Fountain Tire

This is my experience with FountainTire at Northlands. Because I wanted to keep our 2009 Uplander (142,000km, bought new) for many more years, I sought to restore it to a near-new condition (for a safer and better ride and handling) with respect to the suspension, steering, brakes, and tires - even though they didn't really need any repair yet. There was also required repairs to an engine leak, speed sensors, and tie-rod end. All this the staff, especially the mechanics, did accomplish with excellence, courtesy, and convenience. The Uplander's ride and handling is now tight and sure, almost like a new van. I even got a "bulk pricing" discount for the work. To top it all off, they thoroughly cleaned everything under the hood. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend FountianTire at Northlands.

UPDATE - 25Nov2023: On a subsequent return for repair work under warranty, the shop's service continues to be excellent and fully satisfactory. They honoured their warranty and persevered until the problem was solved. I re-affirm my recommendation to have your vehicles cared for by Fountain Tire at Northlands.

Service was fast and friendly. New winter tires were reasonably priced and was able to get an appointment within the week (during the first snowfall in Calgary).

Been with this FT for years. Today I needed a quick valve check and in the middle of all the first snow panic, these guys found 5 minutes to get me back on the road. Can't thank them enough! Outstanding really.

Tires were great!
Had to come back after booking an appointment and my tires not being there.
Was never called prior, drove a long way to get them on.
Ended up getting 2 flats in the days after them not showing up.
Got them on 3 days later.

Excellent staff and service. Had a nail in my tire called Fountain tire and were able to repair it in an hour and 15 minutes. Very accommodating thank you.

Great service and customer experience all around. The team at the Northland location are also very honest, they don't try to upsell you and remain transparent any time I have been there. Highly recommend this location!

Idk where the 4.7 came from. Extreme lack of knowledge and a disregard for customers time and don't know how to hold an appointment, they can take them no problem but no way can they hold them. Very disappointed and will never be back.

Just wanted to add something.if anyone is thinking of booking anything online with Fountain Tire, don't, it doesn't seem to be useful and from what they told me it isn't going to get fixed any time soon. Kinda unbelievable in this day and age.
We took the car in for a set of new tires and every staff member we met was extremely nice, professional and very courteous. The service was top notch, the work was very well done and we liked the people there so much we took the car in for an oil change even though we had a coupon for a discount from another place. I would recommend this Fountain Tire to my friends and anyone who needs work done to a vehicle. Very professional with great service.

Caught a nail in my tire and they were able to accomodate me right away even though they were busy. Service was efficient, friendly and their facility was very clean.

The front of house runs this shop really well and it shows.

Was really impressed with how quick they were and I was on my way within 30 minutes. 5 stars for amazing and efficient service which is rare in this industry.
