Friesen's installed a new ductless air conditioning system for our garage suite. Everyone I dealt with from Frank providing the quote, the technicians who installed the system and Wendy in the office were friendly and easy to deal with. The technicians arrived on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and knew exactly what needed to be done. The technicians did a great job in running the line set and wiring into a second floor garage suite. The work was very professional and they cleaned everything up before they left. Wendy even registered the 10 year warranty for us. Overall, I would highly recommend Friesen's for your HVAC needs.

I really want to give 5 stars but it’s hard when the installer was here for less than 45 minutes to complete the hot water tank installation.

Rewind a day, a family member thought he could install the new tank, we drained and removed the old tank, purchased a new tank from Home Depot and he thought he would have to do some soldering and wasn’t confident enough so asked us to call the professionals. Monday morning I called Friesen as that is who HD uses and was told it would be $600, normally it is $800 but because we had already removed the old one he wouldn’t need to sit and wait for it to drain. I thought that was very nice that she wasn’t going to charge us the full price. I asked when all of this would take place and she said we’d have to wait until Tuesday, and the installer would call 30 minutes prior to arriving and between 10-2. Great, I’m already looking forward to my hot shower and not boiling water for dishes.

Tuesday arrives and installer calls at 11: 59, arrives about 12: 17, I know this as I had to call him as he was pulling into my driveway and ask him if I could move my cars out first, naturally he obliged. He came into the house and I took him downstairs and showed him where we got to and he got to work, I’m positive I was handing him my credit card at 12: 40. I realize we needed help in a time of need but for less than an hour’s worth of work in today’s world seems we got the high end of this deal.he didn’t even have to haul away our old tank.

Friesens installed a new furnace and AC in my house. I Found them friendly, informative and very professional. Starting with the salesperson the installers and the office staff. They showed me the best way to use both systems and delivered quality service.
I highly recommend them.

Hot water tank replacement. Installation was quick but tank not really placed properly in over flow pan so not happy with that.
