Amazing work by an amazing Masters Prepared Nurse Practitioner. I can’t wait for the introduction of an NP funding model in Alberta that will expand access to expert Nurse Practitioner care for all Albertans. This will be the game changer that no one ever saw coming.

Everyone’s really nice, and staff are available to respond by text message for updates and to help move things along (lab reviews). Access in BC is poor with Pacific Blue Cross (no coverage) and there is no back-up plan for Freddie clinicians to prescribe Truvada (covered by medical services plan) so after 3 weeks of waiting and follow-up you may find yourself back at square 1 in trying to find PrEP coverage.

I was the usual person who thinks about going on PrEP but never did because it can be such a hassle to get all your ducks in a row. Freddie took away all the busy work of it and makes it so stream lined! The at home testing makes it even more convenient. 10/10 recommend

Freddie has been great at answering questions, regular checkups and I haven’t paid for prep in months. It’s delivered right to my door. Their current partnership for at home swabs with life labs closes what I saw as their only shortcoming as it’s now super easy to do at home swabs and drop them off for a quick result turnaround.

Freddie is a great service for the community for access to PrEP prescriptions with at-home lab services accessible in many areas in Canada, friendly and educated staff who go above and beyond to help you with all your questions, set you up with proper resources and pharmacies to get you your prescription with confidentiality and professionalism. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants access to PrEP with an efficient, friendly and professional team. Freddie is such a great service! I've been with them now for three months and they really make everything regarding prep super simple, especially during covid times! The best part is that they have funding options for patients who aren't eligible to have the medication covered, making it more accessible to everyone.

As well, they really help keep you informed about your sexual health, which can be hard or daunting for some. I really encourage anyone who's even thought about prep to give them a go.

I love Go Freddie! I can't stress enough how fantastic all of the clinicians are and how seamless the process was. Every step was explained to me as the process moved along and the physicians were so easy to talk to. I never felt any judgment from anyone, in fact I felt like I built an open an honest relationship with the practitioner. I felt that the physicians and nurses all care about my health. I've been using Freddie for 6 months now and I will 100% continue to utilise their service and to recommend them to others.

A much needed service that allows everyone to get ahold of prep if they so choose. The staff are friendly and professional and they outsource local pharmaceutical companies that delivers to your door. A must for the assistance of prep.

Freddie was extremely easy to deal with. Very easy procedure to enroll, the nurse practitioners who call you are non-judgemental and easy to talk to. Lab requisitions were emailed and easy to download and print off. I had a question 3 months in and was able to speak with a nurse practitioner much sooner than I would have been able to get into my family doctor. Freddie provides a great service and now especially during covid their virtual experience is perfect.

Freddie is a great resource, for people who have started or have been in Prep for a long time, the attention they have personalized and carefully private, makes people like me feel comfortable.

Great options for discreet front door delivery, or opt to change to your own local pharmacy if you wish. All in all, couldn’t have chosen a better provider for PreP.

Process has been great so far. Was able to get an appointment within a day and the NP was super knowledgeable. Lab was a little confused by the requisition but it was sorted out! My doctor offered very little councilling in regards to PrEP and Freddie was able to answer all my questions
