First time at this location, great experience, everyone was so friendly. Hannah did my haircut today and she did a great job. It felt really nice too when most of the staff were complimenting my long grey hair. So glad that I embraced my grey hair, getting more compliments now than when I had been coloring my hair every 2 weeks.:)

I absolutely loved my experience at Fresh & Co. Salon. Everyone is so welcoming, and it is Beautiful on the inside! I seen the Educator Stylist Melanie, and she absolutely transformed my hair! She has turned my hair to the best it's ever looked, she is very talented! 100/10 would recommend her! The first time with a new hairdresser is usually stressful and you tend to sit on pins & needles, but none of that happened with Melanie. She was insightful, understanding, and patient when we discussed where my hair had been and in what direction we would be going with it. I had the confidence that she really knows what she was doing from start to finish. Afterward, I felt like a new woman when I looked in the mirror. I walked out of there feeling great, sporting red carpet hair.

This salon will suck you in with their extreme friendly attitude and amazing smelling and working products. However, if you have blonde hair, I do NOT suggest going. They do not let the colour process long enough. And never once have I left there happy with my blonde.

I had a bad first experience and the general manager took time out of her day to apologize to me and offer me a refund. I appreciated it a lot!

As a walk-in having never been here before my stylist Paulina made me feel super welcome! I am a curly haired woman so it was amazing to have my hair done by another woman who understands curly hair. Paulina really brought my curls back to life and I am so over the moon about it! She took the time to explain everything and was fantastic to talk to! If I could, I would rate her higher than an excellent!

Hannah was incredible! Her customer service was the best I’ve had at fresh and co so far. I’m an introverted extrovert so I very much appreciated the causal chit chat and also the time to scroll on my phone. I got my hair done by Yolanda yesterday. I came in with a self inflicted hair mess (previously blonde.tried a hair mask to go brown and it turned a copper/orange / red after a couple washes- super embarrassing mess up!) Yolanda was able to give me the cool brown hair (close to my natural color) I was looking for- and suggested adding some baby lights which ended up adding such good dimension to the brown! My hair cut was also done nicely- and my hair now feels so good and fresh. To top the experience off- she was really friendly and funny- which is a total bonus when you’re sitting in a chair with someone for a few hours! 100000000/10 rating- I feel like me again. Joanna has greeted me the last two times I have been into this Windermere location. Friendly, professional & so helpful! Due to an injury, I’ve not been able to do my own hair and Joanna has ensured that I was well taken care of. Jess did my hair today & Hannah did it last week. It was my first visit to Fresh & Co. And I have absolutely rescheduled! The service from the entire staff was superb! I chose a level 5 stylist, but to me she is a 10! Danielle walked me through a consult and told me so much about my hair. My cut is amazing (I have short hair and a LOT of it!) and I left feeling like a new woman! The owner was present and was such a gentleman with a lovely compliment that was the cherry on the top!
The salon is airy and bright, but comfortable and beautiful at the same time.
I am looking forward to many years with this wonderful stylist!

I'm not one to spend alot of time or money on myself, but that one time a year when I get to the point of desperately needing a cut and color, I come to Fresh and Co where I know that I will be cared for. If you are looking for a high quality salon, with great customer service and most importantly, amazing talent, just book a service here with Alan. He is one of their senior stylists and he is exceptional! He takes the time to understand what your hair goals are, and will try his best to work within your budget. And then, when it's time for the magic to happen, you will see that he takes his time, and is very thorough and meticulous. And since you're sitting there for several hours with him, you start to chat and you'll find yourself engaged in a genuine conversation. I also met JoAnna, the GM today, also such a nice person! It's true what they say, you get what you pay for. Fresh and Co.is on the pricey side but the staff here do not compromise on service, or product. I always leave here feeling so good about myself!

It was my first experience at Fresh & Co. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. The haircut I received was the worst I have ever gotten. It was about 2-3 inches shorter than what I asked for and uneven. Now my hair sits 2 inches above my shoulder when I requested it to be at my shoulder. It looks like a long mushroom cut. It is so uneven. She didn’t even check to make sure it was even on both sides. I will be wearing my hair up for the next few months until it grows out. I guess it is my own fault for not choosing a level 5 stylist but I would recommend that you listen to what the client requests. Otherwise she was super nice and friendly, just not a great hairstylist.

My experience was beyond wow from the moment I walked in the door. The service and friendliness was outstanding by Allan. I highly recommend going here as you will not be disappointed. Huong is amazing! An actual hair superstar. I first went to see her after a bad botch job at another salon. She was able to fix my hair and make it look fantastic again. She is so very understanding, listens to what I want and makes great recommendations and suggestions which I appreciate. She takes so much pride in her work, I always feel so comfortable and looked after in her chair. I would highly recommend her.

Allan cut my daughter's hair and even though she wanted a simple trim he took the time and care to give her a meticulous cut and added small details to frame in her face and soften the cut for better movement. We were both impressed and pleased with the end results. Allan is extreamly technically skilled. In addition to executing flawlessly, he is also knowledgable in understanding styling and how to bring out the best in a cut but only to the right comfort level of the customer. On top of that, he is passionate, hardworking and also a very kind person. I would not hesitate to recommend Allan for your hair cuts or styling needs.

