I needed air in my tires at -37, and buddy came right out and filled my tires. No question asked. Great guy. And it's a free service, but make sure you tip a bit he comes out in the very cold for you.

I absolutely love this place their so helpful kind and just awesome Reily went above and beyond helping me on Thurday 11, Jan, 2023. When the cold decided to kill my car lol.

TJ was awesome to deal with! He was friendly and personable. Dropped off to balance a tire. Pricing was extremely fair for the quick repair requested and they were able to get me in super fast too! Dropped off my keys and a few hours later, got a call to pick up! From calling to book to picking up my car, service was excellent. Thanks guys!

I selected 19" tires for my car on Fountain Tire's web site, based on year/make/model of the car. I dropped the car off and returned 2 1/2 Hr later, the cars not done. I'm told they were the wrong selection and he did me a favor by going to the warehouse to pick-up the right size tires and saving me a few dollars because there smaller than what was originally selected, therefore cheaper. That's not what I ordered thank you, and you would think that having the tire there for the job would have been done in the first place after 3 friendly appointment reminders. They bring the car out front, now it's 6pm. I start the car check my TPS sensors and one is zero the other 3 are each a different reading, obviously not done. He tells me to drive it around, it will fix its self, come back tomorrow. It took the employee 15min to figure out the machine and add more air to the tires, really. Add more air, I literally just had them installed. They also forgot one of the valve caps and put a huge gouge into one of my rims. Very bad customer service, it feels like I'm being treated as though I will never be seen again, so who cares. Not this location.

The purpose of my visit was to swap my vehicle's tires and rims, but what followed left me disappointed and frustrated.

Upon inspecting my vehicle post-service, I was dismayed to find noticeable scratches on all four rims. These were rims that I had taken great care of, and the damage was evident and disappointing. I approached the staff to discuss the issue and they checked the video and found no issues on their side. They flatly refused to acknowledge any responsibility for the damage, claiming that I must have hit a curb. How can I hit all 4 rims into the curb? Maybe you guys by mistake put on somebody else's rims on to my tires? Also, the wheel balance is off and car drives all weird after the visit. 170 bucks did not get me a proper tire change or a proper alignment. What a time to be alive.

The evidence of the gray dust from the scratches being present on my tires only reinforced my belief that the damage occurred during the service. I strongly believe that customers deserve a certain level of honesty and accountability when such incidents arise.

I want to make it clear that I take great pride in how I care for my vehicle, and I am confident that the scratches were not present before the service. The exchange that followed left me feeling unheard and disregarded as a customer.

Needed a tire repair they got me in even though I didn't have an appointment was in and out on under 30 minutes. That's taking care of business

Only place I go for tires or anything. Was helped today by a Ryley and he was so knowledgeable and friendly I was more than pleased with my service and my tires! Put on cartoons for my son and made our experience easy! Definitely will go back and recommend to anyone!

I stopped in at Fountain Tire in Callingwood to have the air pressure in my tires corrected. They even gave me a valve cap that I was missing. The technician was cheerful and helped me promptly.

They damaged my key fob. They also possible caused a dent in my side door where they were replacing a tire. Grease on steering wheel multiple times.

The people are passive aggressive but polite overall. I made complaints and will not be returning. Only reason why I go there is become it's the closest shop in that area and they know that.

Do not take your vehicle here for anything. They managed to mess up a simple nail repair, and we had to go there 3 different occasions. They lost the locknut key and had to cut off the lock nuts and did absolutely nothing to rectify the utter waste of time.

Service was good, but some dummy used something sharp to try and scrape off the wheel weight glue.scratched the heck out of an OEM audi wheel. Braindead.

Was contacted the next day, they found this unacceptable, and are refinishing all my wheels.

Absolutely incompetent. Booked an appointment online for a tire repair for a nail that punctured the back right tire. Put all that info online and confirmed that in the shop. Drop off at 8am, day goes by, shop closes and no call or update to me. Go the following day and all they did was check the tire pressure. Are you that incompetent that you can’t use your eyes and see the nail? Don’t go to this tire shop they are idiots and just want to take your money.

Thank you, Fountain Tire Callingwood. You turned a disaster from Costco's tires centre into an easy fix. We got all four tires switched out. We booked the appointment and got in within 3 days, just wow! The tires said "in-stock" on the website even though they physically weren't, but you honoured the same price for higher prices tires, amazing customer service. The tire switches were pretty quick too. Just all around great service, and we will be coming here from now on as should everyone else. Thanks again, you have our business.

I needed new winter tires of a not super common size, the manager TJ made a call while I was standing there to arrange to have them brought in, and within 2 days the amazing team had them installed. This was during the height of changeover season, and just a couple days in to the snow taking over for the winter. I can't thank these guys enough, and will be back in the spring for some new rims for the summer. You guys rock
