I showed up here on a Thursday morning desperately needing two new tires to get my stranded trailer off the road. The receptionist and the guys in the shop got me fixed up immediately and on my way with great friendly fast service. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone

Had a flat and pulled in and was taken care of right away. I wish I could remember the young man who fixed my tire. He went above beyond in his friendliness and checked everything thoroughly.

I had gone in first thing in the morning, explained that I had a leaky tire and they got me in right away. I was so grateful for this and everyone was extremely friendly. I can’t thank them enough!

Making the 9 hour drive home for days off and needed a quick set of tires onto the work truck. Stopped at the Hinton shop and was given the rudest, quickest no. Ok thank you I replied. Phoned Edson shop after walking out the Hinton doors and got a complete 180 response. Of course we can get you in come on thru. Pulled up and had the truck in the bay within minutes. To bad for Hinton that the company I’m with is a decent size. Quick call to my office and anyone with us in the area will be instructed to drive to Edson for services. Goes to show that a little common decency goes a long way. Much appreciated to the staff at the Edson shop. Top shelf service and definitely recommend

Fountain Tire Edson know what it means to help. Prompt service, good work, rational pricing, and the roadside service today was unreal. They'll be my first call every time.

I was en route to Jasper when my vehicle very unexpectedly broke down. This was a Sunday so nowhere was open to speak to. I called this fountain tire thinking I would leave a message, however someone called me back almost immediately and put me through to a staff with fountain tire (they were closed so I was very pleasantly surprised that I spoke to someone so quickly)! I was able to explain my issues, my car was towed and left there overnight. I called the next morning and got through write away. I spoke to Chris and Brad who were both very helpful and assured me they would take care of my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle a day later everyone was friendly, they explained what happened in a non-condescending manner and answered all my questions (this is a big deal for me being a woman with minimal mechanical knowledge). They even have the cutest little shop cat, Boots, hanging out! I was so impressed and happy with my service. A very unfortunate situation was handled professionally and efficiently! Unfortunately I don’t live near Edson, otherwise I would make this my primary location. Anyone who needs services in Edson should definitely give this location their business!

Dropped in on this Fountain Tire outlet as we passed through Edson and a 'low tire pressure' indicator lit up in our Ranger. They took the vehicle right in, found the nail I had picked up on the highway, patched the tire and sent me on my way in 1/2 hour. No charge! Not sure I understand the business model, but appreciate the prompt, friendly service for sure. We'll do all our tire business here from now on.

My fault.no one else in Edson was able to bring my truck in to work on it. 195$ for a wheel bearing at bumper to bumper and these guys mark it up to over 300$. And charge 1hr to install a tie rod outer.no surprise really I'D do it myself but it is -20.my fault

These guys are beyond hospitable, got me in multiple times with only a moments notice. Allowed me to use there Mig welding machine to fix some brackets under my dash with no notice at all got me fixed right up. Prices are more reasonable than one could wish for. Staff is well knowledged and willing to undertake just about anything you can throw at them. The only place I will use.

Pulled into town with my low tire light flashing. Friday, right before closing and I walked into Fountain Tire and they got me in right away. Despite it being the end of the day, I didn't feel like a burden, in fact I was made to feel very welcome

I worked at this location and I can tell you right now DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE! The management is horrible! They treat their employees like garbage. They under pay them and over work them. Will bully their employees then fire them when they stand up for themselves.

Terrible had u joints replaced drive shaft fell off on hiway had abs sensor replaced brakes fell apart don't go here!

I bought tires from the fountain tire in Slave Lake, they weren't balanced properly but I didn't notice until I went on a road trip. Made a stop at Edson fountain tire for rebalancing and they did it properly but charged me $128 I will be staying away from fountain tires

Am not from the area but was buying a car in the area and got a pre purchase inspection, after a week of driving my new car my engine light came on which I hooked my OBD sensor to it and thought it was just a sensor but took it into Mazda (car was a Mazda) just to be safe and they said three parts were already broken and that the cost would be 1700$ luckily I know a decent amount so I will order the parts my self and do it my self but will take a weekend and around 500$, the top mount inter cooler was broken and had multiple washers to lift it up. A vacuum hose was glued but easily pulls off as well as my headlight has clips missing and the housing is silicones but allows moisture in. One thing that was nice was that they sent the inspection online so could view it easily just wish It wouldn’t cost me this much when I tried to prevent this.

