Horrible customer service. The staff Make you wait while talking about "the best way to smoke drugs" waited 30 minutes to get a part while the entire time the staff was standing around talking and joking about drugs. Disgusted.

I was having issues with my Modine Hot Dawg garage heater. I suspected new parts were required and spoke with Calgary salesperson Christine Swan. We discussed options and she recommended calling their technical specialist in Edmonton - Dave Ross. Dave's response to my telephone message was very prompt and he took the time to work the problem with me over the phone. I executed his recommendations - problem solved with no parts required. I very much appreciate the time Christine and Dave took to help me with my issue and think their customer support is first class.

Awful customer service. Not greeted in showroom despite room full of staff. Eventually approached a desk staff for his email. Emailed selected fixtures for a quote and never got a response despite 2 follow up emails and leaving a message over 2.5 weeks.

Love coming here because if there is any line up they always page more sales people to the counter to help!
