I was really nervous heading into my colour appointment, as I haven’t had the best of luck when it comes to bleaching my hair - but Micayla absolutely KILLED it.

She was so thorough during the consult and talked me through the entire process. I wanted to add natural dimension to my super dark hair, and Micayla delivered. It turned out so much better than I had originally envisioned!

I decided on the spur of a moment that I was going to go back to my pixie ways. I had the hair style a number of years ago and missed the ease of it. Having naturally curly, thick shoulder length hair-finding a hair stylist that can manage this mane can be difficult to navigate. I decided to try Frankie's on a bit of a whim. I was paired with a junior stylist. The owner, knowing what I wanted and knowing the skillset of her team, read the situation accurately and helped guide her stylist. I came out with a great cut and they have gained a forever customer.

Alyssa C is honestly the best hair stylist I’ve ever had! She’s great at helping you get the look you want and really values keeping hair healthy + well-maintained. She recently did a colour correction for me after months of at home dye and I’ve never loved my hair more!

My experience with Frankie Salon was highly dissatisfactory and unprofessional. During my initial consultation, I inquired about receiving a balayage and provided pictures for reference of what I expected. My hairdresser was polite and informed me that they had the experience to meet my expectations. However, things did not go as planned. I received foils rather than a balayage, which puzzled me. The price for the end result was startling, considering that I later realized the job was poorly done, leaving me with streaky ‘highlights’ and uneven patches of bleached hair. I called the salon to bring forth my concern and to ask that they fix what they had done, only to be told to “lower my expectations” and that I could receive a follow-up appointment at my expense. Overall, I felt underappreciated as a customer. Although initially, the hairdresser was pleasant, they handled my disappointment unprofessionally and did nothing to correct their mistakes. I will not be going back.

I went to Frankie salon to get a balayage done. While I did enjoy the atmosphere, I was disappointed when my appointment only took 1h 30/40 minutes. Usually when I’ve gone to get a balayage done it takes at least 3 hours. The appointment felt rushed and I felt it was not done properly. All to say that I felt my appointment wasn’t valuable & wasn’t what I wanted. When I asked to fix it or receive a partial refund to get it fixed elsewhere, the solution that I was given was to tone it (not a solution). Because I didn’t feel valued as a customer, I don’t see myself returning to this salon.

The salon itself is clean, modern, and has a welcoming ambiance. The staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for clients.

Josh went above and beyond for me considering what my hair has been through, absolutely love him and this salon. Will be recommending this place to everyone! (josh also gives the BEST head massages)

Been searching for a new salon and I was referred to Josh's Instagram. Love the salon and Josh does an amazing job! Love my hair, I have seen him twice. After a close friend stepped down from hairstyling I was apprehensive about finding a new stylist. Josh’s fun personality and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. He made sure my cut and color was what I wanted and added his expertise to make it the best possible outcome. I went from a brassy blonde with grown out roots to an icy blonde queen! I would highly recommend Josh if you are looking for some laughs and an attentive and talented stylist!

Recently my hairstylist closed down in pursuit of another career. She recommended Frankie Salon and I set an appointment with Micayla. She did highlights and a cut. She consulted with me initially and when it came time for the cut, she said she had a vision based on what we had discussed. She nailed it! Love my hair and I'm happy I found a new stylist so quickly!

I’ve been going to Alyssa C.since October and she literally revived my hair and gave it life. I was very self conscious and insecure of my hair and never wore it down— I had a balayage at a different place 6 months prior and the bleach ruined my hair (seen in the first photo). The other 2 photos are after my appointments with Alyssa (one in a October, the other in January). I have an appointment with her this month and I’m looking forward to having amazing hair and to be in her bright and amazing presence!:)

When I say Josh gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had, i’m not exaggerating. I don’t trust anyone with my hair and going to someone new made me very anxious. Josh was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. It was like chatting with my bestie the whole time. Highly recommend this beautiful salon & Josh for all your hair needs!

I had such an amazing experience at Frankie Salon today! Micayla took her time with my long thick hair from washing, cutting, drying and styling. She also gave me tips and tricks on how to style my hair and I can tell she really love what she does. For the first time for as long as I have been getting haircuts I felt "at peace" to sit on a salon chair, she did not go crazy with cutting and thinning out my hair even though I let her know that I am ok with getting quite a bit of length chopped off because that's what I have always experienced from other hairstylists. Turns out all my hair needed was a trim and some framing at the front and it made the most difference! I am glad I walked in at Frankie Salon today.

Had my hair done by Taylor today, and was so happy with the experience. She listened to exactly what I wanted and is clearly so talented; somehow it was just perfect! So thankful for that. I also love that their pricing is very straightforward and clear; at other salons I’ve often been surprised with extra “product costs” and add ons that I didn’t expect. So I really appreciate that and it makes me comfortable coming back to them. 10/10 I would reccomend coming here and seeing Taylor!:) <3
