I walked in to Fountain Tire in Okotoks with a nail in my tire with a borrowed vehicle on a day trip to see my mom. It was “a day” I was having and the team could not have been more pleasant, helpful and kind. They fit me in as soon as possible and took care of it for me. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this location.

Amazing place I get all my repairs done here, good customer service and a quick team. Recently my car broke down in the middle of the road, even though no mechanic was available I was able to have my car towed to this shop and had a diagnostic report back within a day. Not only did they accommodate me on a short notice they ended up being able to fix the problem without doing any repairs. Got my car back 2 days later and they didn’t even charge me any labour or fees for the work they had done.

I needed new tires pretty quick as mine were becoming unsafe to drive on and I was able to order 4 online right away and book an appointment for that weekend
Emma was great and professional
They were friendly and my vehicle was dropped off at 10 and they were done before 1130
I even got a rebate so that made it a little less painful to spend my money

I’m sitting at a picnic table outside this business as I write this, getting a tire repaired. I’m a repeat customer because they are clear on what they are able to do, they keep their word, they have often been able to squeeze me in for an emergency, and I’m always treated with respect and a smile.
I don’t know what the service is like at other shops around town, because I always WANT to call these guys first.

My daughter had to get two newer used tires to replace front two since one had a sidewall tear/slice/leak. I purchased a pair from NothingButTires (NBT) in Calgary and paid a premium price for a match set of 'great condition' used tires. I had them installed and balanced at Fountain Tire Okotoks. Too bad one of those tires sold to us by NBT had a a failed patch (we were not aware if any patch) and it went flat the first day it was installed. NBT offered to replace the faulty tire (they sold us premium used tire price) but offered no credit for the new install or time we'd have wait to get us a replacement. Fountain Tire came to the rescue by finding a used perfect match tire and replacing, balancing and mounting it for no charge! I highly recommend Dean and his team at Fountain.

Exceptional service. I came in for what i thought was a leaky tire but it ended up being a cracked rim which needed to be sent to the city for repair. There was a misunderstanding between myself and the shop if I would be bringing it in myself or if they were going to send it. I had an appointment for a Tuesday morning in the city to fix my rim and realized Sunday night it wasn't in my car. I emailed the shop Sunday night and the owner responded right away and personally came to my house to deliver the wheel the following morning even though the Monday was a holiday and they were closed. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We were having troubles with a credit card and needed to call the card holder. Lady who works there was rude to my partner and then again to me. These things happen and we were sorting it out and it would take a few minutes! Made to feel like I was driving away with not paying tires! Unbelievable

Was visiting Okotoks on Christmas Eve and had a flat tire! Air pumps at gas stations were too cold to work but Bryce at Fountain Tire came out, filled up all my tires, and gave me a Merry Christmas before declining any payment. Please give this place your business, the good people there certainly deserve it!

I’ve used this location a few times over the years. I can tell you this: they are an honest shop.

I sent my 17 year old daughter to get a tie rod end replaced on her car - price was great - and the mechanic diagnosis was exactly what I had figured it to be at home (wasn’t changing myself in -30 lol) there was NO surprises for her, no up sells or anything more than what we knew to be wrong.

I have bought several tires from this location; and have been happy with the price, and no issues with installation.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, owner is present and very approachable. He is also very much for the Okotoks community.

First time bringing my vehicle here and was very satisfied with the work and the report they sent me. I would come back and recommend for the people in or near Okotoks to check it out.

Went in this morning looking to get my rear right tire repaired as a result of a puncture. Got the most disgusting service in the front, it would appear that they’ve overbooked and any new clientele just is irrelevant. The lady at the front desk was so incredibly rude and definitely not welcoming. So sad and will never shop at this location again.

Staff were friendly and completed the work quickly. I used to take my car to the dealership for maintenance but I’ll be bringing it here from now on as the service is far superior!

Fountain Tire Okotoks has been superb in taking care of all my wheel needs…from my trailer wheel studs that got stripped that needed refurbishing urgently… to my kids and my vehicles being taken care of with a friendly but always professional stance. The service has gone above and beyond with each experience. All of the staff has been consistently considerate and a delight to deal with. Great prices.

Have now had several tire changes here, and it has always been a slick process. Today, I was going to be unable to pick up my vehicle before closing, and I really needed my truck for tomorrow. I was able to pay over the phone, and the service shuttle delivered my keys to my office so I can pick up my car after hours. Always friendly customer service, and today they went above and beyond, which was very much appreciated.

Was great, quick, easy, decent price. I also didn't know this but they inspect your vehicle with a report. Went in to swap winter rubbers and they sent me a little inspection report after. Didn't know it was included. Was nice

The folks here are amazing! Not only did they squeeze me in when wires got crossed for an appointment, they addressed my concerns with my brakes and didn't charge me a dime for it. They're quick and efficient, and their customer service is second to none. Thanks!

Had a tire valve stem problem and required it looked at quickly because I was selling the unit. Even though the shop was pretty booked up Dean got me in at 8: 00am the next business day and his tech had the problem rectified and and I was on my way in less than an hour. Great service and pleasant to deal with.

Bought tires here and got them put on 2 years ago, and they provided great service. A week ago I asked if I could get a wheel alignment on the Saturday because I work 8-5 everyday in the work week, and I knew no one who could give me a ride to my work since I live in high river and work in Calgary. The lady then told me there was empty spots but couldn’t take me because they may need other parts, so it would have to be on a weekday. I then proceeded to tell her I had recently gotten my car worked on by a mechanic and he did not have the equipment to give me a wheel alignment. That is why I asked fountain tire for just only a wheel alignment because I knew I would not need any other work done. The lady was very unhelpful and could not help me get a wheel alignment that my car really needed. I told her I would be taking my business elsewhere and she was fine with that. Very disappointment with the customer service as of recent.

