They keep fixing my tire misfortunes faster than I expect. Picked up a nail and I was pretty much in and out. Awesome bunch of people!

Really nice location, Cory truly went above and beyond with my needs to help out, working past the clock to get everything sorted and taking initiative to outsource parts they didn’t have in inventory and Ali the tech got the work completed in great time. Highly recommended

We've been using this tire shop for nearly a decade, as have many of our friends. While they have the Fountain Tire branding, the shop feels family owned and operated in all of the best ways. Whether we were purchasing a whole set of tires or looking to source a one off due to an unfortunate puncture, Cory has always been amazing to deal with. We no longer live two blocks from this tire stop but continue to bring our business to them.

I have been going to fountain tire (commonwealth Edmonton location) for a long time and service is always great. I was in on Tuesday for a new set of tires and needed help deciding between two types. I will continue to shop here, thanks Cory.

THE HOLY GRAIL HAS BEEN FOUND!
I’m heading toward my golden years and if you would of asked me if I can recommend an honest and fair mechanic 2 weeks ago I would’ve told you no. Then I take my car in for an oil change and a intermittent electrical problem. (read hard to find and expensive!)
I choose Fountain Tire on 96st and 111ave because it’s close. That’s when I met Cory the owner and his staff. Cory was a soft spoken guy who spent more time than I was used to before wa got started. Everyone was friendly and clean cut for a Mechanic's shop. While the car was there all phone calls made explained progress as well as solutions to my satisfaction. I’m not a rich man and if you ask anyone electrical problems in today’s vehicles can send you to the poorhouse. What I got was a HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE MECHANIC AND SHOP!
My car was repaired for a third of what I thought it would be. Very easy for shifty shops to overcharge at this time. I hate to say but it’s even worse if your a girl. I have all my life paid what the repair invoice asked for but this is honestly the first time I didn’t feel terrible after I did. Thinking boy another bad choice. These guys are awesome! Treated fair as a human
And am still overwhelmed with my car starting perfect and running smoothly. Winter coming and I’m ready thanks to Fountain Tire and staff!

Comming in from out of town to the Royal Alex had a low tire that was leaking after stopping at Kal Tire on the north side of Sherwood Park and being told they were to busy to help I called here, they were awesome had my vehicle in quick and really easy to deal with. Highly recommend this team!

Had a slow leak in one tire and I was in and out in half an hour all in $36. Friendly courteous staff as well, highly recommend this establishment.

Cory's been doing my tires for a long time, but today I needed help with a trailer wiring harness. I didn't know if Fountain Tire does that, but I called Thursday, Oliver booked me in today (Saturday), and boom it's done. Really neat and tidy work, too. All the hitch places I called were booking two weeks into the future, so Fountain Tire really came through for me. Highly recommended.

I have used this particular Fountain Tire location for tire service several times in the past particularly for loose tires (remove tires and install supplied tires). I was there May 21,2021 for this service. I dealt with an employee named Cory about what I needed done and it was like all my other visits UNTIL it came time to pay the invoice. This invoice was $20 more for the same service I just had done just a week ago. When Cory checked the computer he saw the lower price and hesitantly adjusted the current invoice to match the previous one. His explanation was that the earlier price difference was due to an error by another employee. What Cory didn’t realize was that it was actually HE who had served me during the earlier visit as well. He went on to explain that tires not purchased at this location come with a higher service fee. What upsets me the most is that there are 2 different prices: one price for people who buy tires there and another price for people who buy tires elsewhere. This is discrimination! A service is a service. For instance, an oil change is $59.99 up to 5 litres. The only time the invoice should change is if more than 5 litres are used. I stated to Cory that due to this discriminatory “policy” next time I need tires installed I will have this service done elsewhere. He told me that I shouldn’t use threats. I replied that it’s not a threat, but a promise that I will take my business to a fair and more upstanding location.

Had a great experience with this shop recently. Took my vehicle in for a larger project and they worked with me along the way to get it on the road again. (Had to get my tires replaces, along replacing several other items)

I really enjoyed how they text/email you a status report and show you images of all the issues your vehicle has. Naturally I had several questions and they were cool to respond to my inquiries each time.

Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone look to get work done on their vehicle! I had an issue after I left the shop which I was able to return back and they took care of it. No problem.

I’ve had my Toyota Corolla for 10 years and this is the best place I’ve had it serviced. Fantastic customer service and they know what they’re doing. It’s hard to find mechanics you trust that don’t cost a fortune. They are good people, your vehicle will be in good hands!

It just so happened that I had to be in Edmonton for a memorial service
Cory's business is right beside Park Memorial and I got my tires there. Not only did he match the price that I was going to pay in Calgary, he beat it. Very, very pleased. Recommend them to anyone who is in need of tires.

The guys here found a set of winter tires for my weird 19" rims on my Focus RS, had them there in 3 days and was able to install them the next day.
They were very kind to my expensive rims, shined the new tires, made sure the wheels were cleaned before I got there and I drove away care free. Used black weights on the rims to make sure the look was 100%! Will return for the future, and they have my warranty info as well set up for me.
Very happy!

Cory took care of my SL55 AMG in a timely and professional manner. He was very knowledgeable when I called him with numerous questions. We have always received great service, honest, prompt and friendly. We don't take our vehicles anywhere else. Tires, batteries, oil changes and mechanical repairs.

Been here a few times now and always have received amazing service from Cory the owner. They are honest and helpful and have been a better price than anywhere else. Always very fast service even for walk-in!

I am so thankful for this location! Had the best experience this morning! My truck had a flat tire and I was stuck at the Hugh's station around the corner and decided to walk to the shop and see if they could help me since my spare was already on my vehicle and the owner of the store did not hesitate to help me! Drove over to my truck picked up my bad tire, brought it back to his shop to see if it was fixable and realized that the sidewall was blown out and it could not be repaired. He then pulled out an older tire that was still okay to drive on and got it put on my rim for me and then drove it back to my truck and changed my tire for me and got me back on the road in about 30 mins! And the best part didn't even charge me after I asked how much I owed! The service was way beyond expectation and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

This auto service center provides excellent service. It was my first time here and I was quite satisfied. I had an issue with one of my tires leakage and they handled it perfectly. Moreover, it seemed that they are very honest in their business as I was charged pretty reasonably. They were upfront and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Definitely 5 stars, extremely happy and satisfied. They are honest, accommodating, knowledgeable, fair, convenient, fast, and friendly. Each time I visit, I see the owner's hands are a bit dirty and I appreciate that, means he is hands-on involved in every part of his business, his staff are just as nice to deal with as well. I also appreciate them taking the time to explain things and recommend what is urgent vs.not to help save cost. Thank you for the great service and genuine care for our vehicles!

My go to shop. I travel a lot for work and really rely on my car. They do a good job helping me keep my civic on the road and running well at a price I can afford. Whenever I have unsuspected problems with my vehicle they are able to get me in and back on the road quickly all while conveniently working well with my busy schedule. As well the staff are superb! Cory runs a really good shop.
