Brad and the crew went above and beyond to fix my car in a timely manner! Great service. Could not ask for more!

After purchase support doesn’t go the extra mile. Spend $1000+ on tires and need to use their roadside hazard guarantee only to be told I need to book an appointment a month out. For a tire repair. Looks like this is their way of “skirting” that guarantee. Buyer beware.

$190 for a tire swap at this place! I would definitely shop around before paying this exorbitant fee.

I brought my 1990 landcruiser and my 1992 hilux Surf to this shop and I really like their service and they are honestly people to deal with specially dealing with Brad ireland, he is professional and easy to deal with him, I highly recommend this shop and I will continue doing business with them, if there is higher than 5 star I would definitely give it to them.

After spending a long time, researching on the Internet and making phone calls to find someone to put four new tires on my 33 foot travel trailer I found these guys.
Right from the phone call, they were professional, polite, and extremely courteous.

They told me to drop off my trailer which I did, and they even had people on staff that could maneuver it into position so they could do the work. I was quite impressed as it is not easy to drive or 33 foot trailer around but obviously some of their staff have experience because They were more than capable.
The work was done, and under the time they said it would take and was done perfectly!

If you’re reading this review, let me save you valuable time; trust these guys, and just go there!

Very good service but prices are a little bit higher than usual. But if we are talking about service and how the work is done the place is good.

We blew a tire on our way to Banff on our fifth wheel. Scott, the owner was so helpful and kind. Will and Wyatt stayed late to put on our new tires. Excellent service. Absolutely amazing!

We got a flat tire in Banff and limped back to Calgary. Showed up first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me in really fast. Unfortunately the tire couldn’t be saved but they had a used one available that they sold and installed at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Fountain Tire our camping trip was saved including hundreds of dollars in campsite and park pass fees already invested.

This location changed management months ago. My first few experiences were not especially encouraging but, recently, I have been very pleased.

We had some difficult decisions to make with respect to a car that is not new but not especially old either. Scott was very helpful in talking through the options.

Once we decided on what work to have completed, he worked with us to keep the costs as reasonable as we could. Once the work was completed, we found a notable improvement in the car's handling - more than was promised.

Both Scott and Brad are friendly and helpful. The service feels personal and attentive.

Our initial concerns are gone.

Had my seasonal tire changeover here. Excellent service. I made my own appointment on their website. I appreciated the phone call when the car was ready to be picked up. They are beside a major grocery store, so you can get your shopping done when you pick up your car.

Scott and his team saved the day when we had a tire emergency and could not find anyone to patch it up! He was so understanding and nice as well! What a gem!

Scott and his team were very helpful during an urgent need involving my car. Turned away from a few companies, Scott fit us in on a Friday of the long weekend. Highly recommend giving this guy your business if you’re in the area! He cares for his community.

Assistant Manager Brad provides very personable, prompt, and accurate quotes and service. I got in the same day, and the visit included a ride home in the morning and a return ride back to the shop when the work was done. Would go there again for service.

Great experience with fountain tire in Bowness! Friendly and personable staff Brad, Trevor and Nic made the visit seamless and stress free! Really appreciate the kindness and great communication. There was a line up when I arrived and Brad made sure to greet each of the clients and inform them he will be take care of our issues and thanked us for our patience. Acknowledging a client goes a long way and made a difference for us. I appreciated the complimentary drinks while I waited with my two little humans. My servicing was completed without a couple hours and when I returned to picked up my vehicle, the staff was already getting my order processed and it took no time at all to complete.

Booked my truck for oil change and winter tire swap (no rims) 12pm. Show up at 3pm and just got it up on the rack for work. No phone call to say hey we are busy. Would recommend going elsewhere.

The mechanic was very helpful and found used tires in my price range. My car was ready 30 minutes early! The place is very clean. I used to go here years ago. They will become my new mechanic

Went to get my brakes check as well as get a loose heat shield tightened as it was making a slight rattle. After quoting me for the total repair I opted to get a second opinion (which was $200 less, mind you).

After opting to just pick my vehicle up after the inspection for $70, I realized upon getting home that the rattling sound from the heat shield was even more noisy than it was when I brought it in. Basically paid $70 to have them make my car worse. On top of that staff was cold and generally unwelcoming, and were talking about the “smells of strippers” in the lobby. Not impressed tbh…
