Fraserway RV - Leduc

Was a good experience this time around. Good fix and clarity on some small issues I can fix.

DO NOT GO HERE! EVER!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had.
Right from the start in financing being lied to, the total I signed for I was told is how much I'll be paying back with interest, seemed about right, but LIES! They added on all these charges & fees & life insurance etc.because we qualified they just put it on without telling me or my permission, but told me that's the interest charges, ILLEGAL!
Seeing it a month later on my credit report I called right away but you only have 30 days to remove it, but because we were lied to & signed, then didn't realize until the credit report, that's actually how much we owe now, PLUS interest, $12000 extra they screwed us for.

We bought in late October, no point in taking the trailer home just to store it for the winter, plus they had to install the equalizer hitch, batteries etc, a few emails over the winter & them setting up an appointment for us to come pick up our brand new trailer in the spring, they have a board with the new families names that are picking up they're new trailers that day, we weren't on that sign, plus had to wait 1.5hrs for then to install the hitch that they had 7 months to do, once you sign your dead to them, they're on to the next suckers & don't even remember who you are

We wanted to add a cupboard door where there wasn't one, just open shelves, weird in a trailer, nothing will stay on those shelves without a door! But ok so we ordered a door & hinges for $100, no problem, I can install that, but going to pick it up they charge $280 just for shipping & will not allow you to ship it yourself, so a $100 cupboard door cost us $380!

From less than hand tight plumbing under the kitchen & bathroom sinks which ofcourse leaked everywhere, to the exposed plywood on the roof where it wasn't sealed properly, to screws poking through the roof membrane & many many other issues, on a brand new trailer that was apparently PDI'd & we payed for, shows how incompetent the techs are & what kind of condition they let they're trailer's/repairs leave in.
The so called repairs they did do were less than subpar, doing the quickest & easiest repairs they can, if they did at all, tell you it's fixed when it's not or just patched enough to pull the wool over yours eyes & get you off they're lot, from hooking up solar panel wires backwards & telling me it's good to go, us not realizing until we're out camping & wondering why the batteries are constantly dying, to moving hinges over & making new holes rather than fixing the stripped existing holes properly, same with the blinds, to giving us year old batteries that we paid $800 for (the date stickers are on the batteries) they actually caused more damage than they fixed by leaving the vent & the window ' wide ' open during the 6 weeks it was there in the summer causing all kinds of water damage & ruining the $4000 dollar bed we had just put in the trailer, that had to be thrown out because of smell & mold, then telling me they didn't leave that vent open, I must have, even though they were right there working on that exact roof vent as one of the issues is was brought there for.

In the last year since we bought the trailer it's actual been there more than at home, just sitting on they're lot waiting for parts, until I complain enough that I can't even use our brand new trailer that we're making payments on, so they let me come get it at least to use for a little bit to use it until it goes back for more issues, then trying to charge me $650 for the issues because they said aren't covered under warranty on a brand new trailer, go figure!
but you can only drop off or pick up Monday- Friday 9am-4pm, I work 12hr days, so not possible unless I miss at least 4 hours of work by the time I go get the trailer & take it to leduc, then go back to work.
Nothing but problems & lies right from day one with Fraserway,
I 1000% strongly recommend going anywhere other than Fraserway, there's lots of other choices, DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

That’s all I can say originally we went to the Fraser way northwest Edmonton unfortunately they didn’t have the trailer we really wanted to look at so they got us in touch with Glenn in Leduc who was exceptional we checked out the trailer we wanted and we are so happy with the purchase. Natacha in financing was Amazing and Was able to get us a great plan. From our experience at both the north Edmonton and Leduc locations I’d say anyone looking at buying an RV, this is the place to buy it from.

