Brent and Jason are incredible and as always go above and beyond. We purchased used tires from Facebook marketplace and they were perfect for our vehicle needs and plan. After Costco rejected our tires, as their staff are either unqualified or unmotivated, Beaumont fountain tire came to the rescue. Brent’s team inspected, mounted, and balanced our new tires. They stated the exact opposite of Costco and had no issues with our tires.
A huge thank you to Brent and his staff. As always, you should leave these things to the pros. Brent’s team knows tires, and they do great work!

After previous issues with a separated tire and new steel rims, we were disappointed to say the least, especially after years of excellent service. We were asked to meet and once Jeff understood our exact concerns and the problems that we encountered he made sure we were looked after and the problem items were replaced.

I have been going to this location for years and I will continue to. Even after moving to Edmonton I refuse to go anywhere else. As a woman you often don't feel comfortable/ disrespected when it comes to cars. NEVER here. THEY ARE AMAZING. Never BS you on maintenance and are always willing to explain things and be honest with what needs to be done now and what can wait a bit. LOVE LOVE LOVE - I send everyone I know there.

Always happy with the service here. Very busy in the fall season as it should be. They do great to do their best. I even stopped last week because or low tire sensor light. They had someone check my tire pressures and fill up the low tire. Beats paying a dollar for air at a gas station.

Brought my vehicle to get a tire repaired. They fixed it. When I went to pick it up, the guy at the front said it was repaired bad the previous time (which was this Fountain Tire) and I was lucky they could patch it. The SAME tire started leaking again. I kept calling and they would say drop it off tomorrow. When I would go in, they asked me to leave it there all day and sometimes couldn't guarantee it would be fixed. I had enough. I bought it somewhere else. They informed me they couldn't fix it because the person who fixed it before grinded it too much and is not repairable. The variance is too great and I have to replace them all. Not happy. Won't let them touch another vehicle again.

Had a slow leak on a tire on our SUV and called day of to see if it could be repaired. Brent was more than accommodating and guaranteed to have it back to us by days end. He delivered on his promise and was very courteous.

Amazing service from Jason and his team. I love the vehicle report that is texted to me to show what's good, what may need attention and what could be possible safety concerns or major concerns that need to be addressed ASAP. I love how my vehicle comes out just the way it went into the shop meaning no finger prints on the dash or headliner, no grease or dirt on the seats/ floor. All around amazing service. They take the time over the phone to explain everything, go over the quote and answer any questions I have to the best of their knowledge. I would highly recommend Beaumont Fountain Tire.

I have never spoken to a more condescending customer service representative over the phone before. Talking to me like I'm stupid after coming to this location for years with tire needs, extremely disappointed today.

The Beaumont Fountain Tire is our go to, hands down, every time. Great prices, quick service and if you want fantastic customer service talk to Jeffrey, he treats you like an old friend and knows his stuff. All good things here. We Will, of course, use these guys again.

Friendly staff, high tech communications via email and text allowed me to fully understand the mechanical needs.

This place has gone way down as far a service is concerned. Sometimes they tell you it is first come first serve and Sometimes that you need an appointment. The last time I went in, I went in as first come first serve for a hole in my new tire (20km on it) the nail hole was 2" into the tread and they said it was too close to the side wall and would not do the repairs and wanted me to buy a brand new tire. Any other shop I have dealt with the only time they would not repair a tire is if it was actually in the side wall What a waist of time! I took the same tire to another shop and they had it fixed no questions asked in 1hr. Today I called in (Oct 16th) for a tire rotation they said it would have to be by appointment only and the next avaliable was November 14th seems like they just don't want to do the included services when you purchase tires.

Have known Brent for a number of years now and just a great guy to deal with. Fair, Honest and really goes out of his way to help his customers.

Fountain Tire in Beaumont should teach a clinic in customer service. I bring my company fleet and all my personal vehicles to there team. They get it done quick, their pricing is reasonable, and they are incredibly honest.

I am very happy with their customer service and work. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything from my 1980 Bronco to 2019 Blazer. Always a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend.

Booked an appointment for a tire rotation at 9: 00am Saturday morning, hoping to get it done while I wait. Was told by the guy who had answered the call that I would need to leave the vehicle between 9am - 1pm. What is the reasoning behind booking an appointment. People's time is just as important as everyone else's. A half an hour service to rotate tires and am I supposed wait for 4 hours. They did not try to accommodate my request, and were very unproffessional. If you do not have time to provide the required service, do not tell the customer that they are booked in. Unexceptable service, and will probably never go back, and will be sure that I inform others of the quality of service received at Fountain tire in Beaumont.

Really not impresses with the service level here, dropped off a tire for repair on Friday, unable to repair it so bought a new one. Told them I need it put on the rim quickly because I had to travel to BC. End of the Day Monday and they still dont have it on the rim. It takes 15 mins to mount, what's the holdup. Tried calling and on hold for 10mins. Get your stuff figured out folks.

Called to request a quote for a simple oil change and a tire balance, And I was told I would get a call back that was over 2-1/2 days ago and still not even a call back. Must be way too busy this time of the year.

Quick, fairly priced and professional. Had my tires and oil changed.would go back in the future.

This is a great place for your tire and service needs. Prices are cheaper than a dealership! After leaving their shop, I've never had to worry about any issues with the work performed. Top quality!

What great service I received today. Had new tires and windshield installed. They had Crystal Glass come to their shop while my car was there. Both company rocked. Highly recommend them.

This is my first time ever writing a review, but I couldn't not rave about Jason and the guys at FT! I went in thinking I had to replace my hood release cable and valve stem, but Jason managed to fix both within minutes, free of charge! I won't be going anywhere else for my auto service needs from now on! Well done, Beaumont Fountain Tire, well done!

Damaged everyone of my new wheels when I had them install new TPMS sensors, very disappointing.

Your mechanic made a mistake in pre-loading a bearing, knew right away what was wrong, got it back in and fixed right away.
Everyone makes mistakes, I very much appreciate a business that takes responsibility for their work and just fixes it without any issues.
Beaumont Fountain Tire is very much my 1st choice for vehicle repair.
