Horrible staff - advertise iPhones don’t actually have any on site unwilling to help or provide customer service was told they are out of iPhones city wide will Never step foot in there again stay clear of this place
Very slow service, long line up and they do not have the some phones at the location! You need to go to Millwoods town Center to pick them up. Very very kind worker but only one person was working on Black Friday! You lost a lot of business.
I would give zero stars if possible! UNFRIENDLY STAFF! EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN I RECOMMEND ANY OTHER FREEDOM MOBILE LOCATION!
Been a customer for years without complaints but now I regret choosing this joke of a company. I'm being charged $40 more per month than I was told since upgrading phones and customer service refuses to fix their mistake. To speak to management is a seemingly impossible task. After explaining the situation to customer service and requesting to speak to someone who can actually help me, they tell me someone will phone me within 12-24 hours. They don't stick to that and will call me 36+ hours later and I've been unable to answer when they call but they don't try again so I have to call customer service and start the whole difficult cycle all over again to get someone to call me.
Garima is the only associate working and helping customers on weekends. Wait time is not long it's eternal. Front door was locked though customer were coming during operations time. Hire people. Fix the customer service.
I had Garima help me. She proceeded to provide me with excellent customer service and was very kind. I would recommend customers to get guidance from her!
Have been lied to multiple times by staff. Have been told that by staff at 17st and whitemud branch that i physically cant buy out the more expensive phones on the floor.that's totally illegal and forcing someone into a plan that she makes commission on. This was very shady and i don't recommend anyone that wants good service and is willing to pay for it.
The gentleman that was helping me refused to accept my cash. I am paying someone else’s phone bill and they gave me cash to pay for it. I was told “yes we accept cash, but because of the covid thing I don’t want to take it” We have been in covid for more than a year now.and if u really don’t want to touch peoples cash wear gloves!
I had Deep work with me. He was amazing, very friendly and great to talk to. Fantastic representative, I would recommend Freedom Costumers in that area to ask for him.