Worst possible customer service. Was given poor information upon booking, was given incorrect pricing and some information was left completely out.
I had to call them twice after they said they'd call me upon completion. Then proceeded to tell me things were wrong with the vehicle that had just been fixed.
Downside to being a girl going into a tire shop. They think your a complete moron.
Would not recommend and quite honestly think it should be avoide.

Excellent service, got a tube put in my snowblower. Just under $20, just under 10 minutes. Worked out awesome.

I had to a leave a review for the Fountain Tire guys in Edson. I was just working in town for a couple days finishing a job. I also needed to leave today with a four hour drive ahead. When I went to my truck at work to start packing tools I noticed my tire starting to go low. Dang, I'm four hours from home here. Thankfully I had a spare underneath of the bed of the truck which ended up being pretty low too lol.

So I gave these guys a call. I showed up told them I just spoke to them. They had my truck in right away. They fixed the back tire which had a faulty valve stem, checked and filled my spare up and then even checked another tire I questioned because it lost air sometimes. Well dang look at that these boys fixed that one too.

Cheap bill too which was cool.

If you have tire issues and youre not a local of Edson I recommend this place.

I get that everyone wants to make money but to blatantly tell me that you would rather not I brought my own parts because you dont make money off my part. Well to me thats just wrong you should be happy with the 120$ per hour for labour and not try to mark up a part by 100%. JUST SAD AND DISAPPOINTING. DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT HONEST WORK

Was driving through and needed my side by side tire repaired. They were able to get me in quickly and it didn’t cost a lot

Long road trip and a slow puncture on the way. Located Fountain Tire.what a wonderful team! So helpful.and got me back on the road in no time.

We just blew a tire on my trailer in Edson and Chris was amazing! He showed up so quickly, which I appreciated since I had 3 large dogs and a small child with me. When i tried to tip him, he refused and sent his best wishes with the rest of my 9 hour track i have ahead of me. I've never had such great service and would reccomend them to ANYONE!

Ive bought tires from fountain, I've shown up without appointments for flats that were fixed at no charge. The Fort Mac, Edm and Edson locations all had great customer service, personable, socially well adjusted staff who actually seemed to be more interested in taking care of people over putting profit first. I must say I am glad to do business with em.

Worst customer service ever. They don't have adequate staff and you end up waiting for hours for the simplest tire repair. And when you inquire about completion time, staff is surly and beligerant.

UPDATE: I received a call from Fountain Tire and they are going to refund the amount that I would have saved on the tires had they given me the sale price. I just need to stop in any time and I will receive my refund. Thank you Fountain Tire Edson for coming through and providing the great service I have always appreciated.

* I have been a customer of Fountain Tire for years and have always been happy with the service and quality of work, and their shuttle service is great. However, I recently bought new tires, full price, only to drive by the very next day and see a new sign saying that the exact same tires were on sale! Very disappointing. I would have been happy to wait a day to get the sale price had I known.

Super friendly! My car broke down just outside town and they had me up and running in a couple hours.

Been 2 hours and still waiting on a oil change
they put in conventional oil, when my car takes synthetic oil, and they put 5L in when my car takes 6L

Went in for an oil change. Very cold people. No warm welcome or anything. Customer service lacking. Vehicle went in. While I was waiting the oil tech was talking to the service counter about how he got the air filter wet so I would need a new one (not realizing I was the vehicle operator). So they finish oil change and guy doing up the bill says "so you need an air filter because yours was wet". I said whatever, fine. Took forever to do up the bill. I left thinking all was ok until 2 days later, I stopped to fill my windshield washer fluid. I noticed a piece of the intake was missing. When I called to report this the manager (or whoever answered the phone), was answering me with remarks which clearly showed he did not understand what I was saying. I clarified, he said hold on. When he returned to the phone he said "just swing by the next time you are in the area and we will have the piece set aside for you". I went back only to be told that everything was put back on and there was no piece left on the shop.

This place has no clue what they are doing and tell customers only what they think will please them. At least look into the issue before you tell a customer that everything will be worked out.

Very unprofessional group. Disgrace to the Fountain Tire name.

Would not recommend this place this is the last place in Edson I will go. This branch of fountain tire has lost my businesses of multiple fleet trucks in the area. They nickel and dimed me for anything they could and on top of that tried to sell me overpriced tires. The staff was rude to me and tried to take advantage of me. The employees that work on tires in the back are hard workers and I have only good things to say about them always quick and reliable, respectful. The mechanic I talked to underminded my opinions as a customer. Not knowing I come from a background of mechanics and know what I'm talking about. Not happy to even take the time to review a place like this but I said something good about the tire techs. Maybe work on some customer relations.
