Fountain Tire

I was at your 33 Ave and 97 St store about three weeks ago. Was looking for a hard to find part and got it there. Good work Fountain Tire. Don't remember who the associate was, but thought I would put in a good word anyway.

I will not go anywhere else. I have had some rough luck with vehicles, and these guys are always saving me! Bill, Hans, and Rob are always so pleasant to deal with, and get me in so quick every time. Forever grateful!

Got a flat in the morning Around 10 am Called to see if they had my tire size and they found it very fast and it was delivered by 12 noon. Very fast service. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the staff very very kind and caring.

Friday afternoon, went out to the garage, saw I had a flat tire. Also saw the nail that caused the flat. So I call AMA, 20 minutes later I have a spare on and a flat tire in the back and on my way to get it repaired. Stopped at my local tire shop that's nearby and they took one look at my tire and determined all my tires needed replacement and where the nail was was basically bare tread and not fixable. The local tire shop quoted me a fair price on the tires but couldn't get them until the following Tuesday or Wednesday. So I called other tire shops in the area, all the big names and because I really wanted a good quality all weather tire, finding my size was difficult and required me to wait until the following week. Well the last place I called was the fountain tire just off 34th and they actually had my tires in stock. This place is huge, never knew it was there. It was just past 4 o'clock and the guy at the desk said he would make it work and sure enough I had new boots for the SUV installed within an hour. Even got a decent rebate from Goodyear (that they walked me through easily) and got a bunch of air miles to boot. Tires have been great and the service was top notch all the way, especially for a last minute Friday guy like me showing up. Thanks!

I love the Fountain Tire at 3303 97 St in Edmonton. I never feel like they are gouging me or suggesting repairs that aren't needed. They explain stuff so I understand it. They keep everything on file so they know from service to service what to look at. I have spoken to other women who have had similar experiences with them.

I came here after Canadian Tire told me the nail puncture in my tire was "unrepairable" and wanted to charge me over $700 for two new tires. I wanted a second opinion so I dropped my car off here with no appointment and my tire was fixed the same day. Thanks!

Amazing experience with swapping out tires. Scheduled the appointment the day of, and the whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. I even asked if I could take a picture of my winter tires, and they were glad to do so with some advice on how I should advertise the listing for selling my winter tires.

The person who met me and helped me Robert was a great guy, gave a very competitive quote and I'd suggest to give them a call or pay a visit.

Inflated my tires for free when they got dangerously low. Got my winter tires put on. They did everything in the time they said for the price they said. Professional all the way!

Long long overdue, but in October 2021 I was in Edmonton (my old home town) from BC for some quick medical appointments. Grind, NOISE! I had no idea what it was, but pulled over immediately. Called AMA, late in the day, and they wanted to know where to tow me to. Called around, no one was willing to squeeze me in, but finally found Steve at this Fountain Tire location.
Yes, he’d wait for the tow truck and squeeze me in first thing in the morning, which he did.and by early afternoon the next day, front wheel bearing replaced, I was back on the highway home.
Can’t say enough good things about Steve and Bill, except THANK YOU! Your service and going the extra mile was amazing. A little hard to find, but absolutely the BEST location for service, attitude and professionalism.

Bad experience. Tried very hard to sell $800 worth of tires which I did not need. He seems to try telling me anything he can to pressure me into a sale. Going to avoid.

Have visited this place 3 times for tire changes and oil change. The service has always been impeccable. The estimated wait time, 1h or 2h, is always achieved instead of like some stupid TIRE keeping me waiting for 3 hours to get my tires changed. Btw, idk what the heck is wrong with that Karen complaining this place did not fix her daughter’s punctured tire for free as if they were supposed to do it for free?

Rob and his team pulled through for us again. This is the second time in a month that Fountain Tire has been able to fit us in at a moment’s notice and help us out in a pinch. Super impressed with the service and quality of work.

My girlfriend family has been going here for years and this place has very knowledgeable and trustworthy staff. David is amazing and the experience is family mechanic type worthy.

This is a SOLID place to do business. The front desk staff are more than knowledgeable, and they always take good care of their customers. I've been coming here for over 5 years for my tires and tire repair. I'm very happy that Fountain Tire also now will store your tires for a reasonable one time fee for the season. Give them a try and they will not disappoint.

We went in to get our front right tire checked because it keeps losing air. They couldn't find anything wrong with it, then charged $40 and said the front left tire was leaky. They weren't asked to check that tire. The tire we asked them to look was not fixed.

Awesome customer service and extremely fast service. Used them here out of south side Edmonton, and even High prairie! Both shops were great priced and awesome service!

I asked for a used old car tires for a diy project and the staff has been very helpful, they even gave me bags to bag the old tires.

Not only did they crush the dealership quote for brakes on my Mercedes, but they also offered a car while mine was getting worked on. On top of that, I got a call weeks later when they actually billed me incorrectly, $300 more and refunded me over the phone. Even with the overcharge, it was still hundreds less than what Mercedes was going to charge me. Great Service! Fast! Honest! Would highly recommend!

