Spoke to Tylor about changing my Battery for my mercedes there after I trued multiple other stores and garages that were fully booked forcthe day! Agreeed on a time that worked for both of us.unfortunately the battery i ordered at a canadian tire did not fit but the mechanic was abke to order the right AGM battery from another FT store and it only took 30 mins fir it to be delivered! After the battery arrived it was only a ten min procces and i was ready to go! What amazing customer service i recommend this place. Thank you guys!

In this brutal cold weather my fancy mag rims decided to leak. I went to Fountain tire and was taken core of. While I was waiting, numerous people came in with low tires and were given excellent service. Thank you Fountain Tire.

These guys are awesome, got me in before the big snow storm and then did my second car the next day on short notice. Their pricing was better than anywhere else in Airdrie and told me about the rebate I was eligible for as well. Happy to continue brining my business to Fountain Tire. Big shout out to Fountain Tire in Airdrie for once again coming to my rescue in the time of need! I called this morning because my brakes were spongy. They got me in right away, even though they were SO busy…they diagnosed the problem, fixed my brake issue and had my vehicle vehicle back to me within hours! Taylor, your awesome! Chris and his team were a life saver this afternoon. I left work and my car signaled me that my tire was flat. I rushed over to fountain tire @ 5pm (the end of their work day) and the guys there got me in ASAP. They assessed my tire and luckily no leak was found (probably the valve stem). The service was free of charge! Amazing! I will recommend Fountain Tire Airdrie to everyone. Their customer service was off the charts awesome. To top it off Chris phoned me 30 minutes later (after the shop was closed) to check that I hadn't had any further issues! Thank you! Thank you! I will be back! Chris and his tech (didnt get the techs name) go above and beyond!

Incompetent technicians and management. Damaged my truck and refuses to reimburse actual replacement cost. Paid over $300 American for factory fog lights. They only want to give their cost at the local dealer. Plus I am out for 4 litres of premium synthetic transmission oil. Stay far away from this incompetent shop. Had cpu scanned when the transmission lines came off and ran the transmission dry damaged the transmission. Another $1500+ bill they should pay for.

Needed to switch out a spare tire and they did it unscheduled and fast, had a wrecked spare and a new tire and they were friendly and accommodating

Amazing service here! I always go out of my way to return even though I moved to Calgary. Quick, honest service done right. I trust that they will give me the best prices and best service. They go above and beyond. So happy I found them! Highly recommended

Wow! What a great place! First time using the company. I was low on money so they allowed me to pay for my tire change a few days prior, so that my payment would go thru.

Secondly, I woke up late and I was about an hour late getting there. They were still able to get me in. But I figured I would have a 2 hour wait before my car was ready due to all the cars before me. Nope! I was out within 45 minutes.

Their staff is incredibly friendly, and very informative. They had a really nice waiting room, which was clean and smelled really good, had coffee and snacks (you can buy from a machine)

And there prices were VERY reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

EDIT: I just went back because I had a flat tire that needed replacing and they were able to get a new tire and fix it within a day.

Lastly, I wanted to mention that I had filled out an online questionnaire about their store, but I didn’t realize my name would be on the review (I am very conscious of my name on the internet due to problems with my identity’s being compromised in the past.) They quickly took my name off their website which was greatly appreciated. A+ company!

I was very pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to Fountain Tire in Airdrie. I've just recently moved to Alberta, and everyone there was so friendly and professional. They made me feel very welcome, and the customer service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Cory and Chris for going over and above to ensure that my experience was amazing. Price for the work done for me was decent, the reason I went there was taken care of, unfortunately my car came out of their shop with a new issue which wasn't there when I took my car there.not sure if I want to go back there, because nothing was done to fix the problem they created on my car. Now I'll have to go to a different mechanic to fix the mess they caused. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied

I will never recommend these guys to do an insurance inspection. The mechanic failed my car before it even went into the shop saying because the roof liner was saggy, the heat controls didn’t work (which they do you just have to put your purse down) and the passenger window not rolling down. Clearing they need to learn what has to do with safety and what doesn’t on and inspection.

