The are the best tire shop in GP. Fast friendly service. Was able to get winter tires on my wife's car same day for a great price! These guys are the only place I go for tires.

Very unprofessional and rude, ignored that I had an appointment, waited close to an hr and then tried to say I didn’t have an appointment after saying I did, complete waste of time, will never recommend or use them again

Needed an emergency wheel bearing done as it was no longer and the tire fell off, other place wouldn’t help us but these guys looked at the bearing right away got parts and got us back on the road in a couple hours. Very appreciative of the kind service!

Saved the day, I wouldn't be almost at the Alaska border right now if it wasn't for this fantastic team. They were so generous and always kept me aware of what the repair issue was and the next step to solve the problem along the way. They took a broken camper axel on my 1990 Gulf Stream and turned it around along with a broken wheel and loose leaf springs in 6 days. I wound up with 2 low back car tires on my most recent journey from BC through to Saskatchewan. Arriving just after opening, I was told it would be a half hour wait until they could get at it and was invited into the showroom lounge, offered coffee and shown the wifi password. Chris was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Within 20 minutes, he appeared with my keys and efficiently processed my transaction. Definitely a pleasant transaction first thing in the morning!

Worst Service i have ever received while looking for tires. The lady answering the phone made me want to hang up before the conversation started.

Had my tires balanced at a different shop, truck shook extremely bad. Called here and they got me in super quick, to get it done properly. Parker was excellent to deal with, thanks again!

Brought my Corvette here for a wheel alignment. I was not told there would be a pre and post job road test. While I was waiting for the job to be completed I see my car driving away, for an unnecessary joyride. I told them what the issue was (car constantly wanders to the right). If there was to be any road testing I would have wanted to be present. I could understand a post job road test to verify the issue was fixed, with me being the driver but not somebody driving that I didn’t give permission. I was not impressed. I would have even felt better about it had they told me they were taking it out for road testing, essentially because I would have said not without me your not. Never Again.
Anyway on another occasion with these guys I had a tire replaced for my RV trailer. (only because they had the exact same tire as the original) I removed the wheel and brought it to the shop in the back of my pickup, saving them the trouble of that process. I was charged for a new valve stem but when I got home and took a closer look, it was the same old one. I called them and was forwarded to the managers voicemail, left my message and surprise surprise no return call.
Well folks you lost this customer. I’ll never be back again and I would recommend everyone take your business somewhere you might be more appreciated.

Quick and great customer service. Got me in quick and fixed a problem I wasn’t anticipating and was reasonable on the payment payment for replacement parts. Helpful honest respectful and looks out for you 100%.

There was an issue finding my tires in storage and we found out they were misplaced or mixed up. There wasn't even hesitation, the crew got some replacement tires for me that were better than the ones I had on before and had them installed at no cost. Very professional, definitely a model of how every business should treat there customers.

Unbelievable customer service. Came in with a leaky tire, they took a look at it and determined it was a bent rim, told me they could try to bend it back but since it was aluminum they couldnt guarantee it wouldn't crack, they gave it a shot and it seems to have held. Since they couldn't guarantee it was a permanent fix they didn't even charge me. If it takes further work or anytime I need anything to do with tires, I most definitely will be back there.

Onest service, I have purchased tires here and many repairs on my truck such as catalytic, harmonic balancer, belt tensioner, spare tire pulley, shaft sensor. Waiting room has comfortably couch, coffee and water. All old parts were returned.

We needed emergency service and they were able to help us right away. Work was done in about 45 minutes from arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff made this stressful event much easier to deal with and I was very happy with the price too. They provided hot coffee and bottled water while we waited and that was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Over the years I have bought personally and through work many sets of tires. Staff have always been pleasant and I appreciate that when they have an appointment that's when your truck is worked on (instead of all day appointments by other service centers). I feel very comfortable in leaving my trucks in their hands

Kept us waiting for 5 hours and 20 minutes TBE and just to find out that they haven't changed my Summer Tires to Winter Tire's. They should've told us to just come back the next day and expect that our has car has already been serviced.

Huge thanks to Kalvin and staff. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road and back to our holiday road trip. Amazing level of service!
