I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience at Frida. I saw Lika for a blonde colour service and cut, and it was my first time getting colour in a few years after an awful and needlessly expensive experience at a different ‘high end’ salon. I am SO GLAD I put my full trust in her, she made my hair dreams come true and made my feel like myself again. While she was away, I saw Kat and was relieved that I had the same excellent experience again. The whole team is so friendly and made me feel right at home. I’ll be back a hundred times over and would recommend Frida to anyone and everyone.

I LOVE Frida Beauty Bar. All of the staff I have met with, are so kind and welcoming and remember you when you come, the details they remember blows my mind. The staff are all very approachable so you can ask any question and they take them all seriously and will give you honest, straightforward answers. You're presented with a quote prior to starting any injections so you aren't surprised at the end. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fillers or dysport/botox. I was very nervous the first time I went and instantly they eased all my fears- I recommend here to everyone!

I saw Dr. Tessa Van Rooi, and I can’t explain what a great experience it was. She’s the absolute sweetest soul and made my lips look amazing. So knowledgeable and patient. 10/10! I will definitely see her from now on

I’ve been coming to Frida since I moved to Calgary and every time I go I’m disappointed my service is over because this place is the BEST! I pretty much want to be bffs with my nurse injector and medical aestheticians I see Niki for Botox and Kirystn & Courtney for chemical peels. I can’t rave enough about how lovely and amazing they all are. They are all passionate about what they do, super informed and really make your experience enjoyable ️

Went to Becky for lip filler and she was absolutely amazing! Very down to earth and such a great conversation! She makes you feel super comfortable! The whole appointment only took about 30 minutes and it was pretty painless 3/10 on a pain scale. I will definitely be making her my main girl!
