Got new tires a couple months ago. The service was good and the staff were welcoming. Got a problem after a month and they fixed it quickly.

Great shop they mount my new tires into my new rims! Price also was good! Totally recommend!

I took my car in there on short notice they diagnosed my altima, ordered the part and got it installed. The person helping me in the front carl sympathize with my situation and help me get a better deal, Just wanted to point out the great service he gave me. I'll be bringing my car services from here on out. Their customer service wait area could he a bit updated though.

Just had a tire swapped out and picked up a new spare tire and rim, staff just dumped the tire in the trunk squashing several things and breaking a very expensive air soft gun in the process. Next time I'll take my money else where

This location was referred to me by a friend who has a higher end vehicle and always takes it there for tires and brakes. I had a BMW before and took it to them for brake and tire work and I completely trust them with it. I also have seen many high end vehicles in there bays when I have gone there. I now have an Audi A5 and take it to them with complete confidence.

So impressed with Fountain Tire! Was very overdue for an oil change and was anxious to go without my husband as have previously being swindled elsewhere. Everyone I spoke with was kind, clear with information and absolutely no pressure to go/purchase beyond the appointment specs. The reports they give are so handy and thorough and was perfect to pass along to my husband. They even gave recommendations with pricing for the next appointment so you won't be shocked by the price and can plan ahead. Thank you so much to everyone here, I will absolutely be back!

Very disappointing and i need the manager to call me, i purchase two new tires and yesterday i took it to a tire shop after i got a flat tire and the shop informed me that this tire is old and has only 24% thread left, this is a life threatening as the flat tire happened while i was driving

Fantastic service! We have purchased multiple sets of tires from here and they always find a great set within our budget. Location is convenient downtown and easy to access. I have been coming here since 2012 and have recommended many friends.

I GOT RIPPED OFF - This was a terrible experience. I booked my tire winter rotation with Fountain Tire Downtown Edmonton and I made it clear that I was not interested in installing the pressure sensors in my car when made the booking. An hour after I dropped the car off, an employee called me saying that I must agree on installing the sensors, which costs $190 on top of the original quote, otherwise I needed to pick up the car immediately. The employee said they were asking me to install the sensors due to liability issues which could not be true as otherwise other tire shops wouldn't have rotated my winter tires before and they wouldn't rotate tires in cars without pressure sensors. I won't recommend anyone using the services of this shop, it is a dishonest company.

I've been going to this Fountain Tire for a few months now and am very satisfied with my experiences there so far. Everyone I've dealt with has been great, and I love that they email inspection reports (with pictures included of any issues). Would definitely recommend!

Came recommended by a friend. Purchased all weather tires, was told my one tpms sensors needed replacing when I was about to pick up my vehicle, agreed to replacing the one, waited longer then was told all meters needed replacing. Replaced all 5 tpms sensors, an extra +$300 added to my bill. They still could not reset my tpms. I have since visited 5 times after my initial tire and sensor installation, was asked each time if I was waiting or coming back, I waited a few of the times after being told it would be quick tpms reset, ended up waiting 2.5hrs up to 4 HOURS each time. Was told to take my vehicle to the car dealership to get it properly reset as though to leave it to my responsibility to figure out why fountain tire could not reset. They finally succeeded in resetting it (by my 4th visit) only once for it to only turn back on 2 weeks later. I tried visiting another fountain tire location to get my pressure and sensors reset only to be told to go back to my original service location. This leaves me to believe that I replaced my sensors only based on their assumption that they needed replacing because they were unable to reset it the first time. Very disappointed as I have paid for replacement yet can't get them properly reset. I must be a glutton for punishment, since I returned, I specifically called to ask them if I needed to make an appointment and explained how they have had difficulties in the past to properly reset as they only succeeded when they had a properly licensed technician in to figure out the issue and was told to just pull in as this is normally a no charge service if you had made your purchase there. Explained to technician the scenario in which he ensured that it would be reset after driving the vehicle for 5-10 mins and how it should reset itself. It never did.

I just want my tpms to reset properly guys! But I am also tired of explaining myself each time and driving out of the way just to get this task done. I feel like I've invested plenty of my time for your team to learn and figure this out. I'm giving you a neutral as I was thankful that the several ppl I have dealt with were friendly and knew me by my name when I would come in but I'm seriously disappointed that I have spent extra money for my tpms light to be always on and not doing what it's suppose to do for safety reasons.

