Fountain Tire

Had bought my tires from here last year. My tires were low on the extreme cold day, drove in, they checked all my tires, aired them up at no charge. Much appreciated!

This fountain tire I hold a very high opinion on, Marc the owner to all the staff this is an amazing example on how a shop should be ran. They go out of your way to make the experience the best and get you back on the road.
I service all my company trucks here and they are always professional, courteous and helpful.
Anyone with no experience on working on there own vehicles and are frightened by the mechanic world this is your place, they really care about there customers.

Truly an excellent shop! Everytime I go it's a great experience. They are always helpful and informative. The mechanic, Matt, I've spoken to a few times and he is knowledgeable and hilarious- truly the best combination. All the guys are great, especially Freddy and Mike. Excellent service without the BS that you get at other shops. I now live in Spruce Grove and I will continue to make it to this shop. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service! I went in there to have a nail removed but my tire was too bald to repair safely. I did know I needed new tires but was hoping to postpone this purchase till the fall as I was going on a vacation next week. I was fortunate to have three people helping to find deals for me one of them was even the owner!

They were able to put something together for me today with a deal I was absolutely thrilled with to get me on the road. Even the mechanics came out to talk to me about my tires. It was an all-around fabulous experience and I would recommend this dealership to absolutely everybody.

Had a pleasant experience getting my tires changed yesterday. Staff took their time to explain a few maintenance repairs I may need in the future. They were helpful and transparent. I even learned something new about the dates on the tires haha. I believe it was Mark who helped me and a tech who went over a concern I had about my car.

My work uses this location for all our tire and some mechanical needs on our trucks and have always been great. I brought my car here because my tires kept going flat and they were quick and honest with the diagnosis. I decided it was time to replace my tires and rims for winter. Freddy and the guys here went above and beyond and totally hooked me up with great tires and new winter rims for my car and I couldn't be more thankful. Would totally recommend this place for your vehicle needs. The prices are fair and they back what they sell. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Dog Friendly. Courteous. Personable Staff. Got me in for an unknown tire pressure loss in a short amount of time. Picked up a screw. This was my first stop as my last flat on the wifes car was handled so well here. Highly recommend. Also found out they fix Bicycle tires which my boys will be happy about.

My local Fountain Tire is the best! I always get great service from Freddy, Steve, and Mark. They recommended work that needed to be done to my Ford Ranger and worked with me to get the work done in both a time efficient and budget friendly way. They really care about their customer, first and foremost. The mechanics are super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in on short notice and get my truck fixed fast. The new renovations to the sales/service office are fantastic. It is so light and airy!

Absolutely would reccomend.mat the mechanic worked on my vehicle.he was honest and efficient.the whole staff there genuinely seems to want to help me. I was getting so frustrated w other shops work or lack of work and finally this shop got to the bottom of my car issues and fix them and give me I going recommendations to just generally help my car run more efficient. I broke down in front of this nice establishment and they didn't hesitate to help me out this morning, the two gentlemen were super kind and helpful, went above and beyond to help me out this morning. 10/10 would recommend going to these guys for any service or maintenance needs.

* I was STUCK. From out of town with three kids and a dog in the car and it went dead. A nightmare. AMA got the vehicle to Fountain Tire Yellowhead and it was ready by 9: 30 with a new alternator. I had a dog to take to the Vet and a new windshield to put in the truck and Fountain Tire came through so that I didn't miss anything! Couldn't be happier. It is a 2.5 hour drive, but I'm seriously considering rending a car from Enterprise a couple of doors down when I come in and getting my repairs done in Edmonton!

Had to visit this location for an inspection for work. When I got the inspection form back it said my brake pads were 10% remaining.   I asked the employee who returned my car keys what that meant he said it meant the break pads were 10% remaining and would need to be replaced soon. I asked which pads needed to be replaced and he said all of them. I said that was very strange because when I put on my summer tires at the beginning of May (about two weeks before the inspection) I removed and inspected all the break pads (front, rear, inside and outside pads) and they were fine. The front pads were all 50% remaining and rear were easily 90% remaining although I didn't mention this to the employee. My car is front wheel drive so the rear break pads wear out significantly slower than front too and it would very odd to see them all wearing out at the same rate. There was also a promo code added to my inspection form advertising a discount on break jobs. Maybe this was a coincidence but I found it strange.

This week I was finally able to take my tires off, remove the break pads, and inspect all of them. Fronts were still 50% remaining although only the inner left pad was 40% remaining and rear pads were all still 90% remaining. Not sure what to make of this but it made me wonder if the condition of my vehicle was being exaggerated as a way to get me to make a purchase from them. Or maybe the shop was just so busy that day they didn't have time to properly remove and inspect all my break pads? I'm really not sure what to make of this but praise the staff for being polite and updating me during the understandable hour wait on a busy day. Even with appointments sometimes that happens with service work.
