Had a flat tire while passing into town, nearly closing time but thanks to the guys there who realized there's no way I could drive back south with a flat tire. They squeezed me in between repairs just to get home in time. You guys are the best! Shout out to Steven, friendly guy!

I had a flat on our mini van.they could not match up the tire.they put the donut on.had a hard time getting spare out from under car.i thought this is going to cost me.not at all, they charged me $20 for this.they got my vote.thanks guys.

We started from Edmonton for a trip to Vancouver. In the middle of our ride, we noticed that the steering is shaking at high speeds. Then we visited fountain tire at Wetaskiwin. We told them the scenario and they told it requires wheel balancing and told me the cost ahead as 21$ per tyre. Not only they checked our tyres, but also they did some small inspection such as brake pads, suspension, engine oil and other stuff. Later they brought our tyre to us and told the wear on both of my rear tyres are uneven and the balancing would not solve the problem. Hence, they suggested us to buy used tyres which are cheap and fits my budget. However, they don't have any stock at that moment. I told them that I'll go back to Edmonton and install my M+S tyres which I already have before heading to Vancouver. Then they put back my tyres and they charged me nothing. And the representative told that you have even bigger problems to deal with and that's why they didn't feel to charge us. He was unhappy for ruining our trip even though it's not their mistake.

It's my first visit to fountain tyre. Probably, I'll go to fountain tyre in future at Edmonton.

I have brought my vehicle to fountain tire on a number of occasions. Each time I have had wonderful service and the guys have been super helpful. My last visit was to replace 2 batteries in my RV and I had the most excellent service. The prices are In line with any other batteries that you buy. I am super happy with the staff and all the work they've done on my vehicle. Highly recommend fountain tire in Wetaskiwin!

I went in Oct 14 to put on my winter tires, Steve had a cancelation at 3 pm and said no problem you can wait while your car is being done. While sitting there for an hour many people came in with tire issues but the amazing part was both guys on the counter were very polite and positive with each customer. Being a manager of several employees myself was nice to sit back and hear these guys take pride in there work not just putting in time. Good job guys

If you don't want to be overcharged for basic work and deal with people who have integrity, I would recommend going somewhere else. Last year I took my van in to get the heat repaired. Supposedly they fixed it and they charged me $250.00 for it. A week later I took it back in because it still wasn't working. They looked at it and told me the door to the heater was broken and gave me a quote of between $1,500 - $2,000.
They never refunded me for the $250.00 I already spent on my vehicle, and I have a friend who had a bad experience with them as well. Save your money and find a reliable business.
