I've been coming to this location for a few years now. Yesterday was the first time I wasn't totally satisfied with my waxing results. I called and explained why I wasn't satisfied. Within a couple hours I received a call from one of the owners who offered to come in on her day off to fix it for me. During and after my treatment she really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and her response to my aesthetician the day before was one of compassion with identifying some need for mentoring. When you experience some challenges, how a company response says everything about their character. I will forever be loyal to this location in particular because of the owners and the excellent team they have here.

If ya need a good bikini waxing, Samantha is your girl. So cute, kind, polite, and very detailed waxer. Would recommend in a heart beat

Casey is absolutely amazing at the perfect gel pedicure. My first one lasted 6 weeks without a single chip and the second one is just as awesome so far. She is super friendly and the entire experience is fantastic. Highly recommend Casey!

First time going here and I really liked it. The reception was super sweet and welcoming. The ambiance was so cute and cozy, and they even had their own line of products they sold. Rose made me feel really comfortable and even suggested a great product for me to use, which I loved. Would definitely go back again when I can.

Went for eyebrow tint and Grissell completey wrecked my eyebrows. I have very blonde hair and asked for a small tint, nothing dramatic and she gave me sharpie eyebrows. I was stuck with them for weeks, when I told her I wasn't happy she didn't seem to care.

My favorite place for pedicures! I have also bought gift cards here to give to my family and friends because everyone deserves to be pampered like this!
