I had an issue with my delivery order, put in the wrong phone number and so it arrived after the window of 5-8. I called in and talked to Jake at the Sage Hill location and he was so super kind and helpful. We had the problem sorted in no time at all. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Love this place but love the employees more. Not only does this place have an absolutely bright, clean and welcoming atmosphere the management & team here is undefeated. Jenna, carter & jake are some of the nicest people you should consider your self lucky to cross paths with.

Great staff that works here, I believe his name is Malik but this guy! This guy will get you want you need. You say you want "insert high" and he will provide!

I am on a hunt looking for information on cannabis. This Sage Hill Four20 location is friendly and a wealth of knowledge.
Today I was helped by a young man (sorry I forgot to get his name, but dark hair late 20s early 30 ish working Nov 11 ~ 1pm). He was lovely, helpful and knew his stuff.

They gave me the wrong pre-rolls (the complete wrong percentage of THC) and when I called about it they said the wouldn’t do any about it. Very disappointing service from my go to place. Won’t be going back.

Horrible. So dry literally crumbles like sand. Put an orange peel in it to moisten it, but than got weed rott. Would not recommend

Best shop in Calgary! Staff goes above and beyond. Rather than just trying to close a sale, the young man Will helped me find a product that fit my needs better. Due to Will, I will come again!

Going in to the sage hill 420 left a very sour taste in my mouth. The store itself was busy, decently organized and clean. However the prices are noticeably higher than other stores in the city. I had also watched what seems to be the manager of the store quite rudely talk to members of her staff AND A CUSTOMER. I promptly left after seeing that happen, I absolutely would not want to spend my money at a store where the staff is treated like that in front of customers.

We had a supervisor helping us and she knew absolutely nothing about the product, she couldn't remember what she told us (she was telling us things were indica when they were actually sativa) and was incredibly rude to us for no reason at all. 10/10 would not recommend.

Came when there was only a few customers, so the staff were pretty free, we were greeted at the door and ID'd which is typical. Then once we entered the establishment not a single employee tried to help or explain anything to us, after looking around confused for a bit, we finally had to ask for help. The older, grey, lady that reluctantly helped us, was rude and obviously judgemental of the fact I was in pajamas (as when I left the house I was unaware I'd be going there). I was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable and as though she was just trying to rush us out. Not to mention the prices and the fact that 90% of the product was sold out. Will not be back, treat your customers with more respect.

Would get a better rating if this weed shop actually had weed to sell. Never any stock and the excuse is we are at the mercy of our suppliers.well that's not the case for every other weed store including new leaf where they seem to never have stock issues. Go to new leaf better selection better organized and easier people to talk to

Always a pleasure to visit, the staff are all fantastic and answer all my questions, plus the product is amazing! It's a pretty popular place so make sure you arrive on a good day

Don’t like the governmental feel of this place. Still give me a feeling of being in a Government liquor store. I think they need to talk to the customer and see how they can improve and be one of the staple stores.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The product I received was already opened with no seal under the lid, and I didn't realize the "duty paid" sticker was removed and stuck back on until after I left the store. 3.5g that I purchased was only 0.95g weighed out (on two different scales.)
UNACCEPTABLE. I will not be returning to this location and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. (They don't do refunds even in cases like this, so when the staff opens and removes product, there is no way to replace it.)

Prices are better then other weed shops and they have a bigger selection. I would highly recommend this location. I love my weed and will be back.

Staff is awesome. Not a lot of selection but was told this was due to the fact this is the only location in the NW. Lots of foot traffic. Was happy with the weed!

Had to give you guys a positive review to balance the nonsensical negative ones. Very knowledgeable staff that made my first purchase comfortable. Product was of high quality.

Well where to start.they never have product and I am always told "it's coming soon". Haha. I have went in every day for 2 weeks just to see and not one time did they have anything other then 5% thc. The prices are higher then all other cannabis store. I would suggest going anywhere but here.

Not liking that people are give this store a bad rating for no stock. It's the government's fault. Of course they don't like loosing 1000s of sales a day. And having to pay staff to stand around and do nothing.
