Well I've been a a customer at 4 directions for quite some time now when I first opened up an account I was homeless had no ID but that's reason why I ended up opening up an account but now several years later have a good paying job and everything else finally got off welfare and now they are giving me a hard time with money that I had worked hard for and denying me of my money what kind of services is that.makes me mad
I enjoy being with four directions financial services Ltd I don't mind the fact they keep an eye on your spending and if needed they can put a limit on how much you can pull out a month or daily basis
The person on the phone was very rude and had an insurance tone with me. I had explained in detail wat I was requesting and had gone to another branch for assistance. She was telling me that I had to show up in person to get online user name and had to register through them. The other branch said all I had to do was come in and I would have it no problem, so she told me to go to another branch and hung up on me.
Maybe someone turned the ringers off on the phones here. I have been calling for a week and no answer. Need to speak to this branch to make an appointment, how is that done when you cannot contact them?
Staff were very rude. All they cared about was trying to close early at a branch that is only open from 10am-2pm! They tried to deny services because it would inconvenience them. This is the age of COVID and this is a branch that is supposed to exist to serve marginalized and vulnerable folks and it's just a joke. I'm just beyond disappointed in the service I received.