One star only because there is no option for zero stars. Our experience was the worst customer services experience we have ever had. We have dreamed of owning a trailer for 20 years. After saving money for over 5 years, we went to the RV show in February to purchase a trailer. We fell in love with The Bullet Crossfire and were so excited to make the purchase. The following Saturday we booked an orientation with Kevin and signed all the paperwork with Natasha. That experience was great, but we now realize they were laying it on thick to make a sale and a 5 Star review (Which they hounded us for on multiple occasions). They stored our trailer for 2 1/2 months as per their RV Show incentive (They store the trailer offsite in a mud pit). We had purchased a back up camera that they stated they could install for us before our pickup. We also purchased all the goodies with the Platinum warranty, THIS IS A SCAM. We paid $1800 for a product they refused to show proof of application for. We went to see them the weekend before our booked pick up date to make sure all would be good to go. The following weekend all excited to finally have a trailer, it was not ready. No batteries, no back up camera, and was covered in mud all over the exterior and interior of the trailer. We left it there so they could complete the work and as Natasha stated MAKE IT RIGHT. The following weekend we returned; the excitement was gone. We love the trailer and took it home despite all the hassle and the fact that the only thing completed was installation of the back up camera and a spray down. Offered no explanations on horrible service and offered us a $200 credit on loyalty card to purchase their over price store items that are all defected, we had to remove the TV mount that we paid for and had them install as it was junk. With their 30-day refund policy we are now out $50. We walked away! Their service department is incompetent the stabilizer hitch they installed was not tightened to the frame, we almost lost the trailer on the QII2 because the mount lifted right off the frame. Not at all safe. Kevin as a salesperson is a joke, has no empathy or knowledge on anything to do with trailers. He failed to attach the safety chains to our truck properly resulting in damage. Natasha pours on the sweetness when you communicate with her in person but brushes you off via e-mail. Their mission statement “As a team, we do everything possible to ensure our customers’ vacation dreams are realized” Definitely did not live up to the standards you set out. Extremely disappointed, will not return even for service, will never recommend buying through them.

Purchased a new Entrada from Fraserway RV. Very friendly staff and the salesman Luke was great, knowledgeable and no pressure sales.
The office staff are great people and just like family. They made my dog feel very much at home when I brought him with me to close all paper work.
Great dealer.

Just purchased a new Bullet travel trailer from Fraserway. The purchasing experience was great and the process was smooth. Glenn was our salesman and was extremely helpful and thorough as we did our walkthrough. We identified a few minor items that they will take care, but otherwise the trailer was everything we expected.

Natacha in the business office was also extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service. If the service department is as good as the sales side, we'll be happy for years to come.

Can't wait for camping season!

I highly recommend Fraserway if you are looking for a trailer. I went to several dealerships before I walked through their doors. I was looking for a preowned trailer. Nikki Abbott was knowledgeable in the trailers she showed me. She let us take our time looking at the trailers. Answering any questions we had. When I chose the one I wanted, I was assured they would go through it and check for any cracks or problems in the trailer. Which I might add none of the other dealerships would do without additional cost.
When I picked up the trailer, it was immaculate. Nikki made sure I knew how to work and run everything.
Again highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I know if I have a problem that I can contact them.

I would highly recommend going to Fraserway Leduc for your next trailer purchase. Fraserway Leduc was amazing to deal with from start to finish. Our sales person Nikki was fabulous to deal with and the Financial Services Manager Natacha was absolutely amazing as well. The customer service from the whole team was amazing.

Excellent service from Natacha in finance and Tom in sales. Purchased a keystone trailer in February 2022. It was an unconventional purchase I'm located in BC and had no way of being in person to view the trailer. They provided pictures and also an orientation video via youtube which was very nice given I couldn't do the orientation in person. I wasn't expecting that and it was appreciated. The also helped out arranging pickup of the trailer for delivery to me in BC. I would recommend Fraserway to anyone looking to purchase an RV.

First time buying an RV and we had the best experience at Fraserway! Natacha Robinson and Ed Evans are the best! I highly recommend both of them, they are the most polite, helpful, and able to answers all the questions that we had. Even after sales service they are excellent! They also have a super polite and respectful front desk and consultants at their shop. Clean and organize office.

These guys were nothing but nice and professional when purchasing our first travel trailer. I live a few hours away, but they will definitely be my go to recommendation when anyone asks.

RECORD ALL COMMUNICATION WITH FRASER WAY RV LEDUC! We went to the 2020 RV show in Edmonton and dealt with Tom Renaud. We were told that we were being offered 1.99% interest, as per the advertising, and at no point were we told otherwise from the Finance Manager, Adam Turgeon. Tom misinformed us of the trailer we were going to look at back at the store versus the one we were actually standing in at the show. That was issue #1. Tom also acknowledged that he made an error when we called him out. We got the trailer we wanted and went ahead with the paperwork. When we were signing all of the documentation Adam was providing to us, we really weren’t looking closely (shame on us!), and just kept signing away as Adam kept throwing papers in front of us. Again, this whole time we had discussed receiving 1.99% interest. In addition, we purchased extended warranty and all-in-all, Adam told us our grand total would be just under 25K. My husband and I discussed with Adam thoroughly that we would pay $5K per year to have it paid off in 5 yrs, and Adam went along with it. In Dec 2020 I noticed my bank loan should the interest as 4.94% instead of 1.99%. We contacted Fraser Way & spoke with Nora in finance who told us we were not approved for 1.99%. Long story short after escalating this with the sales manager, Glenn Kerr, and GM, Bruce Marcia, we were pretty much told that what we thought we were being offered is not something that they even offer (as if we are making it up), that what we are saying is not true, and that there is nothing that can be done. This proves exactly that we were lied to by the staff at Fraser Way and now that the sale is finalized, they claim they never offered what it was we were verbally told. Make sure you record every contact with these crooks, they will tell you what you want to make a sale and will pretend like you knew all along when you come back to make a complaint. And the GM will do nothing to rectify the situation because now-a-days it is always “the company/store is always right” not the customer. Again, shame on us for not reading, that was definitely our fault but we were mislead verbally by staff 100%.

