Very nice people and great atmosphere. It could be a little bigger, feels a bit cramped. There food is good and not too expensive.

We live on 45 Street and 122 Ave and I've ordered before, but now SkipTheDishes says I'm outside the delivery zone. Too bad. 3 km is just too far I guess

This is kind of a dated review but I used to live in Edmonton years ago and to this day I crave their seafood Lasagna T. T

This was the best pizza in Edmonton. Then I got another order from hell. Soggy pizza and the bottle of Pepsi shaken to open/spray. I will really miss Franco's pizza and pasta. All thrown into garbage including flat Pepsi.

It was such a beautiful resturant with a very homey and family friendly atmosphere and the food was even better! The portobello ravioli were so creamy and delicious! The flavoring of both pasta sauces me and my bf got were delicious!

The sandwich I had from Francos was excellent. It was very tasty and I would put it up against any other sandwich shop. Reasonable prices and very busy.

Richelle makes this place! She has such great energy and there is never an empty glass in the place. I come for the pizza but stay for the great service.

The second time there. I really enjoyed everything about it.when I visit Alberta again I will definitely visit there again

My French onion soup was cold but the bowl was hot lasagna noodles were not cooked still hard, 9$ for a Cesar don’t think I’ll be going back

Comfortable setting and food was excellent. Always good service and the lounge has a tattooed gal working the bar who is a ray of sunshine despite the workload she has and some difficult patrons. The dining area needs her twin

I come to this place all the time and I must say I’m never disappointed with the server Kate not only does she make you feel at home she makes sure you leave with the best experience, she’s welcoming and the smile she’s has on her brightens the experience, so Kate thank you for serving us! Franco’s is also so beautiful in the summer time, this place hands down is going to be on my Go To for sure!

We love this Francos! The back patio is very ambient, with beautiful lighting and music. We have enjoyed the food everytime; pastas/shrimp. Prices are worth it! Our server Nicole is awesome.

Franco's Pizza & Steakhouse. I would recommend this place to everyone. Not only was the food very good. The atmosphere and staff made you feel more like family, rather then customers. It was my first time there But it will not be my last. Excellent job by everyone at Franco's. We will be back.

I ordered take out for my family, and it was the best pizza and lasagna we have had in a long time! Great job! We’ll definitely eat here again!

Worst service ever. My wife, in-laws and I went to Franco's for supper Friday evening. We had reservations for 615 pm. When our waitress finally came to our table, I commented to our waitress, Kate, that we had been sitting at our table for nearly 40 minutes before she came to take our drink orders. I was not angry or rude. I was simply stating a fact. Her response was "you're going to go at me before you even order? We're really busy and there's only three of us. If you're not happy, you are welcome to leave! " And that was before she took any of our orders! Kate then took our drink and food orders. It was another hour before our food came out. Kate made a big statement as she was passing our table. "I'm not going to charge you for your drinks. " (We all had pop). When Kate was bringing our food to us, she was trying to be overly pleasant and very perky. Thanking us for our patience, could she get us anything else. We saw at least three tables that came in after us, got their food, ate and left before we did. Absolutely the worst service we have ever had at any restaurant in Edmonton. The food was passable. My wife had farfalle with salmon in a rose sauce. The salmon was over cooked, dry and hard. Not moist or flaky. The rose sauce was very good. I had the lasagna. It was pretty good. But because of the terrible service and long wait, I can only give our experience one star. Very disappointed.

This spot has wonderful service and yummy meals. The best restaurant around here. The meals arrived quick and the rates were fair. Highly recommended.

I had the Canadian Pizza. Best pizza I've ever had! It has BBQ chicken, caramelized red onion, mushroom, and bacon.so dam good! I just wish they were closer to where I live. I live in North Edmonton. I went to the 50th st. Hermitage location (my son took me there as its close to his house) I will make a special trip there just to have that pizza! Also the restaurant is very cozy, great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

Very neat and accessible restaurant. They offer big meals and for fair rates. I liked the food a lot and the waiters were super personal and informative. Recommended.

Went here with my fiance the day before restaurants closed down again. I absolutely loved it. Got my food faster than expected. The dish was packed with italian goodness. The menu had very reasonable prices. We're definitely return customers after it opens up again for dine-in.

I just received my skip the dishes dinner chicken Alfredo but its not even really warm? So I have my oven pre heating so I can heat up the dinner from Francos Weird eh so I called and the employee said kitchen wasn't open anyway. And no one was available to talk to? Weird when I was talking her but anyway don't ordered until you know there is a real kitchen staff working to heat your food. Real bummer I will not skip the dishes this place anymore I can reheat from super store tooo

Pizza was really good, also enjoy the Steak/Spaghetti. There is a good atmosphere here, intimate but also good for family, bit cramped seating, limited spots with social distancing.

The food is always well prepared and delightful, cashiers hands over good service. I like how clean it is and character. Worth a try.

I usually come for the great food and drinks but tonight I'm totally turned off by a customer named Brenda clearly made discriminatory remarks indicating that she is "drunker than 20,000 Indians" I'm so appalled. Everyone heard. Don't think I can come back if this is the clientele here.

Went for dinner with a friend in the lounge the food was amazing, but the service was terrible. Our empty beer bottles remained on our table for 4 hrs. Got our food not once did she come over to ask how we were had to put our dirty dishes on an empty chair at our tbl so we could continue our visit waited 10 mins for a fork to eat my meal while she socialized with the customers at the bar. Asked for an extra plate which she never did bring so used my gfs plate that her lasagna come on. Will return as the food is amazing, but will eat on the other side

The food and service were ahead of my expectations. I really loved the ambience of this spot. Great place to take the family out for lunch.

Now this is a pizza pie man! Franco's is always good a nice nice thick pie with the toppings they have a special on now order a medium get a large for the same price which I really like it is on the expensive side but you get what you pay for

This place is worth a try. They have large portions for convenient prices. Regularly clean and with excellent atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

Very impressed! I have not eaten in the restaurant itself, but ordered $60 worth of food tonight on skip the dishes and was not disappointed. Everything was packaged well, piping hot, and accurate. Of note, the portion sizes are big and the dishes are reasonably priced considering their high quality. Will certainly be popping by in the future. Thank you to the staff for great quality food and attention to detail even for customers not physically in the establishment:)

Great and delightful food, I love the character this place has, and the cashiers were very friendly. Will definitely visit here next time.
