Addendum: After 3 days of calls with Good Year and rebate company, the issue was resolved. Not a pleasant experience but Fountain Tire staff however did reach out to assist me in any way they could. Personally I will not do the rebate route again.

Recently purchased winter tires and was told I would be receiving a rebate through the mail. I received by gift card which I found out was out of date when I attempted to activate. After 6 phone calls to Fountain tire, Good year and Blackhawk I am no further ahead in receiving my rebate. Be wary when dealing with rebates. I would recommend getting in store discounts if at all possible.

Went above and beyond. Trevor was super kind and ensured that I had my problem taken care of as soon as possible. Truly amazing service.

Needed a valve stem replaced and was told immediately would need a new TPS sensor installed with it. The older vehicle had not had any that system going so I asked politely to forego that and repair the tire. I was declined with the intonation that that is "safety equipment" and the implication was that I was asking to do something sketchy and unsafe. Look, I get that you likely have a franchise agreement that prevents you from doing that without maximum charge and pushing unneeded stuff onto customers but just explain that you cant the way I got it was static. I received gears not service nor explanation!

Took my van in for an alignment, turned out to just be bad balancing. Fountain tire Sherwood park took care of me, cost me half the price! 5stars, great service hard to find these days.

Had a bent original rim, updated the look and style at a great price, thanks for the new rims I'm very happy and excellent service thanks!

I am extremely grateful for the positive experiences I've had at this Fountain Tire location. So often dealing with maintenance issues on my vehicle, I basically feel as if I have "stupid" tattooed across my forehead and so many companies/people have taken advantage of that in the past; costing me heavily financially, which is extremely deceitful. This location is honest, reputable, patient, transparent, and honest in communication. Between this location, and another local mechanic, depending on the service, I will continue to use for my vehicles needs.

I recently booked an appointment for my daughters car to get a wheel alignment done. I booked an appointment over the phone and was very pleased with the level of organization upon arrival for my appointment. The experience was above and beyond from what I expected. The job performed was explained properly in addition to found areas of concern. Later I realized the bill was less than estimated. The whole team has deserved full 5 stars!
I would take my own car there without hesitation.

Huge kudos to Ro and Team at Kaska Road Fountain Tire! I regularly bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance and I'm always pleased with them and their service. On May 30, my engine died without warning and I had it towed to Fountain Tire. The guys initially mentioned that there have been issues with this happening with Hyundai vehicles, and they discovered that the engine was in fact dead. Ro took it upon himself to look into Recalls and contacted several local dealerships on my behalf to see who would take this on with Hyundai. He even printed out all my oil change records to give to River City Hyundai to prove that I had regularly serviced the vehicle. After three weeks, I'm happy to report that I have a new engine in my Santa Fe, paid for Hyundai. I can't thank Ro and team enough and I'll continue to bring my vehicle there with confidence.

I really want to say thank you to Fountain Tire. From the gentlemen at the counter to the gentlemen in the back wow thank you. My husband dropped a tire off this morning to have it repaired and we were told it would be ready hopefully by the end of the day as they were super busy. A couple hours later in the morning they had the tire ready. When I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who honestly treated me like we were long time customers. He was very kind and detailed in explaining to me everything that took place. He was very thorough. The term gentleman is exactly appropriate for his quality service. When I pulled around to pick up the tire from the bay, I was greet by two younger gentlemen. They were very kind and great sense of humour. Truly it was so refreshing to see a group that truly cared about their customer service from start to finish.

Also I want to note how tidy, organized and clean the entire shop both front store and shop were. There was very clear communication between front and back which truly means this is a great company to support.

Nothing but good things to say about this guy's in sherwood park. No matter how busy they are they find the time to help their customers out. I've been showing up at 8am and have never been let down with rotations or services. Hats off to the team. Thank you.

I stopped in because I thought I needed a tire sensor. Ro saved me from buying a new sensor and reset it for me at no charge. Super helpful, great service!

Amazing customer service. Had a rough day travelling from Saskatoon, got a flat tire ~90km out of Edmonton. This was the closest tire shop I could get to. They helped me right away to check my rim and tire. Unfortunately my rim was bent and the tire was screwed, so I would have to order new ones. They printed me up a sheet with the stuff I needed, although I ended up ordering from a shop closer to where I was staying. Also blew some air into my spare donut. They didn't charge me anything and I appreciate the time they gave me.

Had new studded winter tires put on our minivan today.
Excellent, friendly service, easy booking, fit us in right away. Really glad we came in.

We use Fountain Tire for all our tire needs. Their storage of our summer and winter tires is great and makes it very easy to switch from summer to snow tires and back again. This really saves my back.

They actually saved me a fair chunk of time – time is my most important commodity. Thanks guys!

They took my truck which had not one locking lug nut and replaced every fn one with a locking lug nut. Than they had the balls to tell me that I had to take them off and swap them out for two 200 dollars worth of lug nut that they made me buy. This is the last time I ever shop here. Ps. There were two lug nuts that you couldn't put your ratchet on all the way. Thus that meant all had to be replaced. Plus the smirk on the sales man's face didn't help. I guess I should have waited for another tire store and there was a reason they could fit me in in under a week go figure.

After Mr. Lube told me they wouldnt retork my tires, i called here and they were so kind, curtious and quick to help! As the gentleman on the phone said- all tire shops take care of other companies customer because its a safety issue! Super grateful for Fountain Tire!

Showed up at 6: 50 am, was 3rd in line for a drop off for my winter tires. They then told me later because I was "last in line" to get my tires on, that they would MAYBE get to it that day, and that it would cost close to $300 ONLY because I didn't buy the tires there. Absolutely ridiculous.