Had the pleasure of having my hair cut and coloured by Huong. She took the time to go over the different options for colour and how it would fade over time/how dark it would be/maintenance of the colour. The cut and colour turned out amazing and I'm so pleased with it. Would highly recommend!

I've had my haircut here for over 15 years now. I've had to switch locations a few times and hairstylists, but they've always been great cuts and very friendly. I don't even live in Windermere anymore and I will make the drive to get my cut.

All I can say is Danni! I’ve been to so many stylists over the last decade and am so happy I found Danni. She is knowledgeable, quick, efficient and just damn good at her job. I don't go to salon that often since it's hard to find a reliable place. Also, most important, sometimes I just want to change style but not sure what is suitable for me (Asian's hair could be abit different). After some research, I decided to try Fresh & Co with Allan. I asked for his recommendation. He provided right enough information and I actually learn alot! At the end, I cut my hair alittle below shoulder and even perm my hair! Turns out great!

She takes the time to confer about what we're planning on achieving, what the best process will be, is gentle and caring, very personable and kind, and I loved the results! I had an appointment booked at another salon that got canceled last minute and I was desperate to get my hair done as I have an event this weekend to attend. I called and they got me in the same day and Jennifer did an AMAZING job, better than I could have imagined. I’ve been with Fresh and Co for years. They always take care of me and pamper me. The cuts are stylish and I leave the place with a clean and fresh look. Magda is a master at her job, she is amazing! They are open convenient hours for me.

I’ve been to the fresh & co on Ellerslie and loved it there! This time, I came to the one in Windermere. I was very concerned about not wanting any length taken off, as it has taken me 3 years to finally have this length of hair. We did a consultation regarding lightening my hair and I was fully aware that it may take a couple appointments. She started foiling my hair and half way through, it started burning really bad. I needed the foils out immediately so she started taking them out. My head was literally SMOKING and I was in tears from how bad it was hurting. I tried to take some out myself and the foils were too hot to even touch. I asked her if my hair was burning off and she said “no, but it’s a bit damaged so we will have to take about an inch off. ” Ok it is what it is. I left the place in tears because i hated how I looked and was upset about the experience. The receptionist even said “At least it’s lighter than it was when you got here. ” Lol so rude. But on the drive home is when I noticed that half my hair was missing. CHUNKS were missing! She burned half my hair off and didn’t even say anything when I asked! We called the next day and they were nice enough to refund the $350, but now 2 weeks later.my head still hurts and is covered in SCABS! I’m depressed. I’ve lost all my confidence. There’s honestly nothing that can be done to make me feel better about what happened. And after talking to people, I’ve learned that 2 other people have had a similar experience with burning their hair off at this place. Save your money.

This was my first time going to the Salon. The staff were all very nice - unfortunately I had my infant daughter with me since my child care fell through. I asked for a trim (no change to length). My daughter cried through my entire haircut which lasted about 20 minutes - eventually I thought it best to leave after my trim was over. I was charged around $100 with no style/no product (again for a shampoo and trim). The website says women’s cuts start at $49.00- I would be curious to know what this cut would entail. I didn’t say anything but I did find the price pretty outrageous for a trim that I (in hindsight) could have done at Supercuts. I doubt I will be returning to this salon in the future. Very disappointing.

In response to your pricing method - I called the number of the Salon to book an appointment and the only person available was the stylist who I was booked with - I was not given a choice regarding pricing or the seniority level. Just as an aside if you are going to market a specific price for a haircut (per the Website:
“ Ladies HaircutFrom $49
Includes wash, scalp massage, and professional blowout. Additional fee will be charged with any curling or flat iron styling. ”) perhaps you should be a bit more forthcoming about this method so people are not shocked at what they are being charged at the end of a trim! Based on the negative reviews - this appears to be a pattern at this establishment.

This is officially my go to salon. I always have Allan cut my hair! I just get a simple trim but I love the care and attention he takes to do a fabulous job every time. He takes the time to listen to what I would like and I always leave looking and feeling great. Highly recommend!

Few days ago I got hair colour done at one of the renowned place, long story short, in the name of balayage they gave me black roots and blond ends, two different shades of the spectrum, I was left with a demarcation line, in panic I used hair colour remover, which did more harm then good, next day I searched and searched and came across fresh and co Salon Ellerslie Road, Joanna (manager) is such a wonderful person, I explained her my whole situation and she immediately booked me in on the very same day, the moment I stepped in I felt so welcome, Sam the (owner) is such a kind person, he listened to me carefully, checked my hair with Carmen (stylist) who is such a wonderful person by the way, they then explained what can be done to fix the orange and ginger tones in my hair, they also curated a haircare routine specifically fit for my hair needs, All in all it was great experience, am glad I went to fresh and co.

I walked in to Fresh & Co. Salon for the first time today around 11: 30am despite the fact that my appointment was at 6pm.the atmosphere was niice, staff were welcoming, and I'm glad that Allan was available and ready to roll. He was very diligent and professional. I like how he asked/spoke to me about my hair; I am very satisfied with the results of my haircut! I would totally recommend going here. I may even go back to get my partial bayalage fixed before leaving the city!
