Fraserway RV Airdrie

Just wanted to say how amazing Fraserway Airdrie was. From communication via email, to check in, the staff, the service, the cleanliness of the RV, the contents (kitchen, bedding, cleaning etc) to check out and shuttle service. Everything was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our vacation to Banff and Jasper.

A great experience from start to finish! Transfer from and to the hotel was flawless, handover and return quick and easy. Staff speak different languages, including German. Email contact quickly and efficiently. Vehicle was almost new, well equipped with everything you need. Plus a one-off 10 percent discount when shopping at the supermarket next door! We were looking for an off grid home to build our future buisness and we were blessed to have met Trevor 0'Neil. This man took his time and was soooo professional that we almost bought an rv just because of him. Took time our of his weekend and was amazing! Plead visit this place and. Ask for Trevor!

Avoid this place and Keystone as a Product. Our 5 year old trailer has a door that will now never be able to close. The latch mechanism on one of the pass through doors failed and Fraserway and Keystone said they have one lock that will fit and then it will be discontinued. They sent me the $160 latch and sure enough it didn’t fit. What now? Seal off the door of the trailer? Absolutely ridiculous. It’s 5 years old. Heather, the parts person was beyond apathetic and said that they’ve sold hundreds and it should fit. We argued over three of four emails over the course of a week and they are just now saying they will refund upon me sending back on my dime. No call from a manager, nothing from Keystone, they have my money, why would they respond? Because they are run poorly by poor Ownership and poor leadership.
I’ve reported both Keystone and Fraserway to the better business bureau.
Avoid Keystone and Fraserway.
I’ll add my response here to Scott’s response below. Scott, the fact that you think I can just pop by with my trailer is simply more apathy from you. As I’ve mentioned, I live in Moncton NB now. The only Keystone dealer here says my issue is between me and you and won’t get involved.
They can help either because Keystone simply doesn’t have the part anymore.
How about offering a real solution?

Almost a great pickup of our 2021 Thor Four Winds 28Z class C motorhome. Even though our unit was purchased used, it was presented to my wife Carol and myself as a new vehicle. The detailing was exemplary. The only glitch was that the remotes for keyless entry were not working. This will be resolved in short order and we were on our way. Super experience and kudos to Fraserway staff. All in all a pleasant experience. We definately highly recommend Fraserway to everyone we know or meet looking to purchase a new or used RV.

Have to pick one word to summarize our experience with the Airdrie team - we choose AMAZING. We have been on the hunt for a motorhome for over 6 years. The requirements we have for a motorhome are very specific. Over time we started to think our demands were unrealistic. Then we met Trevor at Fraserway. He found us the exact unit we wanted. Our purchase experience from Fraserway in Airdrie was awesome. Luke in sales showed us the great features of the trailer we chose. Justin was very professional and patient explaining to us all our options in regards to financing and add ons. During our initial walk through of our trailer, Dallas thoroughly explained how things operate and noted all of my concerns. Kudos also to the part’s lady (sorry I didn’t get your name) for taking the time to help us with questions we had about our window coverings. This is our second trailer we’ve purchased from Fraserway and both times it’s been great.

We bought our first bumper pull trailer from Fraserway (Dallas), he went above and beyond with this purchase. We have now upgraded and bought a fifth wheel from them (Collin) every one at Fraserway have been so helpful. It’s worth the drive out that way. Had an issue with my fridge in my motorhome. Ken and the service department were always pleasant to deal with. Although there were parts supply issues (supply chain problems), we are completely satisfied with the service we received Thanks Fraserway Airdrie.

Even though I did not purchase my trailer Fraiserway RV Airdrie did all my warranty work and treated me like a valued customer. What a great service department, always keeping me up to date on progress, and working hard on my behalf to see I was getting the full value of the warranty. I will be back for all my future work.

The experience we had with this company was bad.
From the beginning- the woman at the reception was very impatient, showed everything very quickly, and did not give us instructions for very basic features, although we specifically told her this is our first time with an RV. In addition, our water tube was leaking, so for 14 days we could not use full hookup, though it was possible in multiple camping sites. When calling the agency, they were very rude, and did not assist us at all.
The stove had some conductivity issues, and was very hard to use.
The privacy curtain was very badly linked.
Lacking any functional customer support, and renting damaged equipment, I am highly not recommending this company.

I highly recommend Fraserway RV. Super professional and efficient service. Our RV was fully equipped and ready to go! Everything went smoothly and the RV worked great for our family of 5. They even provided a free shuttle for us from our hotel to their location. 5+ stars!

Had a great experience dealing with chad. He was kind and accommodating. We bought a used travel trailer here and there service team did an amazing job going over the entire trailer leaving us with the piece of mind that we are getting a fully functional unit.
