They rebuilt some of my front end and now the dash lights up like a Christmas tree (didn't have any of these issues before the repair job). I suspect they didn't square or ensure proper alignment of the front end, causing the traction control system confusion. This shop refuses to take responsibility for their potential mistakes, they just want you out the door. I regret using this shop for my repairs.

I asked to purchase tire bags for tires I had at home. The front desk staff was curteous and gave me 4 of them for free! Awesome service!

I made an appointment to have new tires installed on a Saturday. They said they would have it all day. No problem I thought Saturdays are probably a very busy day especially with snow around the corner My car was done by 10: 30am. Thank you for the quick and friendly service.

Do not take your vehicle here especially if you are a woman they will rip you off. Brad the assistant manager told me his mechanic took 3 hours to get a bolt out. My estimate was 1248. I ended up paying almost 2000.00.buyer beware

Service and price pretty decent. They got one angry staff member not sure if mechanic, sales or owner in there that will detour me from shopping there anymore.

I had a screw in my tire and I called first thing in the morning and they said they could fit me in at 9am. I was losing air quickly so I drove straight there. I was 40 mins early and they took me right away even though I was happy to wait till my appointment time. They were friendly and the service was great. I'll definitely go back there for my tire needs.

Always come here for Tire service. The assistant manager is super friendly and always been great to me whenever I've come in. And I absolutely am in love with this plant in the reception area as I'm a plant lover?

Called to book appointment for oil and tire change. When I picked up the car only the tires had been changed. This is the second year in a row that I have issues with the booking process: last year my phone booking was not recorded at all. Most concerning was that NO employee that I saw or interacted with were wearing their masks properly. I had to ask the employee I spoke to when I picked up my vehicle to raise their mask above their nose twice in a less than 5 minute interaction. Shameful that managers arent doing more to make sure employees are properly following covid protocols to keep everyone safe.

I came to this location last year as I needed to have my lug nuts tightened after having them changed prior. I asked how much to have it done and they said they would tighten them free of charge as they wanted me to be safe on the road. Impressed- I'll be back for any future tire purchases.

I brought my truck in to have new tires installed and get an alignment done. My truck was finished relatively quickly. I didn't realize that they installed the tires with the white lettering on the inside. I called back and the manager said he would correct it for me. This is the second or third time I've bought tires from this location and I can honestly say that this company puts customers first and has excellent technical and customer service. If i wasn't moving away I would stick with them for my automotive needs!

Terrible service. I was standing at the front door trying to drop my keys off and when they looked at me and walked away. No acknowledgement.

Great service! The front counter Guys, Jeff and Brandon, got all the parts I needed and assembled the old winter tires on the new rims. They were patient to work with my schedule to line up the final swap.
Definitely recommend Fountain Tire Northgate branch.

Really knowledgeable when it comes to tires and fast serves for everything from automotive repair to trie changes

I brought my vehicle (2008 Toyota FJ) in for a VIR, received a phone call that “they found a few things”, a couple burnt out license plate bulbs, the rear brake light, and a tire repair. Despite me asking multiple times, the best answer I could get about what needed repair on the tire was “he probably found a nail or something” then told the cost to fix it. I was quoted an hour to replace the bulb in the back taillight, so I called Toyota who quoted me half an hour, max, for the taillight and ten minutes for the plate bulbs. So, to get them done, I opted to go ahead with all of the repairs with the exception of the rear taillight for obvious reasons. When I went to pick up the vehicle the inspection was checked “not roadworthy”. At no point was I informed that if I didn’t agree to the repairs at their inflated prices then they’d fail the VIR entirely, completely wasting my $130 for the inspection, let alone the license plate bulbs I could have replaced myself or had done for half as much elsewhere had I known they were going to fail the vehicle anyways. I was told by one of the staff that they “have to” put not roadworthy by law, however I’ve been informed since that they could have still put roadworthy and then I’d only have to provide proof of that repair to my insurance company instead of having to now go get an entirely new VIR. I’m very disappointed, especially considering this place was highly recommended. At the very least had there been clear communication that I either do the repairs or the vehicle fails then I likely would have just done it since the “we have you over a barrel” prices are less than getting a second VIR, but I guess a couple hundred wasted now to undoubtedly save us more later is worth it.

Great service, great people! Wanted a new set of tires for my wifes suv, Jeff was on it, and gave me a fair price within minutes. The shop guys are very helpful and cheerful, Jeffs right hand man Brad is a gem, very customer oriented. Why not get treated well and enjoy the experience? These guys rock!

Went here and tried to put used tires on my car. The tires I had were junk.the guys at this store tried everything they could to accommodate me for my dilemma which they did. Fast friendly service. And I got a new set of tires from them for a great price. Definitely recommend these guys as I'll be going back there again

This company is excellent - I had a mishap with my car because the mechanic missed something which is very unfortunate but Corey the owner was an absolute gem to deal with. As soon as I called, he said they would fix everything ASAP (for no costs) and even went to my home to pick up the key for me since I was at work as well as the vehicle since it wasn't running. Customer service of that nature is seldom seen these days. I think the issue with a mechanic was just a 1 in a million fluke - every time we've been there before, the service and workmanship was excellent and top notch! Best darn full service auto shop around, so much more than tires. Jeff and the guys always do a great job of keeping you informed of what work needs done, and always at a fair price. They have been my choice for over 10 years and I have no plans on looking elsewhere.

Another excellent experience with this shop. Doug and Brad at the front were their usual friendly, knowledgeable selves. Been going there for oil changes for years and always treated extremely well. Thanks guys, see you in the spring.

Not a big fan of crooks and liars - that pretty much sums up the atmosphere of this joint. Poor installation of my tires, never returned there for after my experience. Avoid these crooks, there are other options in the area.

The friendly staff and technicians ensured I had my vehicle serviced and new tires installed in a few hours at a great price. I would highly reccomend.

Had a flat tire, I went in but they could not accommodate me since their schedule is fully booked. Tried other shops all fully booked also. Continued driving on donut, drove by a day later after work, manager said he can squeeze me in. They checked the tire, did not find any holes on it. But the valve was a bit loose, they tightened it and pumped the tire then replaced the donut. Did not bother charging me anymore. A big thanks to the manager in the front desk. Thanks.

I've been going to NORTHGATE Fountain tire for 17years, they have amazing service and a family atmosphere. I also appreciate the military discount.
