I love shopping here Any day a blunt is good especially when it’s sold by the nicest ladies working in the Kush supply business and the manager that runs this location is bar none a gentlemen and has a vast knowledge of all products being able to refer great choices that I’ve always appreciated. Highly recommended

Wide range of product and staff is always friendly and helpful with telling more about a brand or giving suggestions. Chris and Tyler are always helpful and very kind

Horrible customer service. Without even saying hi, the attendant demanded ID. Rather, go to Prairie records down the street, where they greet you before asking for ID.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Bought a defective item, brought it back w/ receipt, and was told I could get 10% off next purchase (it's called theft), and it's illegal under Alberta consumer law. I would highly recommend Prairie Records a block over, or Canna Cabana. Been going to 420 for years, but after what happened here, never again. Filing a complaint with the government about your theft. Good job on hiring inexperienced rude people. Still in shock at that treatment.

Great dispensary super friendly staff lots of options to pick form, the brand clothing is cool too. Vibe inside shop is really trendy and designed well

Not wheelchair assessable, at this point all businesses should or have a way of helping/still assisting people in chairs. This is absolutely ridiculous and the fact the staff seemed annoyed is even worse. Do better.

Although we weren’t able to buy anything as one of my friends never had her ID on her, this none of us could buy due to the policy, the guy at the desk kindly communicated this to us!

Definitely not worh it, gave me more than a year old jar, was very dried through and not even in sale.

Every experience I have with this location has been negative due to the attitude of some of the staff.why is there a need to have such a bad attitude? !? If you hate your job so much try working elsewhere instead of ruining other people’s day.

This place is not wheelchair accessible. There's a lip on the front door and no ramp. When I went to this place I fell out of my wheelchair getting into the store. This fact seemed to just annoy the staff that I was even there. No sympathy from four20 higher ups ether. These places need to stop saying that they are accessible. If you can't get a power chair or wheelchair in the door it's not accessible.

Worst service, lady who served me tonight was rude and didn’t seem to want to give any suggestions at all. They call themselves “premium” yet their service is worse than McDonald’s on 17th ave during rush hour

This was honestly one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a cannabis dispensary.
Pam, I believe that was her name had no intention of making thing interaction pleasant.god-awful service on her part. Won’t be coming back.

Whenever I go they never have the offers, I liked it until I saw that. On blackfriday I received an email at 9am with the offers, at 10am they had nothing, no hash, no chocolate, or the candies I wanted, all different and more expensive than in the promo, like double the price.: (

Hours of operation are awesome! Cannabis is alright. A tad bit dry however it's as to be expected from a dispensary. $$ but pretty average for dispensaries. Have visited multiple times as a result of the late hours of operation however the staff can be unfriendly/unwelcoming. Asked lots of questions to make sure it's the right kind of cannabis for a good fit and staff seemed to get frustrated with the questions. Despite the fact the questions were quite standard and there were no other customers waiting for us.

This place was the BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER! DO NOT SHOP HERE. I needed adjustable voltage vape pen. They want 20$ that more than double what Queen Bea and other places charge. Do yourself a favor. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL PRICES ARE WAY MORE REASONABLE.

Honestly I love coming here. Going to another place cause I had a glass of wine ans my English speaking isn’t so well they were extremely rude an accuse me of being drunk. But sell to severely intoxicated people.have there staff standout side and laugh. I’m honestly more comfortable with this cannabis store! They are always warming and welcoming especially Jenn! She was super friendly and was none judgemental! And she did the best she could and I learned more then I have before hand! I will always keep coming here an will only recommend this place:)

Good selection.a little pricey but very good quality. I picked up a brand called SKOAL or SO KAL (correct me if I am wrong 420pm) and they are fire for LP weed. This is coming from a BC born and raised guy who knows GOOD weed lol

Very nice dispensary in Calgary! Budtenders were friendly and knowledgeable. A nice variety of cannabis products and good prices. Would recommend for sure instead of the other stores.
