We had a sewage back up on December 22 and Freeflow saved the day! He was transparent about the pricing, great at communicating, and his service was above and beyond. We will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

This company is awesome! They helped us install a natural gas line for our BBQ. The guys that came out to our house were so nice, they were very friendly and they even used my, very anxious, dogs name to try and help him get used to them. They were also the most affordable of any company I got quotes from. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Had free flow out at my apartment my toilet was really clogged they fit me in last minute came and unclogged it. They also told me my toilet isn’t flushing properly and needs replacing! Went to the store and got a new toilet that day thank you so much!

We needed a plumber fast to help us without toilet. It has been leaking and was coming through to the ceiling in our main floor.
He came over right away. The problem was unique, but he has enough experience with different ages of houses that he knew what needed to be done. He had to go get a few supplies, but came back immediately and with no charge.
This was a bout a month ago and we have had no problem with the toilet since.
He even told us how to deal with the waste/stain that we now had in our ceiling.

I have used this company 3 times. Super professional and attention to details. Especially with my dual Nortiz EZ111DV (GQ-C3259WX-FF US tankless water heaters. I had them flushed to maintain prestige usage. The service technician took great care of the units and showed me how much debris was flushed. In addition very knowledgeable with my whole house water Softener and reverse osmosis which needed filters replaced and insure it’s working well. I’m very pleased with the care and clean up after the work is done. I felt in the know with the whole process and comfortable with the service excellence. Highly recommended them and will definitely use them again.

Honestly I don’t have enough words or stars for how grateful I am for Colin and his guys at Freeflow Mechanical. We woke up to our hot water tank had burst flooding our main level of our middle house HOURS before a wedding being hosted at my property. I called them in a panic as I heard great things about them. They JUMPED on it, rearranged their morning and was out replacing my hot water tank and helping clean up the mess within the hour! Colin is friendly, professional and does great work. My undermount kitchen sink became detached from the quartz countertop and he got it back in place solid and stronger than before.

Nic and Colin have mad skills; their expertise, courtesy and panache are stellar. Our circa-1954 three-story house has been transformed - from spottily-heated with tardy hot water to uber-warm throughout with immediate hot water (owing to a new combi-boiler, rationalized and thermo-responsive circuits, flushed piping). We are so pleased that we have asked Colin and Nic to maintain/improve the boiler in our circa-2019 laneway house. To sum up, we highly recommend Freeflow.

Where do I begin, moved into a different home that had some issues. Kitchen sink slow draining, weird smell in house when hot water was being used, furnace line condensate not piped properly. Anyways, Nick comes out, friendly, honest and quick to repair. Previous owners used an amateur for their work, won't name company, but Free Flow Mechanical, wow! These guys are on it! Repaired kitchen pipe, had to replace the hot water tank and improved venting, showed me how to maintain water tank for longer life expectancy and added a condensate pump to my furnace which had to be piped to my main floor laundry. Excellent work with very minimal disruption. After they left, my huge job, you wouldn't even know that they were there. Everything was cleaned and done properly. I highly recommend this company, they are my go to plumbers and mechanical company! I will not use anybody else! Also their prices are very reasonable.

He is such a nice guy. I called him on Saturday when he had family plans, he left all of his plans and came to take a look at the leakage. He is so professional and well mannered person. He is really fair with his prices and his investigation/work is really professional. I really recommend calling this company since it is the best you can find.

Freeflow installed a garage unit heater, they did a great job installing the heater and the work they did is very neat and clean. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Colin when my basement flooded. He troubleshot with me over the phone, helped me pinpoint the problem without coming over or charging me. He was busy and wasn’t sure if he would be able to come by and resolve my problem. He seemed trustworthy and laid out the cost to snake my plugged main drain line. I told him, I would like him to come by and clear it for me. He mentioned being fully booked. It was a Friday and he had plans to go camping with his family. He said he would get back to me. He called me back about an hour later and said he could fit me in at the end of the day.

Colin has good people skills and a calm demeanour. He came by around 5pm with his snake, went into the crawlspace and cleared the line. There were no surprise charges, I paid exactly what he quoted me. I think his prices are fair. Tradespeople are paid for what they know.

I recommend Colin and will use him for my plumbing needs in the future. He seems busy though, so book ahead.

Colin came and changed out our gas line so that it was up to code for our BBQ. He was prompt to respond and did a really nice job on the install. I would recommend Colin to any one requiring this type of service.

My landlord bought a replacement dishwasher and the place that sold it couldn't install it because the plumbing was wrong. She called freeflow and the service was fantastic. Very polite, he asked if it was ok to leave the water off for 30 mins while he went to get the right parts. The old one leaked so we shut it off and it didn't drain. When he was taking the old one away it spilled some water, he ran ti his truck to get rags and even asked to borrow some cleaner since it was old water. Some people come and connect what they need to and leave, these guys actually act like they are in someone's home not a construction site.

Top Notch Customer Service and quality of work. Colin was very accommodating, knowledgeable and authentic. Grade A experience. Will be my first call in the future!
