Showed up just before 8 am, was ask if I needed help from a tire tech from the back shop. I told him what I needed and he said we will get right on it. I walked back outside and tire was off! Great work.
The managers walked in greeted me and wrote up work order and voila! Great service and friendly staff! Makes a difference. Awsome job!

Went in for my Jeep acting like a psycho flashing lights making noise and then having the engine light come on. They were fabulous! Got me in right away listen to what I said my truck was doing and what I thought was the cause. Confirmed what I assumed and corrected what was going on and there's no problems! Very quick very easy and they were very busy Thank you Fountain Tire

Never had a bad experience at St. Paul Fountain Tire. Very courteous staff and get you back out the door quickly.

These guys found the part I needed when the competition couldnt! To boot, their service is second to none!

Had damaged tire, bought a good used one from Fountain Tire who changed and installed. Good job.

Very Poor over the phone customer service. Didn’t even try to give me a quote on anything I asked for! Wasn’t helpful at all, just rude and sarcastic!

Excellent. I have been going to this business for a long time for my vehicle needs because I haven't gotten better service anywhere else. Honest, friendly, helpful and reasonable prices.

Customer experience on the phone needs improvement.they seem rude while inquiring about getting service work done. The repairs were completed properly without any additional complications. The call back service for when the job is completed is non existent. You are asked to provide your telephone number For contacting you but nobody calls when the job is complete. I Walked around the city for 4 hours only to figure out when stopping in to inquire of my vehicle status was done I was then told yes it is done

Had a not do pleasant experience in this shop. Went there to have shocks installed and they broke a bolt in one or the shocks. Tried to get me to order a control arm. Why would I pay for a part I didn't need. No courtesy car nothing. And they stole one of my shocks and installed a different one. Totally bad service all around.

My younger sister (18) brought our truck there to get a tire changed as my dad was out of town, and she had the workers bug her by asking “do you even know what tool you’re looking for”, “did you need to get your daddy to call me” & “did your daddy have to tell you what to do”. And then when we told them we only wanted the one tire changed because the others were basically new, she had the workers laugh to each other and say “yeah, key word being WERE brand new” and continued to laugh in front of her.it was -35 weather and my sister was obviously already uncomfortable having to figure this out on her own in the cold and she was laughed at and made fun of.

Don and his crew are really great to work with. They were efficient and my car is running better after an oil change and tune up! We brought the car in for new tires in the fall and the Fountain Tire promotions were fantastic. Great prices and great service!

Great place to come get what ever services you need for your vehicle. Every time it’s fast service and reasonable pricing. I’ll keep using St. Paul Fountain tire for years to come.
