Great tire shop, has my tires patched within 2 hours. Owner is at the front desk a lot of the time which is awesome. I had them previously do a lift kit install for me on my Truck and they were very competitive with there price. Would absolute recommend.

Had to have a major repair done on the vehicle. Rear main seal was leaking. It was during the cold snap and they were able to get me in. After having my vehicle for a week I was given it back in poor condition, from the repair and poor communication. I had to call every day for an update and was given vague timelines on when it would be available, and after I received it back problems showed. From the second I fired it up they didn't even tighten up the exhaust manifold bolts and it sounded like NASCAR. Something so obvious but ignored. Loose bolts, oil residue, had the radiator replaced as well by them and they didn't even tighten some of the hose clamps. Not a single can of cleaner or rag was used to wipe up any old residue and it still seeps oil out of the transmission housing. Attached are photos of the oil residue everywhere from my "repair".

I needed a mobile tire repair: a Fountain Tire mobile unit was already on site so I asked them to perform the repair. The repair was done adequately, but the invoice was just under $200.00. Absolute robbery.

Shawn is a super guy checking into my possible rear axle leak. These fellows here are fantastic. I was just going to go on vacation in my motorhome in a few days when the leak was discovered. They set me up and in a short time my holiday was saved. Superb place for service.

My experience began in the morning with a wonderful, friendly, helpful young lady named Brittany. I called to get an appointment, She got me in for later in day for tire change. When I arrived a friendly young man from the garage came out and gave me instructions. Entering the office I was greeted by 2 men who were equally friendly and Britany. My tires were changed quickly with great service and wonderful smiling happy, staff. Thank you and keep up the amazing customer service. You all rock!

Had a wonderful experience! I don’t know much about cars/tires and they were incredibly helpful & patient. Most of all I trusted that they got me the best deal rather than trying to up sell me when I wasn’t sure what I needed. Very friendly team, definitely Will be going back every time!:)

Just okay.they stripped a few of my bolts, and scratched my rims around the bolts.i didn't notice until i changed over to winters.the overall experience was meh.

The staff was very friendly and patched my tire for me without hesitation. There was a washroom, television and coffee station for customers. I would happily go back for any future tire needs.

These guys helped me out when I was in a jam and everyone else wanted me to wait 2 weeks, even though I had a flat tire with a nail in it. No fuss, no muss. And when I decided to buy new winter tires, they gave me great advice and a good price. Thanks so much! I'll be back.

I haven't spoke with Fountain tire since January 2020.

Prior to my last visit, every one here with on the high fives servicing and repairing my collection of Elderly trucks, mini van.

My last experience, 3 visits for a wheel alignment, (left tie rod replaced and told it was the best they could do for a old
truck.

This week I replaced upper and lower ball joints, left (right side ok, Fountain tire replaced) 2.5 years ag.

Not even 15,000 km on the original work for ball joints and 7. Months on the left tie rod.

Shop that completed work has alignment and steering dailed in.

I don't know what the hell happened, with the 3x failed wheel alignment, but the end result is I lost confidence in theas guys.

I was so impressed today. After phoning many shops trying to get in, these guys got me in right away. I had a nail and been told it was irreparable. They fixed it right away. Everyone was awesome. Just made my day. I'll definitely be back for my upcoming 2 sets of tires. Great shop. Super clean and comfortable. Easy place to wait.

After having a tent trailer tire blow out on me this past weekend, I was searching online for 3 replacement tires and a new rim for the past 3 days when I should have just called this shop. Phoned this morning and I had the new tires installed and back at home by 3 o'clock. Excellent customer service and great prices. I'll call them first next time I need any tires.

Let me tell you something, I live West of Airdrie and work in the far North end of Calgary. I was a person who used to only take her vehicle to the dealership and pay out the yahoo for services. The customer service at this shop is one of the many reasons why I make the trip into the South for my services now. I have never been let down! Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here. You wont regret it.

Selected my tires online, and received a call/email within the quoted time frame. Service was friendly, process was clear. First time having someone else put my tires on for me!

Amazing service. Extremely friendly and helpful from initial phone conversation to actual service date. Charged me less than what was quoted. Honest and upfront. I will be returning to this location for all future maintenance and repairs.

I called to get what I thought was leakes in the tires of my RV. Turns out it was a valve core which the mechanic just tightened and then he checked and corrected all the tires for me and sent me on my way with NO Charge! Nice to experience Honest People! Thanks very much!

From my initial phone call to leaving with new tires, my experience was fantatsic. Everyone was very friendly. They have lots of comfy chairs for waiting and the place is clean. Most importantly, they gave me a sweet deal on some awesome new tires.

Unbelievable service on the phone, they were rude, condescending, and seemed irritated that I was even calling. I thanked them for their friendly service, hung up and took my business else where. One star only because I have to.

People are great. Honest. Straightforward and work hard. Dependable and reliable. They take the time to be a team, and you can tell that is with their customers and staff. Highly recommended.

Bryce is so great to deal with and really helped me out today when there was a huge snowfall. He was clearly very busy and never rushed me through any of my questions. The other guys are also great. Nothing but awesome things to say about this place, highly recommended.

Great shop, great staff. Definitely not your typical “tire shop”. These guys are honest, direct and have your best interests are heart. We also use them for most mechanical work on our vehicles. They have saved my butt on multiple occasions!