Here’s the facts I’m a guy who you can say is in his golden years. I’ve had cars since I was 14 and to be honest can’t count the good shop experiences on one hand! The acceptable level of doing business in the auto mechanic industry is the worst out of all others combined. Please do not do business with empire collision I have never been ripped off and lied to more than they did!
And then I saw a light in the darkness! My fountain tire experience is in the top five ever! The work I had done was done right, done in the proper time and with a fair amount of money paid. The staff was friendly and the owner Corey deserves a pat on the back for making this guys car drive once again the way it’s supposed too. I will be going there for all my service needs and highly recommend them to you. Give them a try I know you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Corey and staff keep up the good work!

So frustrated with this location. I tried to get some work done on my car however they were busy and told me they wouldn't take my car. I asked for an appointment and was told they don't do appointments. I believe I was being discriminated against. I had no problem at Kal Tire and will be returning to get all future work done there

Excellent service and courteous employees. Very prompt! Really appreciated the ability to come in on a Sunday to remedy a missing lug nut.

I didn't have a pleasant experience at this location. It seemed that staff was doing me a favor. They didn't comply with the established pick up time and still left my car parked in a place where I had to wait another customer finalized his business to leave the facility. And if I hadn't asked if my car was ready, I would have stayed there for more 10 minutes, and when I asked the guy said: "Glad that you asked" - Was this a joke? Because it wasn't funny.

I had such a great experience at this Fountain Tire location - friendly and helpful. I have asthma so need to stay in right now as much as possible - and they were able to come pick up my vehicle from me and bring it back when it was ready. Good price too!

What an awesome, helpful place! Dropped off a loose tire for a flat repair and expecting to pay $20. They finished much earlier than expected and price was, well can't be better, "on the house". I've purchased tires from them before and will definitely going back once they wear out. Great customer service, highly recommended.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for the past year and have had fantastic service every time. Every employee that I’ve interacted with has been courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. The inspection reports that I’ve received have been detailed and the quotes/invoices I’ve received for work done have been very reasonable. Happy to keep coming back, keep up the great work!

They have great service and well trained staff I used to go here for my seasonal change overs. However when they start charging for “spring service “ and checks they used to do for free I switched to Costco. I don’t mind paying a premium for well trained staff If they are checking other standard stuff but, if that’s not included I’m no longer willing to pay double the price and the Costco online appointment system has made it a much better option

Simply great people and great service, speak out my questions, they brought me right solution without impacting my budget.

Did not even try to fix my tire just wanted to sell me a new one
yes you are looking for a quick tire sale because you did not even try to remove the puncturing nail out of the tire to see what is the damage.tire shop should at least try to fix or patch the tire not ignore it totally like you did not even touched it.

I have been coming to this particular location for a few years and am always astonished at their friendliness, promptness and professionalism. I have spoken to Brian most times I attend, he is so knowledgeable and friendly, and they always have time to answer questions or get me in for an appointment or something more urgent. Highly recommend!

For anyone who is wondering how the service is at this store I would highly recommend it. The service is great and they treat you like you are important.

Went in for seasonal tire change with wheels already on rims. Got charged $180! No other service, just a simple swap. I went in thinking I would be charged the same as previously ($60). When asked I was told that's what they charge.
Edit: Michael called to apologize for the mistake made by the front counter staff and refunded the charges. Great response. The staff should have listened to the complain made at the time to avoid this hassle.

Awesome and very professional service. I have been using Fountain Tire Edmonton Centre for a number of years now and have never been disappointed.

I was very impressed with how professional and courteous the front counter staff were. From the minute I walked in and was greeted to me picking up my car and finding they had washed it. Nothing but grade A service. Would recommend this location and will be telling everybody I know that they woukd be crazy to go anywhere else. I've had great service each time I have been there. I drop my car off, go to work and pick it up after work. Great people, great location. I love that they give me a print out of what work needs to be done on my car. They only recommend the work that is necessary right now. And I can budget accordingly for the work that needs to be done in the future.

Last week, my tire was damaged and I wasnt sure if my car was still driveable. I brought my car to this location during my lunch hour and spoke to Brian. He examined my tire, explained what to watch for, answered all of my questions. Considering I was so stressed, it was a great experience and while I dont need new tires right now, I'll definitely purchase again from Fountain Tire.
