I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I don't want to oversell it, but truly just a great place if you need autobody work. Kind, professional, knowledgeable and I can't believe how fast they were able to help me with my insurance claim and get my car fixed up! Big recommendation!

After damaging my 2021 Seltos from hitting a curb due to icey conditions, Frank's was able to quickly provide a repair quote and complete the repairs within 2 weeks. Fully replaced all front driver side wheel, suspension and steering components plus wheel well and bumper trim. My CUV looks and drives like new again. Definitely recommend to others.

Well, on a positive note- the job was done pretty fast and the car was left clean.
On the downside- my job seemed quite overpriced taken that after a week the rust I was dealing with started to become noticeable again.
Ironically, when I was paying for my service, someone stormed in the office and ranted that they were ripped off.

Horrible painting,
I can spray my vehicle with spray can much better then those guys,
My insurance end up getting another body shop with more experience to repaint my car.

I brought my Ford Ranger in for some body work and Frank’s auto body team took very good care of me. They were able to source the parts promptly and get the work done in good time. They were very helpful right off the bat and we’re very upfront with costs. They even identified a further issue with my vehicle and gave me a discount on the fix so that I could stay within my budget. They returned my vehicle looking like almost new condition. All around a great experience.

I was so impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail that Frank’s auto body offered. The gentleman at the desk was sincere and nice. Frank was awesome, went above and beyond with my repair. This is a local business worth supporting! I hope to not need to use them again, but if I need autobody repair I won’t go anywhere else.

They took on a job most other shops had declined. Rust repair. While others wanted to change complete panels out they were able to focus on the problem and repair and replace only what was needed at a seriously lower cost. Others declined this job i believe because of the skill that is required to do it correctly. This team showed me they have the skill. I am not a body man but I do much of my own wrench work and have made the auto world part of my hobby list. I had a 1969 fully restored in the past (i did the mechanical). So i am not an expert but more experienced than most. This shop is the real deal and will get all my work in the future.

Came to this place for a quote, got the quote, told them i would be back in the fall for to get the work done, called three times to confirm the price for what i wanted done, never got back to me.will be going elsewhere

Highly recommend this shop. Flawless repaint and bodywork on some deep scratches. Said did the work within 3 days and this was the lowest quote I received in the city. Excellent job.

Fantastic job repairing body damage done to my car, and even fixed a few other spots that needed repainting for free. Car looks like new, and was the lowest of three quotes that I got for the damage. Would recommend taking yours into this shop if you need service.

I went to several auto body shops to get estimates for some repairs I needed done. This place was one of the more reasonable priced places.

The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions. Once the repairs were completed I noticed a few things that needed to be done a bit better and this was taken care of without any difficulty.

Overall, I am very happy with their service and would recommend this place to others who are in need of auto body repairs.

I'd give less than 1 star but it won't let me.
My husband chose Franks to have my car painted. He was reasonably priced and we thought it would be nice to help a local business instead of a franchise. At first we started with just the back bumper, it had a scuff from the previous owner. Siad gave him a money back guarantee stating if you don't like it, you don't pay. The back bumper turned out ok. So we decided to proceed and have to front hood and bumper painted as well. There was no damaged just rock chips. Well thats where it all went downhill. First he had the vehicle for 2 weeks. He said the first time didn't turn out well so he painted it a second time. When we finally went to pick the vehicle up, it was orange peeled, improperly prepped and dull with swirls. We went back in to the shop which was dirty, unorganized and had very poor lighting. He and his assistant were still working on it, wet sandinging it out of a disgusting dirty bucket. I was so desperate to get my car out of there we took it anyway. We then went over to have to car to have SunTEk (3M) put on it and the guy wouldn't even touch it. It took over a month to cure and when he tried to apply it, the paint came right off. I attempted to get him to honour the money back guarantee (would have been happy with just a portion back) -some money back to have it fixed some where else and instead he insisted he'd fix it. He even had the nerve to tell me if I paid more money he would do it the right way. I had to pay someone else to have it prepped and painted the proper way, leaving me out thousands. I'd recommend avoiding this place all together.

UPADTE: I have attached pictures. After the owners response to my review I'd like to add that we couldn't see the shady workmanship when we picked up the car, like I mentioned the shop is WAY too dark. Compiled with all the rain we had I only noticed how poor it was when it got to the 3M guy (who had proper lighting in his shop) at which point I returned Franks to have it addressed. My husband had made prior arrangements to meet Siad and the person working out front to help translate, but she never showed. She said she had other appointments to get to. In no way did my 3M guy wreck the paint, as you can see but the pics not even the taping was done correctly.

Best price in town. Never went over the estimate given. Vehicle looks great. Wonderful job. We will be back, hopefully not too soon