Always there when I need them! Even in a pinch, they’re super accommodating and provide excellent service. Top notch

My go to tire shop even though I don't live in Airdrie. All the guys are awesome to deal with and so honest and helpful. Can't ask for more when going here.

Be cautious about this location!

This is the second time this has happened to my mother after using this location for services.
ALL FOUR tire nuts were only hand tightened, to the point they could be removed by hand. My Mother and my Children could have been seriously harmed had the negligence of these techs actually caused an accident.

The fact this can happen to the same person twice I can only imagine how many people are out there with tires ready to fall off because a store who specializes in tires doesn't know how to properly install them!

Awesome people, very professional. We unfortunately had nails in one of our tires, they provided a solution that got us back on the road today and will have replacement tire next week.

I needed a quick tire retorque after having my tires put on at another business that is over 100 km away- I called up fountain tire on a whim wondering if they could help me out. They were incredibly pleasant and helpful- getting me on my way in less than a few minutes!

I brought my vehicle in, appt was at 2pm, it should take 90mins as per what I was quoted both how long its going to take as well as the price to change winter tires on rim. They had the best price I airdrie and calgary. They also offer rides to your house.though I didn't get to use it, I stayed and waited. Dave made sure it was done promptly.
The clerk who helped me overcharged the bill. I'm so greatful that Dave was around and rectify it!
I'm super happy with the service, the speediest, the honesty, cleanliness as well.
I would highly recommend this establishment to customers like me. (I don't really know a lot about cars but to drive it) so to have honest people not trying to upsell of more than what I need is very refreshing.

Great work on My 2012 Ram. I do all my service work at Airdrie Fountain Tire. Dave and Chris do a great job. I have an old truck, and recently had the front Diff and Rear Bearing work done. Truck runs so smooth and quiet again. Great work, I highly recommend them.

Dropped my trailer off at Fountain Tire after a last minute tire issue. The guys looked at it right away and were able to address the issue. The trailer was back on the road that afternoon and was able to continue camping trip. Can’t say enough good things about these guys and their level of service. Thanks again!

If the 5 Star's doesn't tell you how great they are then I will. Our Infiniti had a service engine soon on the display and the Infiniti dealership in Calgary quoted us 160.00 to put it on a diagnostics machine and then said it could be in the 500.00 range to fix.
So we took it to the outstanding great guys at Fountain Tire in Airdrie and they put it on their diagnostics machine and al I can say is after an hour there. We can go away for the weekend with cash in our pocket and that is why we always go to Dave and Fountain Tire.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris at the front counter and the wonderful mechanics who helped my family and I, by diagnosing my emergency issue with my pickup and fixing it, when no other company would. You see I’m not from Airdre and I needed to get home to (Edmonton) they squeezed me in on a Friday just before closing had they not I would have had an overnight stay on top of a repair bill. Excellent customer service from all of them!

Thanks to Dave, Michelle and the team at Fountain Tire. All of my experiences have been great! They squeeked my car in the last minute and got some tires change twice for me now in the closing hours of the day! I will keep coming back! 5 star plus!

I can't say enough about how great this service is. My daughter blew a tire on Hwy 2 last night and had the car towed to Fountain Tire. By the time she called in this morning they already had the tire on order and had it installed and ready to go before noon today! Thanks so much!

I have only been in twice, but I will continue going to this location for anything car related! I had my summer tires put on 2 months ago and realized afterwards that they were the wrong ones. This was completely my fault but, when I went in today to have the proper ones put on, they were super lovely, did it in a half hour, and didn’t charge me at all! I am very grateful.