***UPDATE (addressing GM's comments below) : We were not overwhelmed in any way, this is not our first large purchase. What is overwhelming is being told one thing all along and then finding out that everything was basically a lie. Also, we are very happy with our trailer, that is not the issue, the issue is that we would never have paid more than what we were told for the size of the trailer. Also we are fully aware of the financial arrangement at this time, there is nothing further to discuss.

I stopped in to check on a trailer they had. The place was clean and comfortable and staff were adhering to current health safety protocols. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I will say I rated this dealership a 1 star only because there is nothing lower.

So last fall my Family purchased a trailer from Fraserway RV - Leduc.
So the experience has been 3 phased:
1. Shopping and purchasing with Sales person. The sales person was knowledgeable and worked with us to pick out a trailer that worked for our Family.
*** After that the experience has been terrible from finance, to walk through to service.
2. Finance person had little knowledge about warranties and extended service programs. In fact, the information she gave was incorrect.
3. Warranty and Extended service is a joke, and we were misinformed by Fraserway every step of the way.

Within days of picking up our trailer (first weekend after picking up) the trailer almost burnt to the ground due to an electric short.

When Fraserway Service was contacted - their response was - too bad for you. We will order you the fixture!?
It’s 4 months later and we still don’t have the part or anything fixed.
They state they will ship us the parts - if we pay for shipping.

I would say if you are looking to purchase an RV - look elsewhere than Fraserway Leduc. Their promise and values aren’t demonstrated to the customer.

We paid a lot of money for the RV, and paid for the extended service plan, and I am left holding the bag to fix it.
Not coool Fraserway, Not cool.

My twin sister & I purchased a beautiful motor home together after years of hard work. We worked with an excellent sales associate Jeremy who made sure he listened to all our questions and found us our amazing RV!
However, once you purchase your RV please please be aware of the abhorrent and disrespectful behaviour from the RV Service Department on a continual basis.
On October 26,2020 my sister & I brought our motor home in for servicing and winterizing. We arrived one day early as my sister is in school. Miss “L” who was at the RV Service Department desk was completely rude to us immediately. Miss “L” kept stating at least 5 times “we could go elsewhere! ” We were completely shocked! We asked why should we go elsewhere when we purchased our RV at Fraserway Leduc and spent over 100 grand here and had made an appointment. To which she responded that she “is on her own here with 60 RV’s and receives no help. ” AND again instructing my sister and I “to go elsewhere! ” (We did not bring our husbands with us-and it shouldn’t matter.)
I am not sure how we can help her manage the RV department when we are just dropping our RV for servicing.
We have almost paid off this beauty and would like to purchase a 2’nd RV.however.in good conscious how could we return to this dealership when the Service Department has such repeated horrible customer service.
I am 100% sure - many more women will be purchasing their own RV’s in the years to come.and servicing your RV is just as important as the memories you make during your travels. (This past summer we drove to the Yukon and back to Edmonton via the Alaskan Hi-way.)
Sherri and I receive so much attention in our RV-we always send a shout out about Jeremy at Fraserway-however.how could we send potential clients to a dealership with such a poorly trained RV front office staff. It is called customer service.
Make no mistake-we love our motorhome! We just can not accept being treated as 2’nd class citizens.

Can't say enough about my experience with Fraserway! What an amazing 2 week vacation we had with our rental from Fraserway Leduc!

From the moment we walked into the dealership we were greeted warmly and felt so welcome! The staff is AMAZING and super helpful while doing paperwork and showing around the rental.

My fiance and I rented a Ford Transit Conversion Van for 14 nights and drove a total of 5700km in it exploring Alberta, BC interior and Vancouver Island and were super happy with the vehicle we were given. This van is a must for avid adventurers. It is super capable for the tougher terrains with its powerful diesel motor and dually wheels on the back. It was easy to drive and super well equipped!
This van had everything we needed for our adventure!