This is the place to go. Their customer service, advice and work they've done over the last 6 months on my ford has been simply outstanding. As a woman whos not knowledgeable at all when it comes to complex car issues - finding a mechanic can be a daunting task.its always so intimidating and difficult to find a good mechanic, even moreso when you're new to a province.

We first found this place when our tire popped and we needed a new set. Since then we've had 2 oil changes and just today they came and got my car to do a battery change and bulb replacement. The customer service is amazing. Bill and his team have been great. So so so grateful ive found this place.

I must say, they are definitely one of the best tire shops in the city.  They were doing a great job on my old vehicle for the last 5 years (tires, brakes, bearings, even repaired a minor body defects for free) and now doing a great job on my new vehicle. They are always nice and ready to help with a quote. Overall, excellect service, good communication, very nice people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Keep doing a great job, guys! After dealing sketchy honda mechanics, this fountain tire is a breathe of fresh air. They treat you like gamily, the owner is always there, and they're always honest.

Very professional, fast and reasonable price. I asked a quote for replacing the timing belt, Fountain Tire gave me the quote in two minutes, setup an appointment in a second, and got the timing belt, water pump and tensioner replaced in few hours. Nothing to complain. Keep the good work.

Terrible service, I called because I was replacing all my break pads myself ran into a problem with rear driverside caliper not wanting to come apart to get into it so I can replace break pads, i had my own parts and had the 3 other break pads done already, asked if they could replace the backdriverside break pads told me they cannot do it becus ethey would have to do all of the breaks even with supplied parts, then continued to tell me its like walking into McDonalds with a burger and asking them to cook it, this location is terrible service it's not the first time they have giving me terrible service, they also tried telling me my bully dog gt programer is not capable of turning off my traction control and having dashlights turn on insissted I fix it all 10 out of 10 would not recommend thus location

Called about two tires, they were in stock so I brought in two loose tires mid afternoon and by 1600 they were mounted and ready for pickup.

Clean facility and friendly staff.

It's nice to find a shop that you can trust. Fountain Tire Southridge is that shop. Everyone is so professional and you know that they are honest and trustworthy. I will always bring my car here, and tell everyone I know to take theirs there

Called this locating at 4pm April 17/2020 as I was turned away from kal tire and they would not take me for a tire repair. I called this fountain tire location Robert picked up and was happy over the phone and advised as long as I made it here before 5 pm no problems on tire repair
I’m an essential worker and I will have no problems dealing with these guys in the future they won me over! And will send feed back to the company I work for

I have been doing business with Robert and Steve for close to 2 years. They have always been professional and offered me very competitive prices on tires. I was in a rush and had to get my oil and fuel filter changed. I picked up my truck and it was washed. Talk about going the extra mile.

They take the time to explain the options and make sure you are getting the right tires.

Never been let down by Goodyear tire products unlike OEM tires I had in the past.

Had been going here off and on for 10 years. They told my truck needed new struts. I couldnt afford it at the time. Then I took my wife's car in. They said it needed new struts as well. We had just purchased her car recently and it had been inspected. Then next time I took her car elsewhere and they said struts were totally fine. I wont be back, they tried to get us to pay over 1000 dollars for a repair we couldn't afford. Don't try to screw over the people driving 12 year old cars, we have it bad enough already

I called today (July 30,2019) to make an appointment for wheels balancing. I was told that they have availability and can take me right away. I also said that I’m short on time and was told it’s going to take 1 hour. I came here at 3.30. Now it’s 4.06 and my truck still sits on the parking lot. I’m taking my key and leaving. This kind of a service is not acceptable. I will never come back and won’t recommend anybody to do business with this place

Had my tire repaired at this location by Rob. Customer service was top notch, the repair was done effectively and efficiently at a very fair price! Definitely recommend this place and will definately be going back for general maintenance and when my ride needs new boots! Thanks guys:)

Service provided is great, staff is very friendly and professional. They advise when your car is ready and offer shuttle service too so there is no need to worry about the way to pick up your car or to stay there until your car is ready.

I come to this Fountain Tire because it’s right beside the dealership (Mitsubishi) that I used to go to while my vehicle was under warranty. Even then, the pricing that Fountain Tire offers is much fairer than what dealerships charge.

In a recent visit, I didn’t have an appointment but there was a slow leak occurring in one of my tires. Despite not having an appointment, I called in and spoke with Robert who was able to squeeze me in as a walk in. They were able to service my vehicle and have me going within a couple hours, which was amazing for a walk-in situation.

The staff at this location are always friendly and courteous. Robert, in particular, really helped me out to the best of his capability. Thanks again!

I'd really like to see the parking lot restructured. Nowhere to park and difficult to get into. I understand it's in a weird spot but it looks like a used car lot. Customer service was okay but would sure like to see them be a little more friendly. Keep up the good work.

Arrived at 4: 10. Just picked up a nail on the Whitemud. Fountain tire refused to help me and watched me change my tire in front of their store. Went to Canadian Tire where I spent 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. This could have been your sale Fountain tire. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Will never come back to your store on 33 ave and 97th street.
