They do good service and actually seem to care about the work they do. Mitch was very helpful explaining and looking into an issue we had after having a starter installed, didn't feel rushed or pushed off or anything. Good guys there.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company, I brought my vehicle into have my remote starter checked and now the external lights are constantly flashing and having electrical issues with the vehicle. When I called they told me it wasn’t a concern caused by them and would be an issue I would have to resolve on my own. Don’t recommend bringing any vehicles to this company or you’ll walk out with more issues then you originally started with.

Mitch and Freeway installed a remote starter in our 2023 Jeep Wrangler. Freeway has a wide variety of products from basic to top-end and we weren't upsold beyond what we needed. We got exactly what we were looking for at a fair price.

The best thing about Freeway is the quality of workmanship. No short-cuts. No sloppy work. We were in and out in a couple hours on a Saturday morning. Quality work and components at a fair price as promised and when promised. What else is there?

Great shop, had a few technical issues installing a backup camera to my RV but was corrected with no extra cost, and a follow-up phone call from the manager to make sure there were no more issues. GREAT customer service, you don't see that very often these days.

Great to deal with! Had a pair of seat heaters added and would go back to them again. I definitely recommend them!
