I ask the owners to better organize and manage their calendars as the wait times are beyond insane! Jasvir bhai is great and has my 5 stars otherwise!

I had my tire fixed which was still flat when I went to change my tire to winter ones & I had to bring it back but the guy at the reception was rude came out ant said I touched his car with mine which I did not. He was seating with his friend watching the cameras at all times & laughing about it. I don’t think that is appropriate to treat your customers like that. If you are scared about your car being touched leave it at home & do not accuse someone who did do nothing. I don’t think I will ever bring the car back.
I definitely would like an apology from the owner and the guy should be corrected of his wrongdoing.

Price of service was reasonable, actually the price was quite good, for tire installation and high quality alignment. Receptionist is excellent and quite knowledgeable. Difficult parking lot, very tight for space however, overall I am very happy with this excellent place. I would recommend anyone to go there.

Garbage Service, this people DAMAGE my wife's BMW, if you have a Junk Old car, go a head they specialized on them, if you want to save some money, even hundreds of Dollar, you get what you pay for. Now is going to cost me thousands to fix the new BMW. Garbage SERVICE.

The word appointment doesn't mean anything to these people! They will start working your vehicle 4 hours after the appointment time. Rude staff. Do not recommend.

They cracked my bumper (at the repair shop? !? !) while parking my car and told me it was mechanically sound, despite seeing the pictures. Lo and behold, I took it to Canadian Tire and they told me it needed a new engine. This place thought a car with the problems of the one in the pictures below was in roadworthy condition. Avoided liability to Jacksonport Auto House though, so mission accomplished for them. Zero stars.

Very professional. I got oil change done few months ago.
My vehicle had been sitting idle for more than a year and when I took it to them, I asked them to do checks and fix any issues or refill any liquids or stuff. Anyone would have easily upsold me additional services and products, but these guys were really genuine and didn't do anything like that. Gave me very valuable feedback. Vehicle is running great without any issues.
Loved that they value the time of their clients. I hope they keep providing the high quality of service that I had a chance to experience.

My Jeep unexpectedly died in the middle of the road and I happened to stumble upon this auto shop that was nearby. They were very accommodating with allowing me to have my jeep towed to their location and very wonderful in diagnosing the issue right away which turned out to be an alternator replacement. They worked very quickly to get my vehicle repaired and at a very reasonable price. Even when there happened to be a miscommunication about what needed to be done, the mechanic went above and beyond to rectify any concerns I had. As a lady showing up to the shop, I felt that the gentleman I dealt with was very fair, honest, and very accommodating. Thank you once again and I will definitely be referring this shop to everyone I know.

I booked online appointment last month and called to confirm it. My appointment was at 11am and I was there 5 minutes early. I waited till 12.05pm and then I told receptionist that I have another appointment at 1pm, can you check why my car is still outside. My appointment was for engine oil change. I told them, please check all fluids, leaks or any other issue that needs my attention. After 1.15hours they rushed my car for oil change. I got my car back really quick. Then I turned on I found engine light on and low tire pressure light on. I went back in and asked them why engine light is on. Then they checked and told me that because it it is cold, warning light is for low battery, you just need to drive your car. They did not bother to fill air in my tire or check any warning lights. After a week, I went to another mechanic. They found air filter and cabin filter was bad and need to be changed. Coolant pipe had a crack and needs replacement in front of my eyes. Friends auto have more work, less time and staff. They have to rush everyone and provide poor customer service. They don't value customer's time and did not have courtesy to apologize for wasting time. Not sure, if they bother to check my car other then changing the oil in rush.

They are very professional, I bought my tires from them, they checked my mercedes GL350 and did my wheel alignment, Good quality of work and unbeatable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. They are very reliable and honest.

Anyway, I would like to thank this shop for helping me to get the pebble out of my tires in minutes and for checking my TPMS too. Its important that the issue got resolved quickly cos I was only in Calgary for a vacation. The owner is exceptionally professional and very nice. He is an auto engineer and he worked for Nissan for 15 yrs so getting an advise on how to take care of my Nissan Sentra SR was an added bonus on top of the services they've provided that day. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Good people of punjabi community. I get out of province inspection service from them & they charged fairly. One thing for their appreciation is they hold my inspection certificate for three days because i didnt get mailing address proof

The Folks at Friends Auto Repair were there for me when I needed it the most. I was on my way to Banff from Edmonton and my cars tire went flat on route. I thought I was going to be stranded in Calgary and not make it to Banff on time. However, Friends Auto was luckily near by and replaced my tire very quickly.