We had some small technical issues with some of the appliances and the shower drain was clogged but these were things we could work around during our travels and didn't affect our enjoyment at all! (Fraserway does offer top notch roadside assistance for any issues during your travels but we were very remote and away from civilization so we chose not to call and have them resolved during our limited time out west)

As avid explorers and first time RV'ers living in a Ford Transit van can be challenging at first due to its size (obviously) but after a day or two everything becomes easier. If you are looking for an RV to take to a campsite and park, you'd be better to go for a normal RV and pass on the Conversion Van. Now if you like to keep moving and exploring every moment of every day this is the van for you!

All issues we had were immediately addressed upon the return of the Van and we were so happy with the outcome!

If your looking to rent an RV or Van look no further! We compared so many options (RVezy, CanaDream ect) and found if you were looking to have an enjoyable, dependable vehicle for roadtrip this was the best way to do it!

Don't listen to the media ads, they're not honest at all, and do not purchase the the extra warranty, it's not worth the paper it's written on, stay away.if I could rate lower I would.

Saw a trailer during the 2020 RV Expo and Sale that really intrigued us a few weeks ago. Spoke to Blair (from the Edmonton location). The next week, he directed us to the Leduc location as they had the inTech models we were interested in. We were helped by the ever cheerful Jeremy. Actually, all the staff in Leduc treated us exceptionally well. 3 weeks, start to finish and we're happy campers with a new inTech Flyer Pursue

If I could give them no stars I would. They are criminal. They upsell everything and then can't produce the paperwork showing that any of the work has been done. Horrific customer service and if anything goes wrong on your trailer they will try their best to get out of every obligation to fix it. Things go missing out of your trailer during routine services. Run don't walk away from this dealership!

One star is generous. Terrible customer service. Will take your money and wipe their hands clean of you while showing total disregard and negligence in upholding their warranty and working with the customer. If for whatever reason you are willing to purchase through them, expect any maintenance, warranty, or any sort of interaction to be like pulling teeth. And be sure to clean out ANY and ALL belongings before you drop your trailer off because it will go missing.

Great place. The vehicles were in immaculate shape. We had almost no problems the only few we did have because of no experience where dealt with over the phone late at night. The staff there are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Thank you I do recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Never fixed mom and dads trailer the rightway will be going to the bbb and amvic as they had the trailer almost a month

Adam and the GM went above and beyond to make us happy. Seriously I've never been treated so well at any type of dealership. Really friendly people, big inviting show room, you can't go wrong here - highly recommend!

#Frazerway RV Leduc has no problem taking your money for a sale, but as for warranty, I've been waiting 6 months and it's still not done. They get a "zero" rating from me! I guess I have to give a rating to post (1) but actually they get a zero.

Would give them a 0 stars if possible. IN early 2018 We purchased a new Jayco travel trailer from Lacombe Fraserway (the lacombe location is the only jayco dealer that fraserway offers), Being that we live 30 mins north of Edmonton we didn't want to travel the long distance to lacombe for some very minor warranty work.
So we figured we would take our jayco to fraserway in leduc (who does not sell jayco). Thats where we made the mistake. First off the ladies that book you in at the service dept are very skilled at making promises they cannot keep, also do not know anything about other makes of RV's. The service dept did not look into claiming warranty, they went straight to saying that its not covered and gave me a b.s story that "its a maintenance item". Our jayco has a 2 yr bumper to bumper warranty as well as a 7 yr extended plan. Even after speaking with the service manager who was a complete tard in my opinion, it got us no where. So after telling them that they BETTER look into claiming warranty I had to wait yet another 2 weeks before having to call yet again to find out whats going on. Just a run around of excuses of "my service tech called in sick today" or "the lady who deals with warranty is sick" blah blah blah. Finally after a month of the trailer sitting at fraserway they let us know that the little 4 inch piece of awning trim has been replaced as well as the exterior range vent. 2 very simple items which I could have (should have) easily replaced in a matter of hours.for fraserway it took a month.
Lesson here is that If you own a Jayco, DO NOT take it to fraserway rv, they don't have a clue what they are doing and will jump to conclusions that whatever the issue is that It is not covered under warranty, they just want your money. We Will be taking our trailer to RV City in Morinville from now on

Fraser way staff were very professional and not pushy with sales! Glenn Kerr and Dave were fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. Our trailer was in excellent shape when we picked it up. Dave went through it with us and provided us with great suggestions. He has been doing it for a while and knows his stuff! Thanks again guys

After buying an RV from fraserway got little support with unit. Trailer brakes were not working and they charged almost 100 bucks for no solution and charged me 10$ for shop supplies. The service manager seems to hate customers. It was fleece fleece the customer. Took truck and trailer to DK ford and the salesman had a solution in less than a minute at no charge Thanks Dennis. I bought a RV at Grove a few years ago and they were ten times more helpful and backed their products.
