I purchased all items of 50.58 CAD, but she tried to charge CAD 258.23 and unfortunately the transaction limit has been fixed on my card and it was declined.

Cashiers do not know how to behave with customers. Very rude behavior. Don't like it.

The store is very clean and their staff is very helpful and their Diwali set up is very nice and organized

I vist today morning 8: 20 staf not open store and map show the open store waste my time plz correct the timing

Just giving two stars because the product was fresh and good. I went to the store this Wednesday to buy guavas. The girl on checkout was talking over the phone and wasn’t paying any attention to customers. She charged me wrong, i got small guavas but she charged me for large guavas. The price doesn’t matter to me it happens sometimes, anybody can make mistakes. But talking and laughing over personal calls while standing on checkout pisses me off. Please do better.

One of the best places in NE for Indian groceries and vegetables at reasonable prices, staff is friendly.

A nice ethnic store to admire Indian stuff, just like other store of this kind, better try not to expect cleanness, shopping environment and customer service.

I don’t want to give negative review but they should stop playing with customers health like every time I buy any kind of namkeen it’s expired. I bought three days ago, was expired in April. So please check expiry dates timely.

I just want to appreciate their customer service. I usually don’t shop at Fruitcana but I needed some stuff urgently, and so when I requested their staff (I believe their name was Aman) to assist me, they whole-heartedly helped me, even though they were busy with stocking groceries at the time. Overall, I was very pleased and satisfied. I would definitely visit this store again.

On wednesday 1 feb i bought dahi and some other stuff i came home and had dahi and after few hours i feel my stomach is getting little upset i talk to my family member and everyone said same and i start checking the things we ate last day and i found that the dahi was expire in dec omg cant imagine if its 1/2 days its not big deal but its almost2 months from that day soo stupid they dnt care about the expire day staff and so girls are so rude poor customer sevrice.

Its better to buy fruits & vegetables or regular grocery from here. I would recommend this place to buy groceries like fruits vegetables buy it fresh on daily basis without wasting time or putting extra efforts in driving etc to buy groceries

Rude and ignorant staff. Make sure you double check the bill I was over charged and when brought this to their attention I was told they forgot to change price on the shelf. This store was good for fresh veggies when they first opened it (long time ago) not anymore! Most of the spices/atta etc are way over priced as compared to other desi stores, make sure you guys check the expiry/best before dates as well on each and every item!

Heading for closure as they buy from superstore and sell to public. Much of stock is stale and outdated. No service and not friendly staff. Stopped shopping there.

We were there around 7: 30 pm on 1 Dec, we were asking for assistance but the staff was laughing and talking to each other, no attention given to us and our concern. Very bad customer service

Very reasonable prices as compared to their compitition. Staff is happy to see you most of the time.
