I had the worst experience I have ever had in customer service here. I was quoted by the owner on my 1st visit. 2nd visit when I went to drop my vehicle off he claimed that someone else must of quoted me because he had never met me. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday because he said he could do the painting before the weekend and it could "set" over the weekend so I could pick it up on the Monday or Tuesday. He quoted me 3 times, always asking for more money and trying to upsell on everything. On the Tuesday I was supposed to pick up my vehicle he called to say he just took apart my lift gate and it was rusted out. He hadn't even looked at the job until that day. I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle until the Thursday (2 days late). I asked that a replaced panel be wrapped in vinyl and he had his vinyl guy simply put a strip of vinyl across the panel and all of the edges of the vinyl are exposed, not what I asked for and does not look good. Every time we spoke he tried to talk me into replacing my windshield which did not need to be done. The last time he mentioned it I asked him to get a quote on it first because I didn't want to replace it. He never quoted me on it and replaced it anyway. When I picked up my vehicle the cost of the final job was $500 more than it was supposed to be. I simply asked what $150 of the additional cost was in relation to and he completely flipped out. I tried to explain I was simply asking because I didn't understand the breakdown and he yelled and me and then took my vehicle back in the shop and swore at me and said he was leaving. He said he wasn't speaking to me anymore and would only speak to my husband. I don't know how this guy has any good ratings. He is sexist and rude and I would never recommend his shop to anyone.

I highly recommend Freeway. We had a minor but obvious deep scratch on a new Subaru. Within three days it was ready, good as new, very reasonable price. Friendly and helpful small place that really knows cars. Very easy location, parking etc.too. Will definitely use Freeway whenever we have car damage.

Freeway Auto Body gave me a fair estimate and did very good work. They're nice people and I enjoyed talking with them.

Went to this place because of the good reviews. Needed to fix a minor issue with the bumper. Upon arrival and the review of the car by the owner, I was informed that I needed to replace the whole bumper or 'to gamble with the outcome otherwise'. I wanted to clarify things by asking questions about the process, the alternatives and how safe it was to drive the car for now. Apparently, the owner is too great of a specialist and doesn't like to be questioned or to provide any more details than he wants. I was accused of 'arguing with him' because I wanted to save the money and the car. The whole conversation was hostile, useless, and rude from the beginning, so I left with nothing.
I cannot say anything about the skills of their specialists, but the customer service is pretty awful. Please consider being more polite to people who come to you for help.

Otherwise very pleased. They gave me a quote I expected, it was fixed within a few days and my car looked really pretty when I got back Thank you, John and all the staff at Freeway Auto Body.

Had 3 more incidents since the first time I went here a year ago. The 3 times I had to come back for new issues I chose Freeway Auto Body again because they have good prices and I already know that they always do EXCELLENT work. You can't even tell there was work done on my 2 vehicles, that is how good their work is and on time too. Thanks John and staff!

Had my bumper replaced this week and was very happy with how nice it looks and how quickly it was done. Bonus, they cleaned my car and filled a low tire, nice added touch. Thanks for the great job, hope I won't need any more repairs, but I know where to go if I do.

We came here because of all the great reviews. We knew exactly what we needed done, as we already had our car checked out at Toyota, so when I spoke with John I explained to him how we would need our whole bumper fixed in order to get our sensor working again. It must've been his time of the month because he said I seemed to know a lot about cars and asked if I was a technician. He kept on insisting that we fix some damage on our frame which I was fine with, but I also wanted a quote on the bumper since I know for sure we need that fixed. He must have got embarrassed that a woman was telling him what to do, because when I communicated this with him, he turned us away. I don't understand what the confusion was on his end, but I know this visit was a complete waste of time. Also if you are a person of color you should especially avoid this place, I wouldn't be surprised if we were treated poorly because of our ethnicity.

I had my rearview mirror recently repaired here. John was awesome in giving me a quote quickly and also arranging for ordering the parts. Much faster than all other (mechanical) shops I have been to. The quality of the job was amazing. John toured me the facility, and the way paint color is determined and created was clean as a surgical room and advanced like NASA.my car was delivered sparkling clean, even inside. This was a super-nice touch for which I'm grateful and happy. Clearly they take pride and joy in their work. Coming back again for sure.

Owner is super friendly (and dog is adorable). I wasn't prepared to make the necessary repairs that day - he kindly offered to do a quick paint job over the dented area free of charge to prevent it from rusting before I next bring my car back.

They put my car back together quickly after a bad accident. They also listened to me when I said my seat was broken and had it replaced, unlike the shop that my insurance tried to send my car to.

They were great. I got the car back in less days then first promised and it came back to me cleaner than when I took it in. I was not expecting that. You cannot tell there was damage to the car and I have told friends and family and strongly recommend them.

Earlier this year my car was damaged after hitting a fox. My front bumper needed to be repaired along with a few other things as it did quite the damage. John and his team were quick to set up an appointment, order parts, arrange details with the insurance company and set up a rental car. They completely took the stress and worry off as he kept me in the loop the whole time. He had me up and on my way in a couple days hassle free! Certainly was top notch service! Took my vehicle in for a potential electrical issue diagnosis. I work midnight's so they were extremely accommodating. The owner did research on the issue prior to me getting there, made prearrangements with his staff so took me right in when I got there at 8: 00 am. Very nice/friendly mechanics and office manager onsite. Was back on the road in no time! I will be back and recommendations to all.

Getting into a collision and knowing what steps to take next can be scary and stressful. Earlier this year, someone backed into my car and damaged my bumper.