We noticed a flat tire on our towing vehicle right as we were about to go camping late Friday afternoon. Fountain tire took care of us and plugged the tire really quickly, and we were back on the road on no time able to enjoy our camping weekend! The services was very friendly and efficient

This is one of the very best places I have ever been to have my car serviced. They are so professional, polite and always have time to get you in. You really feel like they truly care and that your vehicle safety is their top priority. I have stopped going to my dealership and will only go to fountain tire now.

This is the only place I'll take my wife's off-warranty vehicle for repairs. Every time I go there, they could probably run up the bill for unnecessary repairs but instead, they are honest and deal with integrity. I've never been able to trust any auto repair shop before, for reasons everyone knows. But Okotoks Fountain Tire is different. In an industry rampant with dishonesty, if not downright fraud, these folks have always been the opposite: very honest and commendable. They seem to take the long view and look to earn a customer's eternal loyalty through their stellar business practices. So long as the business continues to be run with honesty and integrity, I will trust them and highly recommend them.

I have been going to Fountain Tire - Okotoks for the past 3 years and my only regret is that I didnt find them sooner. Dean, Emma, Bryce, Jackie and everyone else there have always gone above and beyond, never make you feel pressured into anything or try to add on additional charges. You never have to worry about them trying to find "something wrong" with your vehicle. Emma remembers me by my first name when I call, Dean is always happy to answer any questions I have and really makes sure I understand, and Bryce (the owner) couldn't be more helpful and outgoing. Highly recommend this place to everyone! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Greatly disappointed. Feel like I almost got trapped to buy a new tire.

Long story short. My wife had gotten a flat tire. I removed the rim and tire from car and dropped off at Foutain Tire.

I get an email with a report stating that " recommendation to repair tire" PERFECT. I call and speak to a lady Emma who then proceeded to tell me that is it not repairable due to "impact damage"

I then proceed to tell her thats not what the report says. Conversation ends. I then look at report again roughly 15 minutes later and see that she edited it.

So I pick up my rim and tire (apart). I suspect somethings up after inspecting myself. I bring it to another local shop and they inform me without a doubt that the tire is repairable.

I feel like some people would have gotten taken advantage in this situation. I am writing this review to inform other people to be careful when dealing with this company. I will not be EVER going back there.

I needed new winter tires before leaving on a trip to see family and called a few other places all saying that they are booking for 2-3 days in advance. I called here and they said bring it down and they would have it done for the end of the day. I drove down, dropped my car off and was waiting for a ride when they told me that they would actually have it done before lunch. So I stayed and waited for an hour, and my car was out the door before 11: 30! The team here are very professional, and have very quick turn around time. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

The Staff at Okotoks Fountain Tire are really exceptional! They make “ taking your vehicle for servicing” into an opportunity to have a friendly visit with some really nice folks who genuinely care about their customers. They are competitive and can provide the tires you need at a price point you can afford. They provide all kinds of services AND honest feedback on all of your vehicular needs. Told me they could balance tires.didn’t. Took my money and charged me almost three times as much as another business did who actually new what they were doing. If you want simple easy tire issues solved these are you r guys.

Great staff and very helpful. Used these guys multiple times. Only downsides are parking, lot is pretty full as is the waiting room most of the time, but hey, that shows that they are busy I guess. Prices are what you'd expect from a chain. Quality of work has been good every time if have been there.

Dean helped me diagnose a bad thermostat in my truck. No charge scanned codes for me and wiped them on multiple occasions.

* I will never have enough praise for this team. They are efficient, innovative and professional. I am absolutely confident regarding their appraisals and workmanship. Okotoks is very lucky to have such a brilliant team.

I wish I could give this place negative five stars. By far, the worst customer service I've received as of late. I'm ashamed to have this place in our wonderful city.
We brought in our flat to this place first at eight in the morning and the situation was explained as our vehicle was literally stranded in the middle of Deerfoot Trail. We were told that it would be taken care of. Came back about an hour later to find that our tire hadn't even been looked at. The person behind the counter (different individual than we dealt with earlier) was an embarrassment to deal with. He snapped at us stating that we should have realized that they were booked all day, and they'd get around to it when and if they could. We re-explained our situation and were met with criticism that we should have explained this when we dropped it off. We then told him that if the tire wasn't going to be taken care of we needed it back to go somewhere else. Again we were met with hostility and told that he "can't be expected to move mountains".
Didn't ask if you could.
Took it to another tire shop that was also booked for the day. Left six minutes later with a fixed tire. Way to go Fountain Tire. Your employees speak volumes as to how you run your business. Won't ever be back, and will share my experience with as many people as possible so when they have an emergency, they won't waste their time going through your establishment.

I had some simple work done so there were no hiccups. But that’s a decent way to gauge the kind of experience you’ll have going forward.

More importantly, you’ll get an honest quote, so at the very least you’ll be able to walk out knowing what to expect for vehicle maintenance (or whatever your reason for visiting, they’re knowledgeable enough to steer you in the right direction).

They don’t make up things to fix, or overinflate quotes without reason. Definitely a shop worth making the trip to as that is a rare quality these days.