What an amazing local company! As a 65 year old in the time of Covid19 I have to be extra careful with social distancing. When I called Fountain Tire to see about the best way to have my tires changed out (and an oil change service) they offered to have someone come and pick up and return my vehicle! This morning Michele from Fountain Tire came to my home to pick up my vehicle. She called and messaged me so that I could have the keys outside for her to pickup. She arrived with Lysol wipes, took my car away, had it serviced and returned within 2 hours.vehicle completely sanitized! AMAZING service! I've been using Fountain Tire for a couple of years now (recommended by my son) and will continue to use them for years to come! Thank you Michele and everyone at Fountain Tire for such great service and care!

First time customer and I am very satisfied with my first visit. Very good customer service, fast turn around, reasonable price. Closest shop to where I live so I am very fortunate as they took care of the tire problem that I had on my vehicle. Spacious lounge area, so waiting for service to be done is very pleasant. The open early at 7: 30 am, which I find ideal as I can avoid the busy hours. Highly recommended!

Great service, they gave me hope that not all tire shops are bad after all. Was passing through Airdrie with my tire light on, decided to stop in to get my sensors programmed (just switch rims on my SUV). Got my vehicle in right away and the tech was very nice, proficient, and quick. Back on the road with a smile on my face. Oh, and I didn't even buy my tires with Fountain tire.

I love the free rotations. Today I took my vehicle in and drove home with a rubbing sound. Took it back right away and the problem was discovered quickly and fixed. Thanks lady and gentlemen!

After having a less than stellar Day with some work on my Ford Mustang at Cam Clark Ford, I thought I would share a GOOD EXPERIENCE I have been having at Fountain Tire in Airdrie recently.

My aging Buick was in to replace the water pump today. I was told 'book' says 3.5 hours labor and with parts was quoted $799. When I went to pick it up, Mike the service manager says 'book' says 3.5 hours, but Tyler our mechanic did it in 2.5 hours. He reflected that in the invoice and instead of the $799, the bill came to $662 taxes included. Made my day! I've been in Airdrie for over 20 years, dealt with many of the mechanic shops around town, and I think this is a first. Typically I get charged extra for something extra that needed doing (Tire Craft/ Smart Automotive).

Dave the owner has also helped me out with minor things on my other aging vehicles for no charge.

It is refreshing to deal with Fountain Tire in Airdrie. Keep up the good work!

Shout out to Mike and his team at Fountain Tire. I had misplaced my tire lock and they were able to get my tires changed and my car back to me in a quick manner! My family and I always get excellent service here and there isn't an automobile shop I trust more! I highly recommend these guys for their upstanding customer service!

Unbelievable service. I had a bobcat tire blow and I called at about 4pm. Mike ordered me all new tires at a very affordable price and Got me in first thing in the morning. No time lost and I was able to finish the job I started. Amazing service! A+

Came in here to get a minor problem dealt with which Kal Tire said they were too busy to fix (it was due to Kal Tire staff messing up a tire change in the first place). Mike fit me in on short notice and the price was beyond reasonable. This is how you get new business. Will be coming back.

* I came in late on a Saturday from Calgary to have a pair of trailer tires installed, but the shop was closing soon. The gentleman at the front was very accommodating and was able to get me in with little time left before the shop was closing. I highly recommend coming to this tire shop. Excellent service!

Went in last week with a really scary loud noise, the guys at fountain got me in and out very quickly and I was the happiest person ever driving away in a safe working car. They did everything they could do make the experience easier for me and I can't thank them enough, especially Mike. Thanks guys, I'll be back!

Amazing service. I got the valve stem ripped out of the rim of my quad on the trail. I got quotes from competition in the area for $15-20 bucks just to break the bed off my tire and put a new valve stem back in. My dealer asked $25 bucks. I took my loose tire and rim with the valve stem to Fountain Tire in Airdrie and they did it at no charge. $20 won't make or break anybody's world but to me it shows these guys have great customer service and ethical way of doing business. I will be taking my business to these guys from now on 100%.
