Store is normal Freshco.but the building is lead lined or something. Absolutely kills phone signal.

BOYCOTT THESE STORES Dec. 7th/2023 bought a Motts Clamato juice & this 3rd time I purchase within a 10month period & it TASTES BAD. At home I look for expirey date & there's none again. Store sells products without expiration dates and possibly is removing them then put out in store for sale. Cashiers are LAZY & store policies suck- they won't bag your groceries, not even if you have disability. Prices not less than others.

The staff ignore you when you ask to purchase items, also the store isn't clean saw some garbage in the bunker also the fruits and vegetables usually on the ground and they just put it back to sell. It's a totally horrible store and Safeway is alot better. Also the carts don't work very well either and green baskets/ carts always have trash in them. People drink from the store put lid on them and put it back and the security rarely does anything about it. I would personally never shop from this store again.

Not up to the former Safeway standards and there is no deli they shouldn't have switched banners. Watch out in the meat and produce sections. Employees are friendly however.

I go here because my pharmacy was located in the Safeway for 20 years - pharmacy staff is second to none. The store sales are good but regular priced items are often less expensive elsewhere. And you have to put up with aggressive pan-handling (even knocking on my car window.

They have some pretty good deals and more so if you use their flyer. Of course, bring your own bags. Also, plenty of ethnic foods to choose from
It's a must to use the flyer, coupons and look for sales.

Just like every other Freshco, it is a clean store.
There are many stores around including a gas station across.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

I would shop here or work here they treat their employees like trash. The store is the dirtiest store I have ever been in. The produce section has mold growing in the wet section due to not being cleaned at all. There’s rodent and bug traps everywhere. They don’t care for people around the neighbourhood as the owner was willing to let a person die to overdose right inside his store. Telling his workers to leave the person and not help them. I wouldn’t shop here. Worst store around selling nasty food

Nice and lots of variety of international foods, prices are very reasonable, and the cashiers were friendly and helpful.

Good prices, friendly staff, clean and organized. Not a big selection, but everything I wanted was there.

I shop here all the time, today I went to get groceries and proceeded to go to the checkout, and the cashier was extremely rude to me for no reason, I even said hi to her and she just gave me a dirty look, I then said thank you and she scowled at me again. I asked her politely what her problem was and she just smirked, I am supposed to be hearing back from the owner soon if not I will be reaching out to someone higher up. I do not need to be treated like this, and it was to no reason whatsoever, I’ve read other reviews on this location about a rude cashier, I wonder if this is the same lady. Every other cashier has been awesome here. If there is no resolution made here, I will take my business elsewhere.

Slow as all hell.never have more then 3 tills open even when it's super busy. Self serve has also been closed for awhile.customer service is absolutely awful.

Whenever I go there, many people steal the stuff. However It is none of my business, What are managers and staffs doing! This area should not have self paying system.

Was there this afternoon. Cashier thinks its her place to assess people's moods when they leave.
Expired, rotten, previously frozen, and over priced - little wonder the customers can be cranky.

Discount grocer in an inner city neighbourhood. I did notice that the prices were cheaper than the fancy brand store in the suburbs.

FreshCo now offers Scene points and continues to serve the local community with affordable prices and a variety of European and ethnic foods which is a huge draw for shoppers like myself.

This place ruined what was a reasonably priced grocery store with a deli. Don't be fooled by their price match policy. They'll match the price only if you can find it in the flyer of a competitor, and within their discretion if that location is near enough to qualify

The prices are fair. Before I went there, I looked in Google if they have what I'm looking for and they still don't have their website, it's still listed as Safeway. I went there because it was the closest store in our area and they don't carry what I'm looking for, so I had to drive to the RCSS to pick up one thing.

Many items had great prices, but be careful prices aren't always as marked. Produce section was large with a great selection. Large areas of frozen foods in vertical freezers. Pack your own groceries here.

The store is large, clean, fairly well stocked up. Pricing is fair. If you like to navigate around constant pallets on the floor, then this is place to go. Be prepared to be asked for money by the homeless at both the entrance and exit doors. Many of the employees could use a bit of an attitude adjustment. Not customer friendly. You feel like you’re bothering them. Sorry Freshco, but you could do allot better.

I refuse to shop here due to the fact that I have to be harassed for change/smokes just to walk inside. Once inside, I have to hunt for a basket because due to all the thefts, they are not located anywhere convenient. The prices aren't that great either. I bought my sons each a lunchable from here and the meat inside both was rotten. BOTH! And they weren't close to expiring. I have NEVER had that happen anywhere else. I'd rather spend the gas money to drive further to a location where I am not harassed for money and can grab a basket right at the door while not worrying about how rotten the overpriced food is going to be.

Extremely racist to indigenous to the point that they accuse you of stealing and tell you to leave the store and never come back because they don’t serve “your kind of people”

My father goes to this location. He can't get any help when he has questions. He keeps trying to get the bonus points for scene card and they keep saying he has to buy certain things for the overall amount to count. He has a hard enough time limping there. He's sick, and still they're upset if he asks questions. It'll be No Frills from now on.

Well the prices are better than Safeway used to be.and I actually found green mangoes and a coconut the juice was fresh and the coconut meat was sweet.
