Fountain Tire

Had to get winter tires put on rims last year. They were the only ones that got us in a timely manner so we were super thankful. However, upon changing back over to summer tires this spring, we realized that they had completely destroyed our lock nut for our tires so we couldn’t even get them off without buying a new one. Also, we asked them to replace a tire pressure sensor which they said they had. However, they didn’t. They only replaced the battery in a still VERY broken tire sensor. So. Long story short: sloppy job and are happy to lie to their customers to make a profit. Will never go back.

I have been here a couple times for tire changeovers, overall the work is good and everyone is friendly. But when I got home, I found that 3 tires were under inflated (15-20 psi) and one was over inflated (45 psi). Also, one of the tires had a valve stem leak whch is not the shop's fault, but they did make it right for no extra charge.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. One week ago I found out I needed 4 new tires and Keith went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for an amazing service you managed to turn a bad day in to a good day for me.

I asked for some air to my tires and they did do it however Kal tire removes the message display free and these guys said it would cost me $45? ! Idfts!

Buy your tires from any other location but this one. Every other fountain tire covers flats under warranty for free. This location charges 50$ for a patch repair. Even if your tires under warranty. Brutal

They wanted payment information before they had even looked at the vehicle to give an estimate.

Just got my Tire fixed At FOUNTAIN TIRE and not only did they fix the tire but the guys installed my tire and put my spare tire back in the car and didn't charge me extra

Came in on Sept 4 with a slow leak in a tire. Was given a detailed inspection and advisement text and a follow-up phone call.
2 of my tires were at 0% tread and the other 2 were 5% or under. It was suggested that they were not very safe to drive on, but I was not pressured to purchase tires. After a discussion with my spouse about safety of the current tires, we decided to purchase 4 new all season tires. They will be put on Tuesday.
I very much appreciate the professionalism I recieved from this location.

I’ve been going to FT Londonderry since Duane moved from the old Whyte Ave store. A matter of trust. I’ve always been happy with the quality and service. They will tell you what’s recommended, what’s needed and, what impressed me the most, what not to worry about.

And today, on short notice I stopped in with a trailer tire I managed to blow out over the weekend. Scott got me a replacement tire in the morning, I stopped by in the afternoon. Scott asked when I wanted it back, I said whenever they can get it done. He looked at his busy crew, “I’ll just do it myself! Go bug Duane for a few minutes. ” I did. Scott did the changeover and air. Done.

Don’t expect this turnaround all the time, it’s not reasonable to expect. But they take ownership of their work.

A matter of trust. Why I keep coming back.

I really appreciate the time the staff take to explain what was done, what needs to be done and what can wait.

I was at the Londonderry Fontain Tire shop today where I fixed my sedan. I am amazed by the customer services they provide as well as the respect and integrity they have. I felt I was part of the team especially when I was dealing with Duane, whom I want to call the “wise man”. The performance and service level is very high. For sure I will go back there again. Had a wonderful experience at this Fountain Tire location. Some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere in the city. Polite, well spoken and very knowledgeable from start to finish. Highly recommend these guys, will be my new go to spot.

The guy working the service desk yesterday, was such a great guy! He made me feel comfortable, which is super important to me, and explained everything to me in detail. He went above and beyond, not only for me, but for all of the customers that were there while I was. It was pretty impressive on how they kept up with the sanitizing and cleaning. The rest of the staff were so polite, and helpful, despite being so busy. A job well done, at such an affordable price.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, my sister In Law has had to take her car here 3 times now to get it fixed each time it comes out worse than it started. Third times a charm and this time they kept it over night so let's see. Maybe cause they are called fountain tire tires is all they are good at.

I came in for a tire repair, never been to this location before but I will be returning again. Scott was professional, friendly and engaged in my chatty mood even though he may have had work to do lol. The location was EXTREMELY clean and I felt comfortable waiting in their client area, I could easily tell they were following all COVID protocols to keep the staff and clients safe. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for all your tire and mechanical needs. Thank you Scott and Team!

