Manicure was okay, but she skipped the massage. I realized as I was sitting beside my sister who was getting similar services (included about 5 minute massage). Same thing on pedicure, she skipped the massage. Do not plan to return.

I had great experience staff was really friendly, salon is very clean. My eyebrows looks awesome Mariya did good job. Price was reasonable will be back.

I was booked with Sydney for a Hawaiian wax and she was the best! She made me feel so comfortable and it was such a great experience. Highly recommend booking with her!

Pros- the esthetician was friendly
Cons- the esthetician looked like she had just come from a cozy night at home (not professional looking)
-the room was very dirty with old wax drops on the floor, walls, and cabinet; and all around the handles on the door and cabinet were black smudgy residue. Hadn't been cleaned in a while.
-about 40% of the rips the esthetician performed didn't come all the way off so she had to tear a second time. Over and over.
-she ripped slooooowly which is painful
-I was left with red patches all over the waxed area where the rips didn't come off properly. I wish I had taken a picture. My arms looked like I had hot water burns all over them and I've been waxing my arms for years and never had this happen.
-she ripped up instead of along the skin which I know is not the proper technique.
There are too many other places that offer waxing services to recommend this place.

Really nice job until it was time to leave. I was sent home in flip flops and its winter! And told to wait an hour for the polish to dry before putting shoes and socks on. I was also sent home with wet fingernails without going under the dryer and the nail polish on the manicure was promptly ruined as soon as I got in the car. You can't carry purse, boots and keys 5 minutes after getting your last coat without mishaps. Now, after paying for it I have to remove all the nail polish on my fingernails. Luckily the pedicure polish managed to survive. Driving with flipflops in winter was a little bit of a challenge though. I won't be back.
I have never been to a place that sends you home with wet nails even though was a dryer sitting right beside us?

I emailed this location directly regarding this issue and their response was very poor. I hate giving poor reviews but feel like I need to share my experience. My pedicure (non shellac) started chipped after only 2 days and my shellac manicure didn't event last 7 days to my wedding day: (They offered me a $10 credit but sadly I don't want to go back.

Super friendly, fair price and great service. A pleasure to chat with the staff. I recommend you give them a try. I will definitely be returning.

I don't go often but when I do, it's always lovely. I had Sydney today and my toes look gorgeous!

This was my first time at the salon it was very quaint very unique staff was very polite cleanliness was above and beyond and they have all kinds of wonderful little things you can buy LOL

I'm not sure how many stars I would give but I'll give 3 for now. This is my 2nd time getting a Brazilian Wax and I booked it with Mariya because I had a good experience for my first wax. And on my 2nd, I was not really impressed. When I had my first wax, it took about 30-35 mins, but with my 2nd it was only 10-15 minutes. It felt rushed, and I was not waxed thoroughly. I went home and checked how it was and I felt some hairs that were not waxed. I know it's normal for my skin to turn red after waxing, but mine was different. It was very red and painful. On my first time, she would let me know if she's waxing a big part, but on my 2nd time, she didn't. I don't even know how to describe how I felt when she removed a big one. After she waxed it she said, "that was a big one" which I replied "Yeah, I felt it. " I recommended my friends getting a brazilian wax because of my first experience, and now I don't know if I should keep getting it since I'm not sure if they will treat me the same as my 2nd time.

Kristyn (not sure of spelling sorry!) did a great job with my pedicure. Loved the cozy and relaxing atmosphere too. ️

I had my first visit here today for a Brazilian wax, I saw Nicole. She was excellent. It was the most comfortable Brazilian I have ever gotten to this day. She was very friendly and was easy to chat with during the appointment.

I’ve already recommended her to a couple of people. Thank you Nicole, I will be back!

I had my eyebrows and pedicure done early summer at this location, it was by far the best most particulate cosmetic procedure I have had!
Mallory took her time to really perfect the procedure! The team followed all covid regulations. The Pedicure lasted me all summer.

My pedicure and wax aesthetician was super sweet and nice the whole time. Very nice place and reasonable prices for the services

I have been to a few frilly Lilly’s and had multiple appointments for a few different things done. I do have to say, during this pandemic time everything was perfectly done. The appropriate signage to wear mask was out, the appropriate distancing was definitely out and everything was awesome. Timing for my appointment was right on time and my person to do my eyelash tinting and eyebrow tinting was even more perfect (thank you Mia!) my eyes didn’t even burn at all and my eyebrows were done beyond perfect. I was very happy with this appointment and will definitely make another one in a month or two:)

Great experience! I had to switch from my usual aesthetician and I’m glad I found Nicole at this location. She did an excellent job, I will be back!

I've been seeing Nicole for eyebrow tint and wax for a couple of years now. She is wonderful! Her attention to detail is very much appreciated. I won't go to anyone else!

I’ve only been once, but I swear I am ALWAYS going to come back if I ever need anything else done! To hell with the other places. Although a bit more expensive than other places, this place is top notch in my opinion. I was helped by Mallory and she was the best. Super friendly, really nice to talk to, really gentle, and just overall she did a really great job. Everyone was really friendly, even the girl at the front (sorry I forgot her name) - she was lovely! Thank you guys so much.

A super adorable place with beautiful jewlery however the shellac manicure I received is a huge disappointment. It's been 8 days and my nails are already peeling. I am not rough on my hands so the peeling is really disappointing and looks awful. I know they guarantee your nails for 10 days however for $60 I would really have liked for my nail polish stay on for longer: (unfortunately due to this I wont be returning for a manicure as I pay half this amount normally and have perfect nails for 3+ weeks: (
And although they have the 10 day fix policy, we are out of town and will be returning after the 10 days is up.

They were very nice and did a lovely job with my nails. I really like the 10 day free fix policy too.

I had some gel nails done and they were poor quality. They took over 2 and a half hours and it felt like she was unsure of what she was doing. They looked ok when she was done but they ended up lifting in so many places when I came back from my trip I had to have a new set applied as they said they were not stuck to my nails In So many places. I even sent them an email and got zero response.

This was my first visit and I doubt I will ever be back as a result!

The ladies that work here are awesome and so professional. The pink package is a great deal, especially since this is my go to place for waxing, manicure/pedicures.

I have had many waxes in my day but Kristen by far gave me the best wax I've ever had!
She was also really quick and was friendly and nice! The other staff were all friendly and welcoming as usual. Thanks again Kristen!

It’s a cute vibe here. I like that they spend time on the service! Pedicure was super relaxing, my shellac mani lasted over 4 weeks

They have the cutest Jewelry here! It's great if you are looking for an affordable but nice gift for someone. I've also had manicures, pedicures and brow waxing done here. Each time I've received excellent service.

Frilly Lilly is the only place i will get a wax. I've never had a bad experience! I had Mariya and she was absolutley fantastic! I'll be going to her always now.

The pricey but great service overall If Only They didn't make you feel better placed while you browse there shopping area of overpriced merchandise while waiting to get in to see service provider a lock of knowledge at the front desk wasn't the best
