Brought an unlocked phone the sales representative said it may only be able to text now make calls now how would you know that before even asking to look at my phone and see if it was or was not compatible? ! She just continued to try and upsell a phone that would be slower and worth more mobrthly that the current phone I am using / would be using go to Sunridge Mall to get Freedom Mobile not this Village Square Strip Mall location they're just trying to make sales to stay open.

Very poor customer service. Agent not very accommodating. They are only after sales and doesn't keep their promise/ obligations once you're convinced and paid what's due and they don't bother if they kept the end of the bargain or not coz they already got your money. We went there for a plan upgrade and purchase 1 phone with a tab and 2 other phones which is a zero tab. The only thing is that the phones are not available that day as it is out of stock. They promised to call us but never did. We kept on calling them up but they always told us to wait for the agent who dealt with us coz HE is the only one that can accommodate us regarding the phones so we ask when will he be back but they said they do not know when. For what we understand is that so long the phones are already available we can just go there and settle it and don't have to wait for the agent who sold us the plan. Besides, all agent in their kiosk can transact legally with all their customers.

Bought a sim card and $55 month to month plan. Because i am just visiting here. Next day realize that i cant make calls. I took it back to store and called their customers care.they said my phone is not compatible with freedom. However, before the sold it shop representative told me its compatible.
Their customer customer is super doggy.they said they cant return my money altogether $69.30 because my phone is not compatible now which was very compatible before i paid to them.
Any visitors or who ever go to interstate dont buy any of their plans or sim cards.just heads up.
I will file a formal complaint through customer affairs dept of canada or by ombudsman. Which is working here.
If anyone else have any suggestions frel free to write back to me.
