We got winter tires put on our vehicle Saturday, Marc was great to deal with throughout the whole process. I previously had my brakes changed here as well and I would definitely recommend them!

Marc and his staff are absolutely the best! They do everything they can and more to make sure your car is in perfect working condition. Would take my car here over any dealership any day. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic service, on a Saturday too! Had flat, put spare on as flat was not repairable. In and out in 25 minutes! Called Monday with replacement tire! Went to my usual guy as needed to change over winter to summers. Offered to pay but they said - no charge! Wow! Talk about service! Highly recommend!

I originally called Kal Tire but they didn't have the tires I needed in stock! I called Scott at Fountain Tire at the end of the day Monday, he booked me for 8am Tuesday morning. New tires and oil change, less expensive than expected (better price than the competition)

I would not recommend this fountain tire therefore i would rate it 1 star. Bad customer service from the get go. Bad experience, does not even check if everything is ok (tire pressure warning was on when we got the car back) before releasing the vehicle back to us. Considering this is a tire shop. Very unpleasant experience for a first time customer.

The guys at fountain tire went above and beyond here to correct not only my mistake (ordering the wrong tire size like an idiot) but also a mistake from their supplier (didn't ship my tires into town for the swap) The guys at fountain tire price matched some better wheels for me and still had the car ready to go on time. Above and beyond level of service, I will be coming back here again.

Made an appointment for servicing on our Honda accord for Sept. 1. Great service, friendly professional staff! On time as well both appointment and suggested completion. Always the busiest of automotive shops around. With top notch staff along with top of the line equipment, it only makes sense. The positivity that is expelled as soon as you walk through the door is what every customer is looking for. I mean, not many people plan to have a flat tire or a serpentine belt let go. After bringing in my vehicle to get my new rims installed one of the three tires was installed incorrectly. I had to return to get it installed correctly. Marc and his team were great and got it fixed right away. A week later my front right tire had a slight leak in it and Marc and his team again resealed the tire and valve stem, at no charge which was very nice of them. Customer service was great and Marc is very professional in his communication, I would recommend them, only giving 4 stars because of having to return to fix an issue.

Very impressed with the efficiency & customer service at this location (Riverbend). Brought my SUV in Oct 5/20 with low tire pressure/leak. They fit me in & patched so I could be on my way back home to Cgy same day. KUDOS for the great service and professionalism.

I highly recommend Fountain tire. I had low tire preasure due to worn tires and it was dangerous to drive. I tried calling most of the tire shops in town but they either did not have the tire sizes (my front and rear are two sizes) or was too expensive.and I am glad that I called Fountain tire they gave me the best price.

Fountain tire recently repaired air-conditioning leak for my BMW X5. The service was very good. After the repire, I brought in the car to check the unusual smell twice. The shop checked it without charging me and found there is no problem (I just need to burn out the smell). The overall repair price is very reasonable in comparison with what BMW will charge. I am quite happy with their service.

I am visiting Edmonton in a very short trip and my check engine light came on and my car was running very poorly. My friend recommended I see this shop. They were busy but squeezed me in, to at least see what was wrong. It turned out to be a quick fix. The customer service and friendly nature of the staff was so appreciated. I highly recommend them!

We have been bringing our Odyssey here for a few years for maintenance. Their service is professional, pricing fair, and they are honest and upfront about what needs to be addressed. Just had our vehicle in for a bunch of issues and it runs great now.

The gang at Fountain Tire Edmonton Riverbend are great. They let me know everything that is needed, the price and the time it will take. They are quick and friendly and I've been using them for 6yrs with no issues. I highly recommend them.

I made an appointment for a tire swap (both sets on rims) early last week. I was told I couldn't get an appointment until Monday morning with the Manager. I showed up a 8 am to check in my car with a staff member, who told me my car would be ready sometime later in the afternoon. I told her that I had an appointment when I arrived. I was so shocked at the time frame, I blindly walked out accepting this response. After walking home and thought had the Manager was asked me if I would wait 5-6 hours in business to wait for a tire swap. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I decided to get my car back. Upon arriving back at the store, the owner and staff member started to engage in a conversation as to whether or not I was a walk in! THIS INFURIATED ME! I had an appointment! Made with the Owner and referred to when I arrived to drop the car! I had to demand my keys back! I would like to say I have never experience this sort of thing before at this location but unfortunately I have. I guess I should have learned the first time and never once got an apology! Will never do business with these people again! Shame on you!

Good service and friendly workers. They let me use their van for one night while my truck was getting fixed and they said there was 1/4 tank of gas, but it had less than 1/8th so I ended up giving them back their van with more gas than I got it with which is kind of annoying. I would just suggest that they leave it full for each new customer, and then they just have to top up what they use instead of trying to guess.

I do NOT know who to report this FABULOUS TIRE STORE to? Each and EVERY time I use this establishment for mechanical or TIRE services, the ENTIRE TEAM exceeds my expectations 1000 fold! They are honest, contentious and thorough. They, perhaps, don’t know that I work in the industry so I am very aware of good customer service, this FRANCHISE always, without fail continues to set that “BAR” higher and higher!

I've been going to these guys for a couple years now and they've always been quick, polite and great value for money. I've only used them for changing lights and swapping winter tires for all-seasons twice a year, so I can't comment on any of their other services.

Update for 2019 - I've done a number of repairs on my car for thinks like a leaky oil valve, brake rotors, new tires and a bunch of other maintenance items and Marc has always done a fantastic job not only on the repairs and his pricing, but also of always keeping my family in the loop and patiently explaining the pros and cons of different maintenance options. He has always been able to accommodate last minute checkups prior to trips too. I cannot recommend this Fountain Tire location enough.

These guys are SO. HELPFUL! Got a quote, car boosted and picked up, battery replaced, and car returned all in one day.

I was thinking I would have to get my car towed to the shop to get a new battery, which would have taken a few days due to crazy cold weather, but these guys happily swung by and picked up my car for me, installed a new battery, and drove my car back to me.

Very happy with the service, friendliness, and speed of this Fountain Tire.

Over the course of many years Marc and his team have provided excellent service for me and my family. Recently they replaced the steering rack on my 2008 CRV, which required fairly major surgery, and they did a great job - the strange noises are gone and the vehicle tracks straight and true with no leaks from the hydraulic system.
