Customer service has gotten Terrible from what It was when I last upgraded my phones. I’m a long standing customer of Kingsway freedom branch and I went there to upgrade my phone and the rep didn’t even look up my account before just quoting me the highest possible monthly price for a plan that I currently have. If he had looked up account he would have seen what I’m currently paying. I was completely discouraged from upgrading with freedom.