Sale was on, got my ball joint fixed. Hourly rate is a tad more than smaller garages but honest.

Bought my winter tires from this location, decent brand and good price compared to others besides it's good option for people collecting air miles. I rated them 4/5 because they got the car about 8: 30 am and I got the car back from them about 5: 30 pm. It's busy season but they should be more organized with appointments.

I would like to thank Keith for being so friendly, my associate had an incident with her vehicle and he was so kind and quick to find a solution.

I had bought tires and did a balance at fountain Tire. I felt vibration in the front and I took the truck in to Fountain Tire to verify the balance. The tires only had 1500km on them, instead of looking at them, they wanted to charge for them to be re balanced, they re balanced and told me one tire was out 5, so whether it was not installed correctly or fell off, there was no sympathy, so when they tell u that balancing has 30 day warranty, that's BS, be prepared for, you could of hit a pot hole or went down a gravel road, always your fault and the qualified people that install them

Fountain tire really went above and beyond for me. When my tire was flat and I couldn't get the tire off or afford a tow truck. They drove to my car and got the flat off and put the spare on so I could get car into the shop.
They were polite and professional the whole time and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing something. I would recommend this shop to anyone with tire issues.

Scott and his team at this location has done an excellent job picking up our vehicles and returning it safe and sound. I would definitely return.

Came in on Saturday because my front tires were low. Turns out these winter tires had aged out. One had a side wall tear, good considering they are 10 years old. They changed the tires, I got the season discount and was quickly on my way. It was my birthday and I didn't miss my celebration brunch. Mitchell, Scott and the shop crew are the best.

Got very good service here. They have an excellent selection of tires, and can do most vehicle service in a timely fashion.

Went in for a tire repair and was in and out in about 40mins! Very comfortable waiting area big screen TV, coffee, tea, pop, water all available while you wait! Great service and very good price! Recommend to anyone who could use thier services!

This was my first visit to this store. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the kind employees at front desk. I ended up dealing with the owner Scott with regards to the repair of my tires. His prompt professional service is what will bring me back here in the future. He fit me in on very short notice and had my truck back to me in an hour which I appreciated. There was a thorough explanation of what was done with no pressure for additional work or upselling. I highly recommend!

I have not personally used this shop, however, I am rather protective of my aging father in law who has been gouged one too many times by 2 car dealership shops that he had been dealing with for over 50 years. So much for customer appreciation. Anyway, back to Fountain Tire. I personally would not have done the repairs to the truck he owns (it's his winter vehicle). It's not worth it. However, staff at the shop gave him a quote that on my review was reasonable and the work needed to be done. None of this, "O you need this done and that, Sir! ' Several weeks later, there was an issue totally unrelated to the work Fountain had completed. He took it in (I went to-protective again) and it was his U-joint. They fixed it right away and I feel they were very fair in what they charged him. They obviously appreciated his business. Thank you.

I left a negative review before due to a miscommunication regarding issues found on my car. Scott invited me back to the shop to clear up the misunderstanding and show me exactly what his technicians found, and made every effort necessary to ensure I left happy and with a clear understanding of the situation. It was very reassuring to see the issue for myself, meet the technician who found it, and get honest feedback on what I should do next. I appreciate that I did not feel pressured to buy further services here. I think this will be my new go-to tire shop.

I’ve taken my car here multiple times and spent thousands to not have the problem fixed. They seem to always give me the run around which is extremely frustrating.

Doors were left unlocked when left outside. Tire on new rim they provided looked odd and is now flat, while the rest of the new tires on the manufacturers rims are just fine. Inside of back door was damaged. Definitely don't intend on coming back. EDIT: I called and complained about the issue mentioned, Scott told me to bring the car in. The flat tire was inspected and the problem was found, a very small hole in the tire. Scott patched the tire up for free. Despite the doors being left unlocked and finding suspect damage on the inside of the back door, I was happy with the service to my rim and tire.
