When changing over to my winter tires I was super annoyed to find the valve stem was loose and needed to be replaced.

Front desk was super helpful, and had my stem changed out in 5 minutes.super grateful!

If your looking for customer service I would go elsewhere. I have called three times to try to figure out my rebate for the tires I have purchased this year, the information they have provided has still not helped me get my rebate. I brought two trucks in to this location to have tires done this year. Needless to say Kal tire will be getting the rest of my fleet this year.

Went in with a nail in my tire 30 minutes before closing and they had my car ready in 15 minutes. Todd was awesome. 5+ star service!

Had a bubble in my tire, during their busy season. I called asking if they can swap the tire out with a new one, Brandon was able to fit me in right away! Brandon is amazing, he goes above and beyond for costumers! Very thankful he was able to squeeze me in! Highly recommend the Fort Sask location, great costumer service!

Pleasure to deal with. I ordered tires for my truck and they got them in that day and had them installed and ready to go by the end of the day. They offer a shuttle service when you drop your vehicle off. They will also pick you up at your house when the vehicle is finished. Overall a great experience from very knowledgeable owners.

I booked my car in to get a new set of winter tires. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and walked me through all my options. When the time came to drop it off, they advised my husband for a small additional cost, I could get studded tires. The amount was absolutely worth it so we did. The service was done very quick and when it came to picking the car up, the front desk were extremely helpful and very kind. I had to come back as there was a miscommunication with my summer tires and the guys in the back were extremely apologetic and very kind. In a time where everywhere is crazy booked, tensions are high, and costs are sky rocketing, I would absolutely recommend supporting this business and the amazing employees they have!

Refused service quoting a transportation guideline that exists in bc but doesn't exist in alberta. Had to take my tires to another shop an hour away to get tires put on, the shop called bs on the guideline they're enforcing here and showed me the actual guideline for tires

During harvest last year I blew a tie rod end on my pickup, replaced it in the field so I went for an alignment and the guy did a pretty bad job.

I went back less than 1000km later after I noticed a bunch of wear on my tires and they re-did the alignment and rotated the tires for free. I asked them to give a quick check to see if anything else was worn or not tight because I did the install at 1 am in the middle of a field, but the front desk guy insisted that my truck was just old and beat up and that "it's the best job they could do with what was there". He also recommended replacing the two, now worn, tires.which of course we're now on the rear, allowing the half decent set (had maybe 30% left on the tires) on the front to be ruined by a second bad alignment.

Took me about 15 minutes of looking to find the visibly loose castle nut on the tie rod end. I realise this was my mistake, but I specifically asked for them to look, was assured everything was tight, just "old", and definitely wouldn't have minded paying a diagnostic fee or however that works. Any tech worth their salt should have noticed that quicker than I did, especially when putting a wrench 2 inches from the loose nut is part of the alignment process.

Tightened and aligned somewhere else and it's been 50k kms and my "worn out" truck's steering still feels brand new. After 4 new bfg k02 tires to replace the ones with toe wear from both alignments ($1600 - not really a sticking point, the tires were pretty worn out, but were then garbage after the alignments) and another alignment ($120)

They did a set of Firestone Indy hawks for me on my Evo and after talking to the guy that was mounting the tires he was super considerate of the brand new rims and was very careful, so a star for that.

Otherwise, not recommended. Seems to be a bit of disconnect between front desk and mechanics

Best place for tires in Alberta. They are good priced, and they treat people with respect and appreciate your business. We have been customers here for about 8 years, won't go anywhere else. Highly recommend this company and appreciate their dedicated service to their clients.

It was my worst experience, I had my car and my family car change the tire in this location before, this time when I had my car at this location at the end of the day they close the shop and left my car in front of the shop and left me without the key, They didn’t even try to call and remind m that they’re closing soon, which I have seen in other locations, that cost me I have to get somebody from my house to drive with extra key to get my car.
And the worst when I came back to complain, I didn’t found any apology from the manager which he supposed to at least explain situation and apologize and when I told him that I’m regular customer, he didn’t even care, this is my last time to change my tire in this locations and I don’t advise anybody else to go to them, bad bad customer service

Always great service and reasonable competitive prices. These guys even gave me a lift to and from the shop when dropping my truck off for service before I moved across the country. Always felt taken care of. Top notch

By far the best service I have ever received over the last 30+ years of purchasing new tires and receiving an oil change for my truck. Honest staff, friendly, knowledgeable and great prices at the Fort Saskatchewan Fountain Tire. Great family run store so please shop local.

Popped a tire in the city and was staying in the fort. It was after they closed on a Saturday and they took me in and replaced my tire. Todd the owner did it himself. Highly recommend anyone near Fort saskatchewan that needs any vehicle work to go see the staff at Fountain Tire.

I went there today with a screw in my tire on the way to a family emergency. They got me in immediately and did not charge me for the screw repair. I am so grateful for their compassion and service this morning. Thank you

I asked what a noise was let them listen to an audio clip of the sound was told it was nothing TURNS OUT not nothing and caused me 1200$ in damage to my engine.worst thing I was hours away from home as I had taken my car in to get serviced for a road trip! I made it 2 hours outside of Edmonton and shotty work caused my serpentine belt to fray from rubbing on the coolent hose, destroy my water pump and rip out a bunch of electric work.top notch screw up, was a long term customer now my car is in edson. I miss how it used to be. Definitely shopping elsewhere from now on. On a good note my car should ACTUALLY be fixed tomorrow at a proper garage!

Awesome staff, I had a flat tire and I am working Monday to Saturday business hours and I was worried but Just a call and they came in and picked up a my SUV and fixed it for free. Did not try to sell extra and gave me honest explanation of the issue. Gave me best price for New winter and all season tires when I asked. Brandon and staff, you guys are really good heart people and so your business. Above and beyond expectations.

Excellent service from the young lady at Fountain Tire. She was so pleasant on the phone when I booked my appointment and while we were waiting for my vehicle she was so wonderful too. I read another review which said, excellent customer service.that's what we received. The guys were pretty great too.

I needed a tire fixed on my Truck Tyler the tech helped me right away as I was pulling up he wasn't sitting around twiddling his thumbs wondering if he should get to work and Pat who was working at the counter said they would have the tire fixed in 1 hour and it took less than an hour so it was very good the guys have a good work ethic overall a great place

I've been going to this location for years and they are always good to me. What prompted this review was that I recently bought a used car. I sent emails, called, and stopped in to ask questions and they always took the time to answer and help me out. These aren't things they can charge me for and they still not only answered but took time to look things up and make sure they were the right answers as well as offering other assistance. Over time they have never given me a bill that was unexpected, never pressured me into repairs or purchases I didn't want to make. Specifically Landon and Ron (plus one other I can't remember the name of! The counter guy with the beard!) have been excellent to me and I really appreciate their efforts.

Excellent service here. The owner is amazing and always gives great service, fair prices and doesn't charge you for things you don't need.

Very unimpressed with how I was treated at this location today, I went to the commonwealth location in Edmonton yesterday and the staff was great and did the repair but I live in fort Saskatchewan and had the issue with the same tire so went back to have it fixed, didn’t even pull up my profile and wasn’t listening to what I was say and just told me to go put air in it.and when I went to put air in it the employee told me “you know of it goes flat again you need to fix it right” well no sh** that is what I wanted done today but wasn’t taken seriously.thank you bringing my service back downtown because they at least respected me!
