This store always confuse the prices. When i review the receipt, i find either prices are higher than what they should be, or some items have been duplicated. I had this incident happen multiple times. I go back and they do refund me, however i cant always spend the time to review the receipt to make sure i am not being charged extra. I recommend everyone to review their receipts for a while and i assure you, you will see those mistakes which you pay for and goes unnoticed.
A good place to shop, they have a variety in their international section which is great. I saw Persimmons, which isn't something I see commonly I find in most stores, also saw Pomelos, I also found Arizona green tea cans. I don't usually visit to stores in this area as I live othe side and so visit the stores in windermere, and I haven't found any of these there.
Its a nice clean grocery store with plenty of options and fresh produce but it was all ruined because some kid stole a whole chicken and got everybody who's not an adult banned they even had good prices but somebody had to ruin it although in general it's like a 4 to be honest. Kinda funny how it happened though.
Very very poor management as well store was not well organized, instead of go here better drive few more kilometers and go to 17th street or 111 street location. Store Owner/Manager need to build customer service skills.
The store owner has no customer service. Allows his employees to treat customers however they would like. Every time i have went to this store i was treated anything but a customer. Rude front end manager. Employees don’t want to do their job, just offer horrible customer service. The owner doesn’t seem to care. Any complaint left he says he will address it but has never offered to try to make it right or to train his employees to make sure every customer has atleast a *good* visit to this store. This freshco should be shut down. Or atleast get a new owner. Since it opened all i’ve seen is bad reviews. Hussein, step it up. Make it right. Train your employees. Or shut the place down.
Was a great place to work, other then the front end manager Olena. She is very rude to customers & employees. I was terminated for not doing 1 step in the office that isn’t even my job, nor a pay raise to do it. I was a great employee, loved all my friends and associates so much. All employees are afraid of her & would come to me expressing concern. She doesn’t have customer service skills & should not run a front end grocery store. I’ll be going to Union about her. I’ll never shop here again. Learn some respect & leave your stress at home, don’t take it to work and take it out on your employees.
I so happy to have a new grocery store so close to house. It fresh and clean, fully stock lots of variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only bad thing I can say was that my avocados went soft very quickly.
Newly opened and they forgot to consider the customer service quality section. More than I feel disappointed from their worst customer service every time - I feel sad for the front area cashiers/manager (s). Funny was that a lady had a manager’s tag and she had 0 idea of what she’s doing and how rude and impolite she was with the customers around.
Safeway was better in lot of aspects- better food choices and good customer service.
Staff is ok but the main managers are down right awful they even yell at the employees which makes me feel bad for them and it brings down the mood. Bring back Safeway it was way better and so many friendly faces that are gone now
Purchased a steak, took it home and it smelled quite off, took it back and they told me I had to exchange it, so I did and the new product smelled off as well. Not the first time I’ve had quality issues at that fresco but I won’t be going back for fresh ingredients.
