Terrible service. 1st got the old device. 2nd get an awful service. They rejected to give you a service. Even i checked with technician that my address is serviceable. Terrible experience. Never use it in location. I seem to cancel all my freedom number.

Got a new sim card with a great sim plan.

Best phone and internet plans.
$60 a month for 150 Gbps download.
$120 for one year SIM card and just over 4Gig per month.

I have been with freedom so long I can't remember even got my friend to switch NEVER EVER had a problem have 0 thoughts of changing companies THANK YOU FREEDOM

This company is a pure scam business. I have been a customer with freedom mobile for 8 years now, and last year i came to this location to pay an invoice, and the agent told me that i qualified for a free tablet since I'm a long time customer, i was happy and took the tablet, however after a month, i noticed that my bill went up 25$ per month?
That's $25 extra per month for something i was supposed to get for free.
When i came to the shop to cancel, the agent weren't responsive nor understanding, even though i kept explaining to them that i don't use the tablet nor the data in the tablet, and that the agent informed me that there will be no extra charge on top of my normal bill.
However the staff of this location and their manager kept insisting on me to call the call center to cancel and to pay the remaining amount of the tablet. Which seams to me as pure scam.
I do not recommend this company to anyone. And especially this location at marlborough mall, they sell you so easy, but if you have trouble, they will just throw you under the bus.
Worst phone company in Canada.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
Can't wait to cancel my full service with them.

I visited on Jan, 2/22 hoping to upgrade my cellphones and plans. The useless person behind the counter was rude, unhelpful and unapologetic!
Many customers walked out because of his rudeness. It would help if there was somebody else there with him to at least have someone to complain to.
I'm now, instead, taking my business somewhere else.

Me and my family are freedom users (Wind before), since 2010 and it’s the first time someone like this who is not knowledgeable to his job and not helpful to customers.

We got an email from freedom that we can upgrade to Iphone 12 anytime we want so we went to Marlborough Mall Freedom and without checking or further research this Sales Associate named Vik just declined us, saying that the email we received is due to system error and not legit. So I contacted the customer support and talked to Gelyn and gave us an answer that the email we got for upgrade is legit and must be processed to any freedom store. So we went back to marlborough mall store and asked nicely if I could talk to someone who can answer my query and he keeps insisting he’s talking to his support team.

Please Freedom hire nice people and smart enough to be a front person of your stores. This VIK is very rude and unfortunately does not know how to help your old customers.

NOT HELPFUL. RUDE SALES ASSOCIATE. NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE TO HIS JOB. IS THIS HOW YOU HIRE YOUR PEOPLE JUST SEND THE CUSTOMERS AWAY?

You should fire this VIK. Hire someone who can talk to customers, it’s okay to ask your support team or supervisor if you don’t know how to deal with the questions. But do not act as you own the store.

Incompetent service and poor customer service. I disappointed by this store employee poor service; by there mistake, I obliged to pay extra 150 with out my service agreement. I went to correct it at the store, with my proof Of contact. The one who was acting as supper visor did not do nothing for me or did not accept the store mistake;. Improper expansion. ”problem solving skill “

Please be aware of this location. Staff and manager do not understand fully what service they are providing.

I recently registered for my mobile plan in mid July 2020, and I was advised to use the BYOP Big GiG (10GB) and the price is $65, discount $10. The staff (Specialist ID Talha B) stated in the agreement the total price is $55.

I got charge totally $65 for the first month of service. Then I came back to the store and got explaining by the Freedom store manager that the discount would be applied in second month of service. I checked my payment this month (second month) and I still got charge $65 without any discount.

Everything is great with Freedom Service the staff are good but some of them he don't know how to speak with people every time i go there he treat me and treat all people like he is own the company and he don't respect us!

People working there can be rude and are no help. There's a couple I like I'll wait in line just to talk to them other than that the staff is rude and disrespectful!

They will happily sell you accessories which are a sham. Phone cases that will mess with phone functionality when in the case due to magnet placement. And screen protectors that have "a lifetime manufacturer warranty" but it costs more to get it replaced by the company than just buying a new screen protector.

Tal is arrogant and very rude he talked bad about me in to his coworker.he kept making the tiss noise and he kept complaining.tal should be fired he looked and sounded very apathetic about working at freedom mobile.he also deleted the freedom mobile from my phone.that's why i gave this location a bad rating.

It's a shame there's no negative rating. Worst customer service The staff member was abusive and never helped me. I'll never go there any more and beacuse of him I will try to find a plan with another company even if it was more expensive.

Beware of this phone marketer, they will hook you on a expensive 2 yr plan that charges you twice for your phone! I paid for my Samsung Galaxy S8 not once, but twice! Beware!

I will never go here as long as I live.
Bought a brand new phone there is Damage to it and they wont replace it! But yet they want me to spend extra and its only 4 days old. I use to refer people to freedom now I will tell them to go else where!

Sales representative Raymond helped me and gave an outstanding customer service. I was in the store for hardware upgrade and he explained me everything about the process of upgrade. He was frendly and very knowledgeable and had a good experience with him. I will definately recommend this store to my freinds and family.

Lets just be honest here guys, we all know us here in Canada are being overcharged for Phone bill prices by the big three (Telus, Rogers and Bell). $145 for an extra large plan at fido with 10gb of data and unlimited talk and text? Cmon we all know thats overpriced. Though Freedom might not have the best signal compared to the big 3, its improving since Shaw bought them out. The plans are dirt cheap compared to competitors and hey, if your lucky, your old provider might come back begging for you with a hell of a lot cheaper plan than before with prices sometimes even cheaper than Freedom. Its a provider, but also a negotiating tool to other companies to bring those prices down.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews about this place. When I went and was served by Reggie (may have forgotten his name.) it was an extremely pleasant experience. All staff were well dressed and clean and not sitting around doing nothing; from what I saw helping as many customers professionally.

He went above and beyond to help me get on my new Galaxy Note 9 and Freedom mobile plan, also helped me switch over my old phone number by physically walking over to my old providers booth to sort it out. Above and beyond I couldn't even have asked for better service.thanks Reggie!

Note 9 is an awesome phone, btw!
