I have been getting my waxing done by Maria for about a year now. She always greets me with a big smile (with her perfect teeth) and is always so sweet and happy. I never leave with a red lip or red eyebrows from ripping the wax off like I have at other places. She is very gently and applies the wax perfectly. She has the colour on my eyebrow tint exactly as I want it. The girl who works at the front desk is always very sweet also. Maria is always on time with appointments, which is really nice. Always a great exerience at Shawnessy Frilly Lilly.

Eme has been my waxer for years. She does an amazing job and makes you feel very comfortable no matter what wax service you get. My daughter also sees Eme. If looking for someone she is your gal!

Eme has been providing me with fabulous brows for years now! The brow experience feels welcoming and personalized with every service for someone who has pigment disorder on one eyebrow, Eme makes the time ensure I'm comfortable with my brows every time! I highly recommend her if it's your first time visiting the studio!

I had a great experience at this location, I was slightly nervous about how accepting the staff would be of a guy coming in for waxing but I was welcomed by staff and had a really good time. I would definitely recommend making an appointment for yourself! I 100% plan on returning soon.
