We just had a very helpful phone consultation with Rebecca at Frederick & Company to review our options during a divorce. I really can't say enough about Rebecca's caring, thorough and thoughtful approach. We ended the meeting with 3 concrete options and a very clear plan of action.

Rebecca and her team are awesome! I have been working with Rebecca just over half year and she is very serious with her jobs. She takes care of every single one of her clients and gives them the best solutions. I am working in the financial industry and I know filing debts issue can be overwhelming emotionally. She is really careful when taking with clients. And definitely highly recommend!

This company has been a joke since I started dealing with them. The owner is a friend of my sisters, but couldn't even get to the appointment on time. Says a lot for the receptionists who are supposed to help her keep organized. A lady named Angela started the initial meeting until the owner actually showed up. I met Rebecca twice, and I had my counseling session with Angela (who was phenomenal throughout the whole process). And now here it is a year later and I have a question about an account that was included in the proposal, and the receptionist replies with a "good luck" email. Just another pathetic excuse of a company who is out for the money and not the customer service!

Edit Jun 4,2020: Things aren't getting back on track and the fact that she drags her butt at responding to this just solidifies that she continues to be disorganized and not a good fit for people in difficult situations.

Rebecca is the best insolvency expert. She cares a lot about her customers, always try to help you understand the situation and make a better choice. She has been in this industry for more than 10 years. Her knowledge level will surprise you. Definitely recommend her.

Great Company

My experience with Frederick and Company was great, very professional, however my dealings with the referral source into them (Parley Consulting, 11003 85 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 0W5) was a nightmare!
With regret ive been made aware that Parley Consulting has shared my private personal client information without client knowledge to a third party and looking back I should have just done business with Frederick and Company.
I want to commend the staff for being professional with me as a client. I felt safe and secure during a difficult time through my financial process. It was comforting to work with a company who knows their business and conducts and governs themselves professionally while representing their clients.
