Freshii

This is your go-to for Freshii in the area. They don't skimp on toppings, the flavours were excellent, and we were very happy with the customer service. Recommend!

It was an alright experience I suppose. Food was alright for freshii. Portion was huge. Will probably feed me for 3 meals. I stayed with my meal. My only really issue and complaint was that person on staff was visibly and audibly on her phone the entire time I was there. With 20 yrs of kitchen experience under my belt, I don't think I need to tell anyone how unsanitary it is to be on your phone when you work with food. And to be on it while you are visible in the kitchen. Let alone having whatever you are doing on it, loud enough that the customers can hear it. I don't think I'll be back to this location

The cashier was definitely not working on her phone. She was watching things. How do i know? I could HEAR it. She was also NOT far away from the food items. She was sitting directly between two cutting boards.
I also didn't actually complain about the portion sizing, so I'm not entirely to sure why it was mentioned that they don't control the food portioning, so clearly the owner isn't listening or paying attention. I am annoyed now that my review was given excuses and taken personally rather then taken as a review for other people to see and decide if they want to do business here.

Just ordered Freshii from this location on skip, it was fantastic, great portion size and was delicious. The "energii" bites were delicious as well!

My first time at Freshii. Loved how fresh everything was and the choices I had - quinoa instead of noodles, etc. The server was excellent, friendly and explained everything. Nice to know we have this close in McKenzie Towne.

Disappointed with the order not being correct and the smoothie did not taste the way it usually does. Love Freshi but will go to a different location.

I've been twice there and the lady who's taking the orders (the only one there) is always on the phone and she gave us our order wrong and when we asked here to change it she said no cause they were closing. Anyways bad service!

Awesome store with friendly and professional staff. Great food that's nice and fresh. Definitely recommend eating here!

I've tried to visit this Freshii three times in the past month during its posted operating hours but it's been closed. Better to call ahead to see if it's actually open.

Worst customer service ever, bathroom is also for staff only. So don’t expect to go eat there and use a restroom. Can’t pay cash but they sure have a cash tip jar…. No wonder why there was nobody in there.

My workplace slammed Jen with a massive lunch order and she worked alone and had this order ready for pick up within the hour! She was amazing and catered to each individual need/requirement! This location was very clean and service was super friendly!

The place was empty and it took the lady around 5 minutes to greet me. Compared to the other freshiis the portion was very small and added way to much sauce. Won't be coming back to this location. Looking at the other reviews seems to be consistent thing here.

I did not feel welcomed or like the employee even wanted to be there. It was a very uncomfortable encounter. I got a wrap and it had very little flavour and next to no sauce in it. There is no cash payment available? And the new ownership is definitely not treating this place with love. I will go out of my way to go to a different freshii

I had a great experience here tonight! I ordered the spicy lemongrass soup which was perfect for the snowy weather. I was helped by Jenny she was very sweet and a great chef!

One of the worst experience ever. Walked in at 6: 30pm, she said everything is sold out, only salad available. Out of avocado because of the BC supply problem, which I understand! Told them to separate the meat and chicken and replace it with tofu because this is for vegetarian. Both salads did not follow the instructions! Mixed bacon and chicken all together! Ordered two bowls of soups, both are cold. I guess they just did not expect any customers come at that time? Because they close at 7? But if you charge the same amount of money, I expect to have up to standard food and service!

4 or 5 times ive been to this location, every single time they didn't have the ingredient I asked for, and every single time I had to find out for myself when I went to eat what I ordered. They simply stay quiet and don't tell you that they don't have the ingredient you are asking for.

I ordered a teriyaki bowl with chicken, an Oaxaca bowl with quinoa & an Oaxaca bowl with noodles. The teriyaki bowl was missing ingredients (the bowl was only 1/2 full) & the rice so under cooked it was still crunchy, the Oaxaca bowl with noodles had excessive uncooked/crunchy noodles with very little kale. There was no one else in the restaurant so it isn’t like they were busy & just forgot some ingredients. Also they used straight from the tap warm water to cook the noodles & kept putting their plastic gloved hands in to stir the noodles. I will not be returning to this location as it is the worst Freshii I have been too.

Best place to have food in the area. Great customer service especially when you point out couple of missing areas and they acknowledge and correct it with humility. We will come back.

I’m sorry to say that I can’t give beyond a single star as I literally was not even served when I went there for the first time today. I entered the shop, which was very bright and clean by the way, stood at the order till, and was ignored. The two girls behind the counter did not even acknowledge me, as I stood there for five minutes. I was the only person in there at the time, and while I understand they may have had take out or skip the dishes to manage (?), I’ve always thought that you need to take care of your in-person customers as a priority. I left, and I’m fairly certain they still don’t know I was even there. My husband and I work right across the parking lot, but will not be returning. The mahogany location is a little out of the way, but the experience there has always been much more positive.

Freshii might have many branches but this is one of the best among all. The place was super clean great customer service and of course the best taste. I highly recommend to visit here in order to make your cravings settle down to the best.thanks keep it up!

Ordered the oaxaca bowl it was missing the sauce - I called and they gave me a new order with three sauces and extra energii bites and delivered in almost no time! Great service! Thank you!

This is by far my favourite freshii location! The food is always really fresh and delicious and the staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm always happy and well fed:)
