or anyone to grab. Went up the road to Trail Tire, as the screw looked to be in a fine place to be repaired. Trail Tire had it fixed in an hour. So be careful with this shop.

Came in for a routine alignment today for my vehicle and instead became a nightmare car inspection. The job that I called in for was supposed to be an alignment not an inspection with repairs that suggested a ridiculous amounts, $3646.48 to be exact (states the vehicle was leaking from everywhere, I attached a photo of their estimates). On top of that they made me pay a $68 bill for a 30 MINUTE INSPECTION and unaligned wheels. I quickly then went to go see a private mechanic and another shop to see if these claims were true and get my car aligned, low and behold there were no leaks on the suspected parts and the car was fine.

It breaks my heart to give any establishment a bad review but this amount of trickery and malpractice to unsuspected less experienced customers is just insane. I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this shop.
